The collection of this systematic article was an attempt to show a survey of current activities in the field of error analysis in English language from 2012 to 2018 in Iran. In the country, English is being taught as Foreign Language from middle school. Khansir and Gholami Dashti (2014) mentioned that English accepted as language to pass in the examination. However, English system in this country often put on formal accuracy and teachers focus on the teaching of English grammar in their classes. Error analysis approach has been a widely discussed topic for more than 60 years over the world. However, all the findings of this paper from previous research works on error analysis can be good reasons in order to guide and help reduce such errors in the written language of Iranian students in EFL setting and the results of this work can also be used to as a guide for English learners over the world.  This article identifies and presents the major reasons leading to the English written errors among the Iranian learners. Finally, it reports the effective strategies and suggestions for helping the students to improve their English language. The researchers of this study studied 178 papers in this process and 37 of the papers were relevant

This review paper is intended to discuss the function, objective and aim of correction as a language strategy in English language learning. In reality, correction is termed as feedback by teachers. Feedback is useful where there is a lack of knowledge, especially the failure of students to use language correctly. Error correction is not an essay and it is should be practiced as instructed by the teacher in a language teaching setting. Error correction is a way to develop competence of language learners in a second or foreign language. It can be used in order to attain conscious knowledge of a second or foreign language, and in learning the language’s rules. What is important is that errors in language speech and writing are viewed as having detrimental effects when acquiring a second or foreign language

This article's main aim was to discuss the place of Pragmatics in EFL classrooms. Pragmatics is one of the branches of linguistics concerned with the study of meaning as communicated by a speaker and interpreted by a listener. Pragmatics has relatively recently become the focuses of attention in language studies. On the other hand, it is important to remember that pragmatics components have been used in language teaching contexts in recent years, syllabus design by language teachers worldwide. Many research works have been done by many language researchers in different aspects of pragmatics competence. Language teachers use pragmatics as a functional approach in the language classroom. However, pragmatics follows the general principles for men when they communicate with others. Pragmatics study sentences not in isolation but regarding contexts of situations, and it is defined as the interaction between a sequence of language and the real-world situation in which it is used

Background: The occumulation of heavy metals which are as the results of industrial, urban and agricultural sewages are usually resistant to chemical dissociation. They can easily contaminate aquatic animals especially shrimps which are one of the food chains of humans. The aim of this study was to evaluate the concentration of heavy metals in the tissues of different types of shrimps (wild and farmed) in the sea waters of province of Bushehr (Persian Gulf). Material and Methods: Wild shrimps from different areas of the province and also three types of farmed shrimps including Ferropenaeus, penaeus semisulcatus and Litopenaeusvannamei were caught and collected. Then cleaned, washed, dried and made into powder and then made into ash in a furnace at 550 °C. Heavy metals including Pb, Cd, Hg, Cu, and Zn were measured by atomic absorption flame photometry. Results: The mean values of the concentration of the heavy metals including Pb, Cd, Zn, and Cu present in the wild shrimps were, 2.86, 9.53, 0.45, 1.36 ppm respectively. The amount of Hg found to be 2.8 ppb. Also the mean values of the concentration of the heavy metals in the farmed shrimps were measured as 3, 9.8, 0.42 and 1.37 ppm respectively and the amount of Hg was 2.7 ppb. There was no difference between the amount of heavy metals estimated in the tissues from wild shrimps and the farmed one. Conclusion: The results of this investigation showed that the concentration of heavy metals including Zn,Cu and Hg in both types of the shrimps were less than the amounts reported by WHO and so not risky for health. However the concentration of Pb and Cd in both types were more than the recommended consumption limit for the humans, and they can be considered as risk factors for many diseases. This suggests that attempts should be taken by the responsible authorities to prevent the contamination of sea waters
