Pengaruh Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Keterikatan Karyawan di Industri Perbankan Kota Salatiga Selama Pandemi COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility (CSR) terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan pada sektor perbankan di Kota Salatiga selama pandemi Covid-19. Analisis pengaruh CSR dilihat dari empat dimensi, yaitu ekonomi, hukum, etika dan pilantropi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan perbankan yang bekerja di Kota Salatiga dengan total responden sebanyak 263 orang. Software analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan karena diperoleh hasil signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050 sehingga semakin baik penerapan corporate social responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan perbankan di Kota Salatiga maka akan semakin meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan perusahaan perbankan itu sendiri.This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on job satisfaction and employee engagement in the banking sector in Salatiga City during the Covid-19 pandemic. Analysis of the influence of CSR is seen from four dimensions, namely economics, law, ethics and philanthropy. The sample of this research is banking employees who work in Salatiga City with a total of 263 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM-PLS with the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The results of this study indicate that corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee engagement because the results obtained significance of 0.000 < 0.050 so the better the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) carried out by banking companies in Salatiga City will further increase job satisfaction and employee engagement of the banking company itself

A Study on the Seventh Grade Students' Reading Comprehension Ability of Descriptive Texts at SMPN 6 Jember

Abstrak. Reading is very important for the students in learning English, especially for the students. The students are able to comprehend what they read to get the ideas and make a conclusion about the information from the text as intended by the writer. The design of this research was descriptive qualitative research. This research began by conducting a preliminary study by interviewing the English teacher of the seventh grade students of SMPN 6 Jember. The data of this research were collected from the students' of reading comprehension ability test that was analyzed by using the formula. The result of the students' reading comprehension ability of descriptive texts covering word comprehension, sentence comprehension, paragraph comprehension and text comprehension were showed the highest percentage of four indicators was word comprehension with the percentage 83.08% which belonged to the “very good” category and the lowest percentage was the text comprehension with the percentage 57.89% that was classified as “poor” category. It showed that the teaching English in reading comprehension ability of descriptive texts needs to be developed especially in the lowest category that was belonged to text comprehension. &nbsp; Keywords : Descriptive Research, Descriptive Texts, Reading Comprehension Ability
