The new economic policy adopted in India in 1991 known as Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization (LPG model). This policy  has been designed to make the Indian economy progressively market oriented and integrate it with the emerging global economy structure. Therefore, in line with this policy it was very indispensable to analyze the working management and some financial ratios in some selected Auto manufacturing companies. The purpose of the study was to analyze the practice of working capital Management and Asset and liquidity ratios in six selected Indian auto manufacturing companies. For this aforementioned study, a time series data for the years 2003- 2012 has been employed and a secondary data from the annual reports of the six companies was solicited. Both qualitative and quantitative paradigms were employed so as to analyze the research. Regarding  the relation between working capital and turnover analysis,  index of  inventory turnover, debtors turnover ratio, total assets turnover ratio and  fixed assets turnover ratio were used. . The minimum inventory turnover ratio chain index among all selected companies  was founded  in Ashok Leyland in 2009-2010 that was 74.60 and  the maximum was  founded in Maruti Suzuki that was  214.76 in 2010-2011. TVS Motor was denoted by the minimum debtors turnover ratio chain index among all selected companies in 2009-2010 that was 55.68 and the maximum debtors turnover ratio chain index was in Maruti Suzuki that was 438.51 in 2010-2011. TVS Motor was denoted by the minimum total assets turnover ratio chain index among all selected companies in 2008-2009  that was 43.15 and the maximum was Ashok Leyland in 2006-2007 that was 176.92. . The minimum fixed assets turnover ratio chain index  among selected companies was  founded in Ashok Leyland in 2009-2010 that was 61.94. The maximum fixed assets turnover ratio chain index among, selected companies was  founded in  Hero MotoCorp in 2005 -2006 that was 174.41. In the present study an attempt was made to enhance the aqueous solubility of KA and to study its anti-colon cancer efficacy using in vitro and in vivo methods. Potassium salt of KA i.e., potassium koetjapate was prepared by semi-synthetic method. Anticancer activities of potassium koetjapate were compared with the native compound i.e., KA. MTT cell viability assay was used to obtain and compare the IC50 values of both the compounds. Pro-apoptotic effects of potassium koetjapate were assessed using caspases (3/7, 8 and 9), Hoechst 33342 and Rhodamine 123 fluorescent staining assays. Human apoptosis proteome profiler array was used to identify the protein targets responsible for the induction of apoptosis. Furthermore, in vitro antitumor effects of potassium koetjapate were studied using hanging drop assay. Three doses of potassium koetjapate (25, 50, and 100 mg/kg body weight) were tested in athymic nude mice model to study the in vivo anti-tumorigenic efficacy of potassium koetjapate. In this study, various formulations of KA were prepared. Solubility studies revealed that resultant KA derivative i.e. potassium koetjapate had better aqueous solubility than the solid dispersions of KA. In vitro anticancer studies revealed that potassium koetjapate has better cytotoxic activity than KA and its solid dispersion complex towards HCT 116 cell line

AbstractMission of education in each country is to strengthen human attitude, promoting its philosophy and developing the individual's ability to live healthy and productive in the society. One of the features in the modern education is special attention to psychological and physical activities that students do at school. Development and enrichment of sports and arts activities, according to fairly centralized approach in curriculum planning and lack of sufficient attention to developing learner's social, emotional and cognitive skills in the teaching-learning process is needed. Thinking in this area makes obvious the emergence of new policy making in the school formal programs

Abstract Background Preventive behaviors regarding cervical cancer are essential for women’s health. Even though many studies have addressed women’s knowledge and attitudes toward cervical cancer, little information is available about their experiences of cervical cancer-preventive behaviors. Thus, the aim of this study is to explore the perceptions and experiences of Iranian women regarding cervical cancer-preventive behaviors. Methods This study used a qualitative approach and was conducted in Zanjan, Iran. Participants included 27 women, aged 20–60 years, with no previous history of cervical cancer symptoms or diagnosis. Data were obtained through semi-structured in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Inductive qualitative content analysis was employed to converge and compare themes through participant data. Results The following six main themes emerged from the analysis: attitudes toward cervical cancer and preventive behaviors, preventive behaviors’ concept, self-care, religion and culture, perceived social support, and awareness about cervical cancer and preventive behavior. The findings revealed that several women had misconceptions about cervical cancer and were even superstitious about the causes of it. Fear, shame, and embarrassment were reasons for not undertaking cervical cancer screening. Cervical cancer was also linked to worries about decreased marital satisfaction, sexuality, and femininity. However, religion was considered a positive factor to conducting cancer-preventive behaviors. Conclusions This study showed that improving knowledge about the causes of cervical cancer, increasing awareness of the potential consequences of it, and creating positive attitudes toward screening behavior might encourage Iranian women to perform cervical cancer-preventive behaviors

Throughout history, water as one of the most important natural factors played an important role in human life. In dry and waterless areas, people have always been in difficulty to provide and maintain and distribute water, and over centuries, different strategies have been applied to use water. In this article, water storage as one of the principle strategies to use water which has cultural and social indicators and dimensions was studied. Water storage as an urban structure remained from the past, is a valuable experience of Iranian art and belief values that can be used as a cultural and natural capital. Persian Gulf Islands, because of the lack of water has numerous water storages with different architecture plans and water storage can be called as a sign of this province beside wind towers. Wind towers is a phenomenon derived from confirmation of cultural and technical characteristics of humans with the natural features of the surrounding environment. With regard to drinking groundwater tables, Qeshm Island is one of the most disadvantaged areas of the country and people could already solve some of the problems related to annual lack of water by using their natural aptitudes in building water storage and well. The building technique and the architecture method of water storage structure benefits a specific delicacy because the manufacturers of these units pay precise and discerning attention to major issues such as the level of pressure on the bottom and surface of the water storage, the problem of coverings inside the building, air conditioner, refining and preventing water pollution. Thus, in this article by analyzing water storage of Qeshm Island and categorizing them and their typology from their plans and tanks, we tried to determine the typology of water storage of Qeshm Island. According to the analysis made, Qeshm Island water storages were categorized in to main classes including water storage with circular plan and domed covering, longitudinal with rectangular tank plan and with sternum-shaped and ceiling track covering

The study narrated here is the diary of a community whose participants attended the class while they were going through critical reflection process, the process in which everyone experienced the same pathway of learning English. This Ethnographic project highlighted the life of five EFL Learners who were from the same ethnic background in Homa Town in Tehran. This was realized through observation and participation in learners’ activities while the researchers were interviewing individuals on several occasions. In this paper the authors animate the steps they followed as every one of the learners developed as a whole instead of just academically. This happened when they were all treated as unique, important people whose spiritual growth, and self-knowledge in life were evolved
