This paper is to describe what has been done by the Faculty of Economics UNTAN in growing interest and entrepreneurship skills among students through student activities and currentevaluation tried to offer a development design of student activities with the approach ofpsychological capital that includes (1) the existence of self-confidence (self confidence); (2)positive attribution (optimism); (3) resistance in achieving its objectives with the ability toredefine the path to reach the goal with the ability to redefine the path to peak at the destination ifrequired (hope); and (4) when facing problems and difficulties, able to survive and continueforward (resiliency) to achieve success. The approach taken in this study is qualitative, type ofresearch is a case study. For purposes of analysis, data can be collected using triangulation ofdata collection methods which involves observation, interview documentation and Focus GroupDiscussion (FGD). It can be concluded that the hardest thing in the printing of an entrepreneur isthe mental change that is formed because of the mindset that the synergy of a wide range of ourdaily interactions (family, education, environment, etc.). The Analysis of Diagnostic Assesment Result in Pisa Mathematical Literacy Based on Students Self-efficacy in Rme Learning

This research aimed to test RME learning with an effective scientific approach to improving mathematical literacy and self-efficacy, obtaining an overview of the mathematical literacy diagnostic assessment results that has high, medium and low self-efficacy as well as student difficulties in learning RME with a scientific approach. This research using mix method concurrent embedded with the subject of research is students class VIII. The research begins with a mathematical literacy diagnostic assessment and self-efficacy inventory then performed RME learning in experimental class and conventional learning in control class. Quantitative analysis was conducted to test the effectiveness of learning and deepened with the interview as a qualitative analysis. Learning RME with a scientific approach effective is marked by the achievement of classical completeness, the proportion of students\u27 mathematical literacy, self-efficacy and the difference in pre-post students\u27 mathematical literacy on RME learning better than conventional learning. The results of students\u27 mathematical literacy diagnostic assessment fit the criteria of self-efficacy students except for medium mathematical literacy that having high self-efficacy. Student difficulties in RME learning with the scientific approach are based on the results of mathematical literacy diagnostic assessment, namely language skills problem, the capacity to understand, create strategies, and create the algorithm

Penyusunan Strategi E-government Berbasis Kerangka Kerja Pemeringkatan E-government Indonesia (Pegi) Di Lembaga Penerbangan Dan Antariksa Nasional

People's presures for establishing good governance motivate the government to be able quickly determine a right strategy to accelerate achievement of the government goals. One of strategies implemented in government is developing e-government, as stated in the Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on National Policy and Strategy Development of e-government. A framework used to measure level of development and implementation of e-government in Indonesian government institutions is PeGI (The ranking of e-government of Indonesia). To be able perform the implementation and development of e-government in a timely and effectively, it needs some strategies. This research aims to devise an e-government development strategy based on the PeGI framework by doing a case study on the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN). The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods including document analysis, observations, and focus group discussion (FGD). Based on the analysis, it is found that the level of e-government implementation in LAPAN today is 1.88 while the level of e-government implementation expected is 3.18. PELATIHAN PELAKSANAAN ASESMEN DIAGNOSTIK, FORMATIF, DAN SUMATIF BERBANTUAN TIK UNTUK GURU-GURU PASRAMAN WIDYA DHARMA SUMBAWA

Pasraman Widya Dharma merupakan salah satu pasraman yang ada di Sumbawa. Lembaga ini didirikan sebagai alternatif tempat belajar siswa karena Pendidikan Agama Hindu (PAH) “tidak bisa” diajarkan di sekolah formal karena keterbatasan sumberdaya guru. Semua siswa beragama Hindu di wilayah kecamatan Sumbawa dan sekitarnya dari tingkat SD sampai SMA diarahkan untuk belajar di pasraman ini. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan di pasraman ini, diantaranya adalah kurangnya kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan asesmen pembelajaran yang optimal sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Selain karena background pendidikan guru pasraman yang mayoritas bukan sarjana pendidikan. Mereka juga belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang hal tersebut. Penguasaan TIK guru pasraman ini juga masih tergolong rendah sehingga tidak bisa memanfaatkannya untuk menunjang kegiatan asesmen pembelajaran. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh kurangnya fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran berbantuan TIK di lingkungan Pasraman. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pelaksanaan asesmen pembelajaran berbantuan tik untuk guru-guru pasraman. Kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan utama yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru pasraman dalam melaksanakan asesmen pembelajaran berbantuan TIK. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari semua guru di pasraman Widya Dharma

PKM GURU AGAMA HINDU MELALUI PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS TIK DI PASRAMAN WIDYA DHARMA SUMBAWA BESAR

Pasraman adalah lembaga pendidikan khusus untuk agama Hindu. Lembaga ini merupakan alternatif, jika Pendidikan Agama Hindu (PAH) “tidak bisa” diajarkan di sekolah formal karena keterbatasan SDM Guru PAH. Jadi, untuk semua siswa beragama hindu dari tingkat SD sampai SMA di Sumbawa akan diarahkan untuk belajar di Pasraman-pasraman terdekat dengan mereka. Salah satu pasraman yang ada di Sumbawa adalah Pasraman Widya Dharma. Beberapa permasalahan yang ditemui di Pasraman ini, diantaranya adalah pengetahuan guru-guru tentang pengembangan perangkat dan media pembelajaran yang baik terbilang sangat kurang. Selain karena latar belakang Pendidikan yang bukan dari Sarjana PAH. Mereka juga belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan tentang bagaimana mengembangkan perangkat dan media pembelajaran. Penguasaan guru-guru pasraman ini terhadap teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) juga sangat kurang. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru-guru agama Hindu, untuk dapat mengembangkan perangkat dan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan utama, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari semua guru di pasraman Widya Dharma. Mereka merasa mendapat pengetahuan dan pengalaman baru dalam memanfaatkan TIK untuk menunjang pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya hasil karya guru berupa media pembelajaran yang telah layak digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar
