Il censimento della produzione sonettistica di Gian Pietro Lucini viene completato con un repertorio di testi particolarmente interessante, grazie al quale \ue8 possibile collegare le ultime produzioni spontanee in forma chiusa e la nascita della riflessione sul verso libero. Dalla teoria Lucini affronta poi la pratica con il "semiritmo", una struttura suggerita da Capuana e Carducci, sperimentata con scarso successo ma molte speranze, prima di approdare al "verso libero"

Il contributo costituisce una presentazione del lavoro della nuova edizione critica della "Commedia" di Dante Alighieri, curata da Paolo Trovato e da un piccolo gruppo di ricerca formato da Luisa Ferretti Cuomo, Marco Giola, Fabio Romanini ed Elisabetta Tonello. Nel testo si d\ue0 conto degli avanzamenti prodotti dallo studio dei manoscritti settentrionali latori del testo e si presenta una soluzione, probabilmente vicina a quella che sar\ue0 adottata nella versione finale del testo, per aggirare i problemi linguistici di un testimoniale fortemente patinato, ma certamente affidabile per la sostanza del testo

Aspetti pragmatici e retorici, modalità discorsive e contaminazioni testuali nei resoconti di viaggio dei secoli xv-xvii

Il saggio indaga alcuni aspetti testuali presenti nella prosa di viaggio. Si è deciso di scegliere un campione di testi ampio e piuttosto eterogeneo, che comprende brevi relazioni di esplorazioni ma anche resoconti lunghi, lettere inviate da luoghi esotici, saggi di riflessione, entro un arco temporale che va dalla metà del xv secolo alla fine del xvii circa. L’attenzione si concentra sulle tipologie testuali, legate all’intenzionalità duplice di comunicazione dell’utile o del piacevole; sul discorso riportato e sulla presenza di interpreti; sulla presenza di elementi di meraviglioso nei resoconti di viaggio; infine, sulle peripezie toccate ai viaggiatori, che possono giungere fino al naufragio.This paper investigates the textual aspects of odoeporic literature. The corpus of texts under scrutiny is rather heterogeneous and includes short as well as long reports of explorations, letters from exotic places, essays on social features of newly “discovered” peoples, within a time span ranging from the mid-1400s century to the end of the 17th century. The focus is on text types aimed at communicating both useful and entertaining facts; reported speech and the role of interpreters; the presence of the marvelous in travel reports; the vicissitudes of travelers, including shipwrecks

PER UN REPERTORIO DELLE TRADUZIONI VERSO L’ITALIANO IN ISTRIA E FRIULI-VENEZIA GIULIA NELLA SECONDA METÀ DELL’OTTOCENTO

Alla crescente attenzione per la teoria e la storia della traduzione in Italia non ha fatto seguito la redazione di repertori bibliografici delle traduzioni pubblicate in volume prima del XX secolo. Nonostante le innegabili lacune, il Catalogo dei libri italiani dell’Ottocento ha permesso di redigere un primo elenco delle traduzioni pubblicate nel periodo 1850-1899. Questo articolo illustra modalità, problemi e prospettive della ricerca e ne riporta i risultati relativi alla regione Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Una ulteriore ricerca sull’OPAC del Servizio Bibliotecario Nazionale ha permesso di individuare alcune traduzioni pubblicate nella odierna Istria slovena e croata. Questi spogli non sono esaustivi ma permettono di giungere a una prima valutazione del fenomeno della traduzione nell’area geografica e nel periodo considerati.   For a repertory of translations into Italian in Istria and Friuli-Venezia Giulia in the second half of the nineteenth century The growing attention to the theory and history of translation in Italy has not been followed by the compilation of bibliographical repertories of translations published in volume form before the twentieth century. Despite the undeniable gaps, the Catalogue of Nineteenth-Century Italian Books has made it possible to compile a first list of translations published in the period 1850-1899. This article illustrates the modalities, problems and prospects of the research and reports the results relative to the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. A further search on the OPAC of the National Library Service has made it possible to identify some translations published in today's Slovenian and Croatian Istria. This research is not exhaustive, but it allows us to arrive at a first evaluation of the phenomenon of translation in the geographical area and in the period considered

The role of dalbavancin in the multi-disciplinary management of wound infections in orthopaedic surgery.

Antimicrobial resistance is continuously increasing among bacterial clinical isolates (especially methicillin resistance in Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA), negatively impacting on outcomes of patients with Surgical Site Infections (SSIs). A multi-disciplinary team work is essential for SSIs prevention and for the choice of antibiotic therapy of orthopaedic SSIs. In particular, an Antibiotic Stewardship (AS) approach is recommended for preserving the activity of old and new antimicrobials. Dalbavancin is a novel antimicrobial agent, belonging to the lipoglycopeptides family, recently approved by FDA for the treatment of ABSSSIs (Acute Bacterial Skin and Skin Structure Infections) and can be considered as a candidate for the treatment of orthopaedic superficial SSIs. An antimicrobial activity directed against MRSA and other multi-resistant Gram-positive pathogens, a bactericidal effect and an extremely extended half-life are among key features of this drug. Pubblicare volgarizzamenti di classici latini a testimone unico: la versione boiardesca di Cornelio Nepote

Attributive philology is rooted in stylistic evaluation. Boiardo\u2019s volgarizzamenti are widely debated and provide data for stylistic assessment in the light of literary genres, i.e. literary (but not \u201chighbrow\u201d) prose rather than lyric or narrative poetry. This approach sheds light on an individual style that is different from Boiardo\u2019s as a poet, especially in his translation of Cornelius Nepos\u2019 work. A stylistic analysis needs to be complemented by a philological study of the text to explain miscomprehensions and gaps in the translation in the light of the typical errors of the Medieval tradition, which probably characterised the manuscript Boiardo used for his translation. The combination of a stylistic and philological approach is necessary for correct authorship attribution, since the traits deriving from the literary genre and Diskurstradition contribute to the evaluation of the text against its historical background
