    Pengaruh E-service Quality Terhadap E-customer Satisfaction Website Start-up Kaosyay

    Pertumbuhan pesat pangsa pasar e-commerce di Indonesia memang sudah tidak bisa diragukan lagi. Untuk menghadapi intensitas tantangan yang semakin berat, Perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya dituntut berfikir kreatif untuk menemukan berbagai terobosan strategi yang mampu menciptakan sinergi yang memberikan kontribusi optimal bagi pencapaian tujuan Perusahaannya. Oleh karena itu, maka penting diadakannya penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan situs berbelanja online kaosyay.com Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur penilaian pelanggan terhadap variabel e-service quality dan e-customer satisfaction. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel e-service quality dan e-customer satisfaction. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal. Item kuesioner yang digunakan sebanyak 28 item. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna dari situs berbelanja online kaosyay.com yang telah mengakses kaosyay dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode nonprobability purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-customer satisfaction. Adapun saran bagi Perusahaan adalah dengan meningkatkan e-service quality baik dari segi manajemen dan infrastruktur, lebih memperhatikan proses pelayanan kepada pelangggan, dan meningkatkan pelayanannya. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah dapat menyempurnakan dengan teori dan data yang lebih baik dan penelitian tidak hanya pada sektor e-commerce tapi juga pada bidang bisnis berbasis teknologi lainnya

    Respon Mahasiswa Terhadap Tayangan Dakwah Islamiyah Khazanah (Trans 7) Dan Damai Indonesiaku (TV One)

    Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana perhatian, penerimaan, dan pemahaman mahasiswa jurnalistik angkatan 2013 UIN Bandung terhadap tayangan dakwah islamiyah khazanah (TRANS7) dan damai Indonesiaku (TV One). Melalui metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dianalisis secara parsial yaitu dengan analisis korelasi pearson product moment, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t serta dianalisis secara uji hipotesis. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa perhatian terhadap tayangan damai Indonesiaku rendah, pemahaman terhadap respon pada tayangan khazanah sebesar 18% dan sisanya 82% ditentukan oleh variabel atau faktor lain. Sedangkan untuk pemahaman terhadap respon pada tayangan damai Indonesiaku sebesar 0,1% dan sisanya 99,9% ditentukan oleh variabel atau faktor lain. Penerimaan mahasiswa jurnalistik angkatan 2013 terhadap tayangan khazanah adanya hubungan antara respon mahasiswa dengan tayangan khazanah . Sedangkan untuk penerimaan mahasiswa jurnalistik angkatan 2013 terhadap tayangan damai Indonesiaku tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan

    Mobile ad hoc network testbed using mobile robot technology

    MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Network) researchers have shown increased interest in using mobile robot technology for their testbed platforms. Thus, the main motivation of this paper is to review various robot-based MANET testbeds that have been developed in previously reported research. Additionally, suggestions to heighten mobility mechanisms by using mobile robots to be more practical, easy and inexpensive are also included in this paper, as we unveils ToMRobot, a low-cost MANET robot created from an ordinary remote control car that is capable of performing a real system MANET testbed with the addition of only a few low-cost electronic components. Despite greatly reduced costs, the ToMRobot does not sacrifice any of the necessary MANET basic structures and will still be easily customizable and upgradeable through the use of open hardware technology like Cubieboard2 and Arduino, as its robot controller. This paper will also include guidelines to enable technically limited MANET researchers to design and develop the ToMRobot. It is hoped that this paper achieves its two pronged objectives namely (i) to facilitate other MANET researchers by providing them with a source of reference that eases their decision making for selecting the best and most suitable MANET mobile robots for real mobility in their MANET testbeds (ii) to provide MANET researchers with a prospect of building their own MANET robots that can be applied in their own MANET testbed in the future

    Ketahanan Genotipe Kedelai terhadap Kekeringan dan Kemasaman, Hasil Induksi Mutasi dengan Sinar Gamma

    The study aimed to classify soybean genotypes that are tolerant, moderate and sensitive to drought and acidity. The results are expected to give a contribution in the development of Soyban on dry land and acid soil. Increasing of genetic diversity was carried out through mutation induction by gamma ray in soybean seeds. The experiment was conducted in green house by using the method in the form of a two-factor factorial design laid out in the draft group. The first factor was the variety (V) which consisted of three kinds, namely soybean Menyapa varieties (v1), Orba (v2), and Tanggamus (v3). The second factor was the dose of gamma-ray irradiation (D) consisted of 4 doses of 0 Gy (d0), 25 Gy (d1), 50 Gy (d2), and 75 Gy (d3) at concentrations of PEG and Al which showed that the level of diversity the biggest concentration of 30 previous trials of PEG+10 ppm Al. The volume of nutrient solution (Hoagland's) maintained in accordance with the initial volume by adding distilled water, and the solution was maintained at pH 4 using NaOH and HCl 1N. The results showed that the grouping was based on drought tolerant and acidity as follows: genotypes tolerant were varieties Menyapa 50 Gy gamma irradiation, variety of Orba 25 Gy of gamma irradiation, gamma irradiation variety Tanggamus 0 Gy, 25 Gy, 50 Gy of gamma iradiation. Moderate genotype were varieties Menyapa 75 Gy of gamma irradiation, variety Orba 50 Gy, 75 Gy of gamma irradiation, variety Tanggamus 75 Gy of gamma irradiation; genotype susceptible were variety Menyapa 0 Gy, 25 Gy of gamma irradiation; variety Orba without gamma irradiation of 0 Gy

    Perbandingan Sifat Mekanik Bioplastik Terhadap Penambahan Zinc Oxide (Zno)

    Bioplastik merupakan jenis plastik yang terbuat dari bahan alami sehingga dapat dengan mudah terdegradasi oleh aktivitas mikroorganisme salah bahannya adalah pati singkong. Akan tetapi bioplastik belum bisa diproduksi secara masal dan digunakan sehari-hari karena mamiliki sifat yang belum sesuai untuk menggantikan plastik yang ada saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan sifat dan karakterisasi bioplastik tanpa penambahan filler lain dan bioplastik dengan penambahan nanopartikel Zinc Oxide. Beberapa pengujian dan karakterisasi dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, meliputi struktur morfologi, kekuatan mekanik, dan biodegradasi. Dari karakterisasi SEM dihasilkan bahwa bioplastik dengan penambahan nanopartikel Zinc Oxide cenderung memiliki morfologi yang lebih baik, tidak retak, walaupun terdapat agregasi partikel. Pengujian lain menunjukan bahwa nanopartikel Zinc Oxide mampu meningkatkan kekuatan tarik bioplastik namun menghambat pertumbuhan mikroorganism

    The potential use of service-oriented infrastructure framework to enable transparent vertical scalability of cloud computing infrastructure

    Cloud computing technology has become familiar to most Internet users. Subsequently, there has been an increased growth in the use of cloud computing, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). To ensure that IaaS can easily meet the growing demand, IaaS providers usually increase the capacity of their facilities in a vertical IaaS increase capability and the capacity for local IaaS amenities such as increasing the number of servers, storage and network bandwidth. However, at the same time, horizontal scalability is sometimes not enough and requires additional strategies to ensure that the large number of IaaS service requests can be met. Therefore, strategies requiring horizontal scalability are more complex than the vertical scalability strategies because they involve the interaction of more than one facility at different service centers. To reduce the complexity of the implementation of the horizontal scalability of the IaaS infrastructures, the use of a technology service oriented infrastructure is recommended to ensure that the interaction between two or more different service centers can be done more simply and easily even though it is likely to involve a wide range of communication technologies and different cloud computing management. This is because the service oriented infrastructure acts as a middle man that translates and processes interactions and protocols of different cloud computing infrastructures without the modification of the complex to ensure horizontal scalability can be run easily and smoothly.
