O cuidado de enfermagem como prática empreendedora: oportunidades e possibilidades

OBJETIVOS: Compreender o significado do cuidado de enfermagem como prática social empreendedora. MÉTODOS: Foi baseada na Grounded Theory que, de forma sistemática, criativa e interativa possibilitou o desenvolvimento da teoria: "Vislumbrando o cuidado de enfermagem como prática social empreendedora". Amostra teórica constituiu-se de 35 sujeitos entrevistados, distribuídos em diferentes grupos amostrais. RESULTADOS: O cuidado de enfermagem como prática social empreendedora está associado ao sistema de relações e interações, à capacidade de interagir com os diferentes atores sociais, na capacidade de criar novos canais de comunicação e ações pró-ativas. CONCLUSÃO: A partir do cuidado como prática social empreendedora é possível atuar de forma pró-ativa, inovadora e participativa, sem desconsiderar as contradições sociais emergentes.OBJETIVO: Comprender el significado y desarrollar una teoría sustantiva sobre el cuidado de enfermería como una práctica social emprendedora. La muestra teórica estuvo constituida por treinta y cinco entrevistados distribuidos en diferentes grupos de muestras. RESULTADOS: El cuidado de enfermería como una práctica social emprendedora se asocia con el sistema de relaciones e interacciones, con la capacidad de interactuar con diferentes actores sociales y, con la capacidad de crear nuevos canales de comunicación y de acciones proactivas. CONCLUSIÓN: A partir del cuidado como una práctica emprendedora es posible actuar de manera proactiva, innovadora y participativa, sin dejar de lado las contradicciones sociales emergentes.OBJECTIVE: To understand the meaning and to develop a substantive theory about nursing care as an enterprising social practice. The METHODS: Was based on the Grounded Theory which, in a systematic, creative and interactive manner allowed the development of the substantive theory: "Realizing the nursing care as an enterprising social practice." The theoretical sample consisted of thirty-five subjects distributed among different groups of samples. RESULTS: The nursing care as an enterprising social practice is associated with the system of relationships and interactions, the ability to interact with different social actors and, the ability to create new channels of communication and proactive actions. CONCLUSION: Considering the care as an enterprising practice is possible to act in a proactive, innovative and participatory way, without neglecting the emerging aspects of social contradictions

Product and process innovation in manufacturing firms: a 30-year bibliometric analysis

Built upon a thirty-year dataset collected from the Web of Science database, the present research aims to offer a comprehensive overview of papers, authors, streams of research, and the most influential journals that discuss product and process innovation in the manufacturing environment. The dataset is composed of 418 papers from more than 150 journals from the period between 1985 and 2015. Homogeneity analysis by means of alternating least squares (HOMALS) and Social Network Analysis (SNA) are used to accomplish the objectives listed above through the keywords given by authors. Initially, the paper highlights and discusses the similarity between the topics debated by the main journals in this field. Subsequently, a wide-range map of topics is presented highlighting five main areas of interests; namely, performance, patent, small firm, product development, and organization. A SNA is also performed in order to validate the results that emerged from HOMALS. Finally, several insights about future research avenues in the manufacturing field are provided

A apropriação e uso de conhecimentos de gestão para a mudança de cultura na enfermagem como disciplina

Reflexão acerca da possibilidade do uso de conhecimentos de gestão no processo do trabalho em saúde, apresentando aspectos gerais do processo gerencial e considerações sobre o trabalho da enfermagem no contexto geral do trabalho em saúde e elementos da cultura organizacional e suas implicações no contexto do trabalho da Enfermagem. A manutenção do modelo de gerência tradicional como o principal norteador da organização do trabalho na área da saúde vem inibindo a produção da Disciplina Enfermagem. Urge, na Enfermagem, que se propiciem aos trabalhadores possibilidades para criar, desenvolver, usar novas ferramentas e tecnologias para gerenciar o processo de trabalho, encontrar formas criativas e inovadoras de produzir e viver, ter qualidade de vida pessoal e profissional, ser ético/estético, dentre outros. Apropriar–se e utilizar conhecimentos acerca das diferentes formas de gerenciar o processo de produção no trabalho apresenta–se como uma importante estratégia capaz de propiciar o desenvolvimento da Enfermagem como disciplina.This project is a reflection concerning the possibility of using management knowledge in the process of health care work, presenting general aspects of the management process and considerations about nursing work in the general context of health care work, and elements of the organizational culture and their implications in the context of Nursing work. The maintenance of the traditional management model as the main orientation of work organization in health care has been inhibiting production within the academic area of Nursing. It urges, in Nursing, that workers are given possibilities to create, develop, and use new tools and technologies to manage the work process; to find creative and innovative forms to produce and to live, attaining satisfactory quality of life in personal and professional ways, and being ethical/aesthetic, amongst others. Taking possession and using knowledge concerning the different forms of managing the productive process in work is presented as an important strategy capable of making possible the development of Nursing as a subject.Este trabajo es una reflexión acerca de la posibilidad del uso de conocimientos de gestión en el proceso del trabajo en el área de la salud, presentando aspectos generales del proceso administrativo y las consideraciones sobre el trabajo de la enfermería en el contexto general del trabajo en la salud y los elementos de la cultura organizativa y sus implicaciones en el contexto del trabajo de la Enfermería. El mantenimiento del modelo de la gerencia tradicional como el principal orientador de la organización del trabajo en el área de la salud viene cohibiendo la producción de la Asignatura de Enfermería. Predicting the Relationship Between Virtual Enterprises in an Agile Supply Chain through Structural Equation Modelling

Virtual enterprises are formed in response to turbulent market conditions and are influenced by factors such as the changing relationship between customers and suppliers, the spread of agile supply chains and shorter product life cycles. Research suggests that successful virtual co-operation and supply chain agility are best achieved when the core capabilities of the partners are complementary. This paper therefore investigates the relationship between virtual enterprises in supply chains and provides further insights into the factors affecting agility. A hypothetical model is developed to examine the factors and a structural equation model is used to test the hypotheses, based on survey data from virtual enterprises in Mongolia. The structural equation model uses exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. The results provide empirical evidence of the ability of the model to predict benefits arising from the formation of the virtual enterprise
