Synthèse et caractérisation de complexes métalliques en série bistétraazamacrocyclique face à face : étude de leurs propriétés photophysiques

La thèse qu’il m’a été proposé de réaliser s’inscrit dans la continuité d’une collaboration entre le Laboratoire d’ingénierie Moléculaire pour la Séparation et les Applications des Gaz (LIMSAG) dirigé par le Professeur Roger Guilard (Université de Bourgogne, France) et le laboratoire du Professeur Pierre D. Harvey (Université de Sherbrooke, Québec). Elle s’intitule « Synthèse et caractérisation de complexes métalliques en série bistétraazamacrocyclique face à face. Étude de leurs propriétés photophysiques » et fait partie du programme de cotutelle de thèse franco-québécois soutenu par le Ministère de la Recherche et le Ministère des Affaires Étrangères français ainsi que leurs partenaires québécois. Cette thèse porte sur la synthèse chimique de molécules appelées porphyrines et l’analyse de leurs propriétés photophysiques, c’est à dire l’étude de leurs interactions avec la lumière. Les porphyrines sont le moteur de nombreux processus photosynthétiques, en tant que site réactionnel et de relais collecteur d’énergie. Elles sont présentes par exemple dans la chlorophylle ou dans les bactéries photosynthétiques où elles utilisent le transfert d’énergie. Ainsi une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes mis enjeu permettra de mieux comprendre ces phénomènes. Deux aspects sont abordés au cours de ce travail : l’étude de modèles biomimétiques donnant lieu à des phénomènes de transfert d’énergie pour des applications en optoélectronique (porte optique, cellule photoélectrique...) et l’utilisation de ces systèmes pour mettre au point des détecteurs de gaz, plus particulièrement de dioxygène

Interstellar chemistry of nitrogen hydrides in dark clouds

The aim of the present work is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the interstellar chemistry of nitrogen, focussing on the gas-phase formation of the smallest polyatomic species and in particular nitrogen hydrides. We present a new chemical network in which the kinetic rates of critical reactions have been updated based on recent experimental and theoretical studies, including nuclear spin branching ratios. Our network thus treats the different spin symmetries of the nitrogen hydrides self-consistently together with the ortho and para forms of molecular hydrogen. This new network is used to model the time evolution of the chemical abundances in dark cloud conditions. The steady-state results are analysed, with special emphasis on the influence of the overall amounts of carbon, oxygen, and sulphur. Our calculations are also compared with Herschel/HIFI observations of NH, NH$_2$, and NH$_3$ detected towards the external envelope of the protostar IRAS 16293-2422. The observed abundances and abundance ratios are reproduced for a C/O gas-phase elemental abundance ratio of $\sim0.8$, provided that the sulphur abundance is depleted by a factor larger than 2. The ortho-to-para ratio of H$_2$ in these models is $\sim10^{-3}$. Our models also provide predictions for the ortho-to-para ratios of NH$_2$ and NH$_3$ of $\sim2.3$ and $\sim0.7$ respectively. Palaeozoic collision between the North and South China Blocks, Triassic intracontinental tectonics, and the problem of the ultrahigh-pressure metamorphism

International audienceThe Qinling–Dabie Belt represents the boundary between the North and South China Blocks (NCB, SCB, respectively), where ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) rocks are widespread. A structural study in eastern Qinling and zircon LA ICPMS dating of the migmatite that form the core of the Central Qinling Unit allows us to argue that continental collision occurred in Silurian, before 400 Ma. In the Late Palaeozoic, from Devonian to Permian, the northern margin of SCB experienced a continental rifting. From Late Permian to Middle Triassic, northward continental subduction of SCB is responsible for the development of a high-pressure metamorphism. The age of the UHP metamorphism remains unsettled yet. A two-time genesis, Early Palaeozoic and Early Triassic, is often preferred, but a single Palaeozoic age followed by a Triassic resetting cannot be ruled out

Contrat de bon usage et arrêts des traitements par immunothérapie (état des lieux dans le service de rhumatologie du Centre Hospitalier du Mans)

La polyarthrite rhumatoïde, la spondylarthrite ankylosante et le rhumatisme psoriasique sont des rhumatismes inflammatoires chroniques touchant chacun plus d une personne sur 2000 en France. La mise sur le marché des immunothérapies a bouleversé leur prise en charge à partir des années 2000, améliorant considérablement la qualité de vie des patients et permettant d obtenir chez certains une rémission de la pathologie. La présente thèse étudie au sein du service de rhumatologie du Centre Hospitalier du Mans entre le 01/01/12 et le 31/03/12 : l incidence et la prévalence des immunothérapies au sein de l échantillon d étude, puis les causes d arrêts temporaires et définitifs des traitements par immunothérapies, le contrat de bon usage de ces médicaments et enfin la stratégie thérapeutique lors du changement d immunothérapie.Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis are chronic inflammatory rheumatism each involving more than one person in 2000 in France. The placing on the market of immunotherapy has revolutionized their care from the 2000s, greatly improving the patients quality of life and obtains remission of the disease for some of them. Rôle du pharmacien d'officine dans le suivi du traitement par antivitamines K

Une approche adéquate des patients chroniques augmente leur capacité à gérer leur maladie et leur traitement. En France, les traitements par antivitamines K (AVK), responsables de 17 000 hospitalisations et de plus de 5 000 décès par an, sont tout particulièrement concernés en raison des enjeux de santé publique. Mieux accompagner les patients traités par AVK devient impératif pour diminuer l incidence des accidents iatrogènes, assurer une meilleure observance et favoriser leur adhésion à leur traitement. Les entretiens pharmaceutiques, instaurés dans le cadre de la convention nationale pharmaceutique conclue le 4 avril 2012, ont ici toute leur raison d être. La première partie de cette thèse permet au pharmacien d officine de mettre à jour ses connaissances sur les AVK afin de garantir une dispensation de qualité. Dans sa seconde partie, il est dressé un état des lieux des stratégies mises en place, ou en vue de l être, par les différents professionnels de santé pour limiter la iatrogénie de cette classe médicamenteuse. Enfin, dans sa troisième partie, cette thèse apporte les éléments fonctionnels et psychosociaux indispensables pour envisager les entretiens pharmaceutiques et gérer, de façon optimale, le programme d accompagnement qui leur est associé, ainsi que les modalités pratiques nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du programme d accompagnement. Le pharmacien doit donc faire preuve de rigueur et de professionnalisme dans ce nouvel acte officinal, que sont les entretiens pharmaceutiques, et doit avoir toutes les données lui permettant d assurer son rôle et de répondre aux attentes du patient.An adequate approach to chronic patients increases their ability to manage their disease and treatment. In France, treatment with vitamin K antagonists (VKA), which are responsible for 17,000 hospitalizations and more than 5,000 deaths annually, are particularly concerned because of the public health stakes. Better support of VKA-treated patients becomes urgent to reduce the incidence of iatrogenic accidents, ensure better compliance and further medication adherence. Pharmaceutical interviews, established under the National Pharmaceutical Agreement of April 4, 2012, are all the more useful. The first part of this thesis allows pharmacists to update their knowledge of VKA in order to ensure quality distribution. The second part provides an inventory of strategies put in place, or to be, by health professionals in order to minimize the iatrogenic effects of this drug class. Finally, in the third part, this thesis provides essential functional and psychosocial elements to consider pharmaceutical interviews and optimally organize the related support program, as well as the practical arrangements required for implementing the support program. Évaluation de la pratique de l'automesure tensionnelle (étude auprès des patients d'une officine de Maine et Loire)

Depuis les années 70 sont apparus les appareils d automesure de la tension et désormais, chaque patient peut s en procurer un à domicile. Face à cette autonomie proposée au patient, il convient de s interroger sur ses connaissances et ses aptitudes à pratiquer l automesure tensionnelle. Lui a-t-on mis en main toutes les cartes afin qu il soit apte à prendre en charge sa santé comme il le faudrait ? Il incombe aux professionnels de santé de l encadrer afin de lui proposer une formation et un suivi adapté mais que reste-t-il de cet enseignement ? L étude, menée auprès de patients de la pharmacie Bouffard à Ste Gemmes sur Loire, et qui est exposée dans cette thèse, a permis de faire un état des lieux de la pratique de l AMT par les patients de cette officine. Suite à ces observations et dans l optique de proposer une prise en charge optimale à ces personnes par leurs pharmaciens, une procédure à destination des pharmaciens a été réalisée. Cette thèse soumet également des pistes afin de former un maillage de pharmaciens et de médecins référents en matière d AMT permettant un encadrement global et varié des patients.The self-measuring devices for blood pressure have been developing since the seventies. Nowadays, every patient can easily get one of them for home purpose. Face with this autonomy offered to the patient, we need to question their knowledges about it and abilities to check themselves their blood pressure. Were they given all the information required in order to make the good decisions for their own health ? The health care providers have to supervise their patients, granting them with health training and personal follow-up care, but what will remain of this teaching ? The study, analysed in the thesis, has been conducted among patients of the Bouffard pharmacy in St Gemmes sur Loire, France. It allowed to take stock of the blood pressure self monitoring of the patients from this dispensary. Further to the results, and with a view to offering optimal care to these patients by their pharmacists, a procedure aimed at pharmacists has been created. Les troubles du sommeil chez la personne âgée (état des lieux des thérapeutiques et rôle du pharmacien à l officine)

Le sommeil occupe une majeure partie de la vie puisqu à 75 ans, un Homme aura passé environ 25 ans de sa vie à dormir. Cette période de repos varie en quantité et en qualité d une personne à l autre en fonction de l environnement, des habitudes de vie ou de l âge. De nombreuses personnes souffrent d insomnie et la réponse thérapeutique apportée est bien souvent la prescription d une benzodiazépine. Ainsi, la France fait partie des pays européens les plus consommateurs de psychotropes. Chez la personne âgée, la structure du sommeil est progressivement modifiée et l apparition de pathologies chroniques altère un peu plus la qualité du repos. La prise d hypnotique est notamment responsable chez cette catégorie de patients d une majoration du risque de chute qui a pour conséquence l augmentation des taux de mortalité et d hospitalisation. Il existe pourtant d autres alternatives thérapeutiques comme les thérapies comportementales et cognitives, la phytothérapie ou l homéopathie. Elles nécessitent un interrogatoire plus approfondi pour identifier l origine de l insomnie et détailler les symptômes mais elles engendrent moins d effets secondaires. Les recommandations officielles précisent d ailleurs que ces thérapeutiques sont à utiliser en première intention en cas d insomnie, notamment chez la personne âgée, afin d éviter la prise d un hypnotique. Le rôle du pharmacien est donc d interroger le patient pour améliorer son hygiène de vie ou lui proposer une thérapeutique alternative en fonction de ses traitements chroniques. Il pourra le cas échéant rediriger le patient vers son médecin traitant.Sleep plays a major part of life because at 75 years, a Man has spent about 25 years of his life sleeping. This rest period varies in quantity and quality from one person to another depending on the environment, lifestyle or age. Many people suffer from insomnia and provided therapeutic response is often the prescription of a benzodiazepine. Thus, France is one of the most consumer psychotropic European countries. In the elderly, sleep patterns gradually changed and the onset of chronic diseases affects a little more quality rest. The hypnotic taking is particularly responsible in this category of patients for an increased risk of falls that result in increased mortality and hospitalization. But there are other therapeutic options such as cognitive behavioral therapies, herbal medicine and homeopathy. They require a more thorough examination to identify the cause of insomnia and detail the symptoms, but they cause fewer side effects. Official recommendations also state that these therapies are used in first-line treatment of insomnia, particularly in the elderly, in order to avoid taking an hypnotic. The pharmacist's role is to ask the patient to improve their lifestyle or to propose an alternative treatment according its chronic treatments. The Zanhuang Massif, the second and eastern suture zone of the Paleoproterozoic Trans-North China Orogen

International audienceThis paper presents a reappraisal of the tectonic evolution of the Zanhuang Massif that lies at the eastern margin of the Trans-North China Orogen, a continent–continent collision belt that marked the amalgamation of the North China Craton in Late Paleoproterozoic. Detailed field work with focus on geometries of structures and kinematics was performed. This was completed with LA-ICP-MS U–Pb analyses on zircon, EPMA U–Th/Pb dating on monazite and 40Ar/39Ar dating on amphibole. These studies led us to propose a new three-fold litho-tectonic subdivision of the massif: The Western Zanhuang Domain (WZD) made of TTG, migmatite and pink anatectic granite is correlated to the Fuping Massif that crops out to the north-west. Both areas represent a continental block, called the Fuping Block, which acquired most of its architecture around 2100 Ma ago. The Eastern Zanhuang Domain (EZD) made of TTG and migmatite represents the western edge of an Eastern Neoarchean Block. In between, the Central Zanhuang Domain (CZD) is a NE–SW trending stack of supracrustal, gneiss and mafic magmatic rocks thrust sheets displaced toward the ESE upon the Eastern Block. The lithological features suggest that the CZD represents the remnant of an oceanic basin, called the Taihang Ocean that closed during the amalgamation of the Eastern Block and the Fuping Block around 1880–1850 Ma. In agreement with recent work done along the western margin of the belt, in the Lüliang Massif, this study documents the amalgamation of the North China Craton in response to the closure of two oceanic basins, namely the Lüliang Ocean and the Taihang Ocean. West-dipping subductions and collisions involving three distinct continental blocks, called the Western, the Fuping and the Eastern Blocks, took place around 1880–1850 Ma
