CYTOTAXONOMIC AND CYTOGEOGRAPHICAL RESEARCH ON THE SABLINA SECTION OF MINUARTIA (CARYOPHYLLACEAE) IN TURKEY
Minuartia glomerata (M. Bieb.) Degen s.l. dans lâEurope sud-occidentale.
The systematic research carried out by the authors on the Series Xeralsine McNeill and the Series
Setaceae Mattf. show affinities between Minuartia rostrata prol. burnatii (Rouy & Foucaud)
Graebn. (from SW Alps) and M. cymifera (Rouy & Foucaud) Graebn. (from Spain and France)
with Minuartia glomerata, thus we propose two new combinations: M. glomerata subsp. burnatii
(Rouy & Foucaud) Favarger & F. Conti and M. glomerata subsp. cymifera (Rouy & Foucaud)
Favarger & F. Conti. The comparative examination of many specimens of M. mutabilis allow us to
confirm the systematic existence of M. mutabilis subsp. lesurina (Braun-Blanq.) Favarger & F.
Conti, proposing a new combination
