    Kinerja Investasi Saham Berkelanjutan Indeks Sri Kehati Dengan Metode Sharpe

    Investors can invest in sustainable stocks through investing in SRI KEHATI index shares. The SRI KEHATI index consists of 25 stocks that carry out ESG principles which are evaluated every semester. After screening, there were 18 stocks that consistently entered the criteria for the SRI KEHATI index during 2022. The results of the performance assessment using the Sharpe method showed that most of the SRI KEHATI index stocks had good performance. Banking sector stocks have the best Sharpe performance compared to other sectors. Of the 18 stocks studied, there are six stocks with negative returns during 2022. This shows that there is no linear relationship between stocks in the same index

    Memotivasi pegawai layanan public seperti para pegawai Puskesmas, lebih-lebih pada era pandemic ini, menjadi hal yang sangat krusial bagi setiap unit Puskesmas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur korelasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap motivasi pelayanan public, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi basic need satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan dari 73 pegawai Puskesmas, termasuk para dokter di dalamnya, yang bekerja pada Puskesmas di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0.     Memotivasi pegawai di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 untuk meraih kinerja yang lebih baik adalah masalah utama bagi perusahaan manufaktur saat ini, lebih-lebih di saat pandemic, perusahaan masih terus berjuang untuk tetap eksis di masa krisis ini. Studi ini menyelidiki apakah praktik kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi motivasi intrinsik pegawai, sekaligus mempertimbangkan efek mediasi dari variable basic need satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan dari 109 karyawan salah satu industri manufaktur swasta di Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi intrinsik pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi basic need satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan manajerial SDM tentang praktik kepemimpinan transformasional di lingkungan karyawan industri manufaktur di Indonesia.     Transformational Leadership and Employees' Performances: The Mediating Role of Motivation and Work Environment

    The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of a transformational leadership and on employees’ performance in an Indonesian manufacturer through motivation and work environment  as a mediating variables. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to 851 employees population in an Indonesia manufacturer. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 627. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, both directly and indirectly through a mediating effect of motivation and work environment. This study proposes a model to improve employees’ performance in Indonesia manufacturers by a transformational leadership through motivation and work environment as a mediator. This study can open the way to improve employee readiness in facing industrial revolution 4.0

    This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0

    This study aims to examine the strategy and evaluation of the entrepreneurship program at the Insan Al Madani school in Bogor and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The research method was analyzed descriptively qualitatively through observation, SWOT analysis and literature study. Research data obtained from interviews with students, teachers and school principals, as well as several journal articles and research results that are relevant to the research theme. The results showed that the school held an entrepreneurship education program to foster an entrepreneurial spirit for students. Students are made in groups to produce a product, generally food and beverages, to be sold in the school environment to students, teachers and the surrounding community who are interested in buying these products. Internalizing the values ​​of entrepreneurship education with school subjects is an effort to increase students' soft skills and character.     Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengukur pengaruh variabel BOPO (Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio) dan NI (Net Imbalan) terhadap Profitabilitas Laba Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data kuantitatif yang bersumber laporan keuangan sejak periode triwulan satu tahun 2021 hingga triwulan 3 tahun 2023 yang dipublikasikan diwebsite perseroan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan dukungan software SPSS. Data penelitian sudah memenuhi kriteria uji asumsi klasik kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan. Output penelitian menampilkan bahwa BOPO, FDR dan NI secara parsial dan secara simultan memiliki berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas laba Bank Syariah Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh pengaruh BOPO terhadap profitabilitas cukup signifikan, namun pengaruh FDR dan NI terhadap profitabilitas tidak signifikan

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi dan evaluasi program kewirausahaan di sekolah Insan Al Madani Bogor serta menganalisis faktor kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weakness), peluang (oppurtunity), dan ancaman (threat). Metode penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, analisis SWOT dan studi literatur. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil wawancara bersama siswa, guru dan kepala sekolah, serta beberapa artikel jurnal dan hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sekolah mengadakan program pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi peserta didik. Siswa dibuat berkelompok menghasilkan suatu produk umumnya makanan dan minuman untuk dijual di lingkungan sekolah kepada siswa, guru dan masyarakat sekitar yang tertarik untuk membeli produk tersebut. Internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan mata pelajaran sekolah merupakan upaya peningkatan softkill dan karakter siswa.     The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 676 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. This new research proposed a model for building innovation capability and teachers’ performance among teachers in Jabodetabek through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with the organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teachers’ readiness in facing the education era 4.0
