Report on identifying a protocol to elicit flowering in Brachiaria humidicola with photoperiod management

Two Genotypes of Brachiaria humidicola (A and B) were planted on the grounds of CIAT headquarters in Palmira during 2018 – 2019, 10 lamps were placed in the lot to evaluate 6 different photoperiods (1 - 6) with Light in 2 different wavelength range (W.R.) α and β, for this, 17 samples were carried out on the variables height, vigor, chlorophyll content and number of inflorescences; a total of 93 field work were carried out to support the trial, finding that the photoperiod 5 in the W.R. β and 3 photoperiod in the W.R. α for the B genotype show significant differences (p <0.05, Tukey) with respect to the other treatments for height and number of inflorescences, performing the statistical analysis in the SAS software. As to the seed production, it was found that any light stimulus generates greater seed production, despite the conditions under which the crops were made and the method of harvest used. I order to refine the protocol and validate the results in bigger genotype sample another trial with the 2 most efficient treatments was proposed for 2020, focusing on number of inflorescences and seed production

Using of fractal theory for the determination of density of energetic states in organic semiconductors

Bakalářská práce se věnuje základům fraktální fyziky a jejich využití při studiu elektrických a dielektrických vlastností organických polovodičů. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní rovnice fraktální fyziky a jejich aplikace na elektrické veličiny (elektrický náboj, hustota elektrického náboje, intenzita elektrického pole, elektrický potenciál). Praktická část práce obsahuje výsledky měření volt-ampérových charakteristik vzorků organických polovodičů a určení jejich fyzikálních parametrů (poloha Fermiovy energie, koncentrace nosičů náboje v látce) stanovených pomocí fraktálních vztahů odvozených v teoretické části práce.Bachelor's thesis deals with the basics of fractal physics and its use in research of electrical and dielectric properties of organic semiconductors. Theoretical part contains the basic fractal physics equations and their applications to electrical parameters (Fermi level, density of electric charge). Practical work includes the results of measurements of Amper-Volt characteristics of samples of organic semiconductors, and determines their physical parameters (Fermi level, concentration of charge carriers in substance).

Assessment of the present state in the field of application of the stationary industrial robots and the mobile robots for the industrial purpose

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapování současné situace v oblasti průmyslových robotů a posouzení hlavních kritérií, dle kterých se třídí mobilní a stacionární roboti. Pro názornou ukázku bylo vybráno několik typických představitelů své třídy. Na závěr je v práci zmíněna historie a uveden náhled do budoucnosti.This bachelor paper sets out to map the state of the art in the field of industrial robots and to assess the main criterions according to mobile and stationary robots are sorted. Several representatives of their class were chosen as a specimen. In conclusion the paper makes a reference to the history and expresses a view of the future.

Cartografías de la intimidad en la Colombia de la década de 1960

En este artículo se estudian algunas orientaciones éticas que organizaron la conducta sexual y amorosa en Colombia durante la década de 1960. Orientaciones que, pese a estar dirigidas en provecho de la institución familiar, comportaron diferencias cruciales en la comprensión del fenómeno. Cada una de estas conminó, de modo distinto, a los individuos para que se constituyeran en sujetos morales de su conducta sexual y amorosa. A partir del análisis de una serie de fuentes prescriptivas provenientes de distintos saberes, propongo que estas orientaciones no funcionaron de manera autónoma o sin ningún tipo de transacción entre ellas. Al parecer, el asunto de las relaciones amorosas y sexuales, necesitó para su organización de ciertas negociaciones entre los distintos saberes. Con todo, tal configuración deja entrever la creación de un dispositivo cuyo objetivo fue la preservación del matrimonio conyugal, junto con la construcción de una de sus antítesis más letales: «el divorcio»
