Penilaian Pelaksanaan USAha Kesehatan Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan

Some schools still do not carry out UKS activities as they should. Caused by several factors such as a lack of teacher understanding of the implementation of school health business activities (UKS) in elementary schools and the teacher had never attended a socialization of school health business activities (UKS) in elementary schools. The type of this research is quantitative by using descriptive method which aims to determine the Assessment of the Implementation of Primary School Health Enterprises in Pesisir Selatan District (Case Study in Public Elementary Schools). The instrument in this study is the way researchers assess / fill out observation questionnaires / observation sheets that are in accordance with the UKS assessment issued by the Ministry of Health in collaboration with various ministries in the form of cross-sectoral activities so as to cause more objective information from respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling, from 45 primary schools to 30 primary schools (two schools for one sub-district). The results of the study were obtained from the average research responses of each variable from the Evaluation of the Implementation of Primary School Health Enterprises in Pesisir Selatan District (Case Study in Public Elementary Schools) with an achievement rate of 55.72% and including sufficient interpretation. &nbsp

DYNAMICS OF MORPHOMETRIC INDICATORS OF GINGIVAL MUCOUS MEMBRANE COMPONENTS OF RATS IN THE LATE TERMS OF CHRONIC OPIOID INFLUENCE

The aim of this study was to examine the morphometric parameters of the thickness of the epithelial plate of the gingival mucosa, the height of the connective tissue papillae and the diameter of the lumen of hemomicrovascular white rats in the dynamics after eight, ten and twelve weeks of chronic opioid exposure. Experimental studies were performed on white male rats of reproductive age. For twelve weeks, rats were injected intramuscularly with the opioid analgesic nalbuphine at increasing average therapeutic doses of 0.212 to 0.3 mg/kg body weight. Fragments of rat jaws were used for histological and morphometric studies. Hubungan Kelincahan dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit Atlet Pencak Silat Silaturahmi Kalumbuk Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang

The Problems this research were the weakened a scythe athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang.This research aims to to express what is the relationship agility and explosive power limb muscles together to a scythe athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang. Population research is athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang. Technique withdrawal sample with a total of sampling, so samples to research is established as  many as 30 people. The result of the analysis data showed that there are relations together between  agility and explosive power limb muscles together to a scythe athletes Silahturahmi Kalumbuk Kec.Kuranji Padang where obtained the first significant α=0,05 and contributing of 46,4%

Hubungan antara Kecepatan dan Daya Ledak dengan Prestasi Lari 100 Meter

The problem of this research is that short distance sprint (100 m) of male students of FIK UNP Padang is influenced by their speed reaction and explosive power either partially or simultaneously. The amount of the population was 415 students in academic year of 2004. to run it well, the researcher used proportional stratified Random Sampling to which the students of the same level was grouped by 25% of which. According to the exist data that there were 92 students could be analyzed. The instruments used were: (1) measuring the Speed Reaction. As the result, the rank of validity of the test in for the Reliability of the test was 0,84; (2) Standing Broad Jump Test of which the Explosive Power was measured. The result of this test showed the validity of 0,61 and the Reliability was 0,96; (3) Sprint 100 m test used stopwatch for measured the 100 m Run Achievement. From this research the correlations found were: (1) There was a significant correlation between the Speed Reaction with 100 m Run Achievement: (2) There was a significant correlation between the Explosive Power with the 100 m Run Achievement; (3) There was a signficant correlation among the Speed Reaction and the Explosive Power with the 100 m Run Achievement

Perbedaan Metode Latihan Sirkuit Dengan Metode Latihan Interval Terhadap Kapasistas Vo2 Max Atlet Bulutangkis Unit Kegiatan Olahraga (Uko) Universitas Negeri Padang (Unp)

Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat Pengaruh Metode Latihan Interval dan Latihan Sirkuit Terhadap Peningkatan Kapasitas VO2Max. Jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian atlet bulutangkis yang tegabung dalam unit kegiatan olahraga Universitas Negeri Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purporsive sampling,sehingga sampel sebanyak 20 orang, 10 orang kelompok sirkuit dan 10 orang kelompok. Teknik pengambilan data yang dipakai menggunakan VO2Max yaitu Bleep Test. Hasil hipotesis:1).sirkuit training berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max th(14,18)>tt(2,26),2).Interval training berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max th(8,75)>tt(2,26), dan 3).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan sirkuit dan latihan interval terhadap peningkatan kapasitas VO2Max dimanadi peroleh th(5,12)>tt(2,26)
