Diseño de gamificación y la inteligencia competitiva del programa de cotizaciones en la empresa Farmacias Peruanas, Lima 2019

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como título Diseño de Gamificación y la inteligencia competitiva del programa de cotizaciones de la empresa Farmacias Peruanas, Lima 2019, cuyo objetivo general fue demostrar la relación del diseño de gamificación con la inteligencia competitiva del programa de cotizaciones en la empresa Farmacias Peruanas, Lima 2019. La investigación tuvo como población 206 colaboradores de la Dirección de Finanzas de la empresa Farmacias Peruanas en el distrito de la Victoria, con una muestra de 81 colaboradores. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario tipo Likert, conformado de 20 preguntas, el instrumento está dividido en 10 preguntas para la variable Diseño de gamificación y 10 para la variable Inteligencia Competitiva, siendo aprobada por tres expertos de la universidad César Vallejo, que determinaron la validez del contenido, además se utilizó el Alfa de Cronbach que evaluó la confiabilidad del cuestionario, obteniendo un nivel de confiabilidad para la variable 1 de 0,859 y para la variable 2 de 0,810. Se obtuvo como resultado mediante el Rho de Spearman un valor de 0.708 lo cual significa que hay una correlación positiva media entre la variable Diseño de gamificación e Inteligencia Competitiva. Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el programa SPSS, que tuvo como resultado la relación del diseño de gamificación con la inteligencia Competitiva del programa de cotizaciones de la Empresa Farmacias Peruanas

Asociación entre factores sociodemográficos y el conocimiento sobre salud oral en gestantes de una clínica ginecológica, Lurín-Lima 2022

En este estudio, el objetivo planteado fue determinar la asociación entre los factores sociodemográficos y el conocimiento sobre salud oral en gestantes de una clínica ginecológica, Lurín-Lima 2022. Investigación de tipo básica, con diseño descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal. Se contó con la participación de 233 gestantes que acudieron a su control prenatal y respondieron un cuestionario con 22 preguntas. Se encontró asociación inversa para el grupo etario y el conocimiento sobre salud oral (p=0.000), no existiendo asociación entre los demás factores sociodemográficos considerados, como grado de instrucción (p=0.116), paridad (0.163), trimestre de gestación (p=0.272) y estado civil (p=0.361); además predominó en las gestantes el nivel de conocimiento regular con 89.3%. Concluyendo que solo existe asociación entre el grupo etario con el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud oral en las gestantes evaluada

Calidad del servicio académico y satisfacción del apoderado en algunas instituciones educativas en el departamento de La Libertad - 2020

En un contexto donde la educación es relevante para el desarrollo del país, la calidad de enseñanza de las I.E. juega un papel preponderante, estas instituciones deben satisfacer holgadamente las necesidades y expectativas; es así que se presenta la investigación titulada “Calidad del servicio académico y satisfacción del apoderado de una Institución Educativa en el departamento de La Libertad - 2020, teniendo como objetivo determinar el nivel de relación entre la calidad del servicio académico y la satisfacción de los apoderados de una Institución Educativa en el departamento de La Libertad - 2020. Por ello, se realizó una investigación cuyo diseño fue descriptivo correlacional, con una muestra de 33 apoderados, utilizando como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento de investigación un cuestionario, para la confiabilidad de los instrumentos se usó el Alfa de Cronbach obteniéndose un valor de 0.853 y 0.853 respectivamente y para la validez se usó el juicio de expertos por contendido determinando la aplicabilidad. Plan estratégico de marketing de turismo cultural arqueológico Ruta Moche

Actualmente, el Perú recibe el doble de turistas extranjeros y genera cuatro veces más divisas que hace diez años. Al respecto, gran parte de estos turistas realizan un turismo del tipo cultural arqueológico, dado su interés en conocer cómo vivían las personas en otros periodos de tiempo. Uno de los destinos arqueológicos visitados por los turistas es la Ruta Moche, la cual posee un gran valor cultural debido a la cantidad de atractivos ubicados dentro de las regiones de La Libertad y Lambayeque. En la actualidad, la Ruta Moche tan solo recibe alrededor de 60 mil vacacionistas al año mientras que, por ejemplo, Machu Picchu, recibe 1.3 millones aproximadamente. Por lo tanto, se ha realizado una investigación y se ha podido identificar tres principales causas del escaso flujo de turistas a la Ruta Moche: (a) las barreras de integración política y económica existentes entre las regiones de La Libertad y Lambayeque, (b) el poco conocimiento de este destino turístico debido a que los operadores no lo ofrecen como un circuito, y (c) la escasa promoción en el extranjero. Por este motivo, se propone un plan de marketing dirigido al vacacionista extranjero, con una inversión de USD$2’341,350 y cuya propuesta de valor se centrará en tres ejes: experiencia, tecnología e integración histórica. La implementación del plan generará un beneficio social de empleabilidad y mejora en la calidad de vida de las regiones porque duplicará el flujo de turistas al 2021 y, de esta manera, se logrará posicionar a la Ruta Moche como el segundo destino arqueológico del PerúCurrently, Peru receives twice the number of foreign tourists and generates four times more currency than ten years ago. Currently, the Moche Route receives about 100,000 foreign tourists annually of which 60,000 conducting archaeological activities, while, for example, Machu Picchu receives about 1.3 million foreign vacationers. Therefore, an investigation was conducted and three main causes of this little flow of tourists to the Moche Route have been identified: a) the barriers of political and economic integration between the regions of La Libertad and Lambayeque, b) the lack of knowledge of this tourist destination since operators do not offer it as a circuit, and c) the insufficient promotion of this destination abroad. Thus, it has been proposed a marketing plan aimed at foreign vacationers, with an investment of USD$ $2’341,350 and whose value proposition will focus on three areas: experience, technology, and historical integration. The implementation of this plan will generate a social benefit of employability and the improvement in the quality of life in the regions aforementioned, because, it will double the flow of tourists up to 2021 and, thus, will accomplish to position the Moche Route as the second archaeological destination in PeruTesi

Community, Space and Perception of Insecurity: The Case of One Urban Community Garden Project in Lima, Peru

Insecurity is perceived to be the number one problem in Lima, Peru. In this study I examine the case of one community garden project that has been claimed to have had a positive impact on security in the marginalized neighbourhood of VMT in Lima. I used an ethnographic approach and an analytical framework based on two established theories of crime prevention to identify possible elements of the garden project that may be impacting perceptions of insecurity among members of the community. The findings of this study do not support the claims regarding the positive impact of community gardens on security. I found that the elements of crime prevention which were present had a very limited effect on reducing fear of crime in the study area. However, my findings point out at areas for future study

Carmen Papalia is a social practice artist who makes participatory projects on the topic of access as it relates to public space, art institutions and visual culture. His work has been featured as part of exhibitions and engagements at the Guggenheim Museum, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, National Art Gallery, Banff Centre, Vancouver Art Gallery, Gallery Gachet and the Tate Liverpool.  Carmen has received many awards for his work including the Adam Reynolds Memorial Bursary and the Wynn Newhouse Award. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver and a Master of Fine Arts from Portland State University. His current work includes a movement building campaign for Open Access.
