Standard Operasonal procedure (SOP) is a stage of work to carry out the guidelines of the job functions and assessment tool created systematically in order to realize effective and efficient bureaucracy in taking care of any form of service in areas of mail lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi. Thus Camat Sukajadi 451.15 Number Keputan issued/KSJ/X/2012/071 on standard Operational procedures. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of a standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru and to know the factors that become an obstacle the execution of operational standards procedures (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory that the authors use standard theory is Operasonal procedure (SOP) by Joko Dwi Santoso, with indicators of efficiency, consistency, minimalisa errors, problem resolution, protection of ternaga work, map work, and limits of Defense. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of descriptive data. In data collection, the author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as a source of information and technique of triangulation as a source in the validity of the data.The results of this research show that the implementation of a standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Service Letter lands in the Office of the head of Sukajadi Pekanbaru has yet to run a maximum of views from Parties sub socialisation of less Standard Sukajadi Operasonal procedure (SOP) to the community so that everything is done in accordance with existing regulations will be completed quickly and precisely and how to minimize the errors committed by the Sub-District has not been quick in respond to it because it only depends on the technical instructions. Pola Pengembangan Agribisnis Perikanan Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Bonang Kabupaten Demak

Kecamatan Bonang merupakan salah satu wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Demak terdapat empat desa pesisir yaitu Desa Purworejo, Desa Margolinduk, Desa Morodemak, dan Desa Betahwalang. Potensi 4 Desa sebagai wilayah pesisir sangat didominasi hasil perikanan yang sangat melimpah namun, berdasarkan data BPS dalam angka tahun 2011 Kecamatan Bonang memiliki jumlah rumah tangga miskin cukup besar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah merumuskan pola agribisnis perikanan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Bonang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif dan analisis frekuensi untuk menganalisis potensi agribisnis perikanan. Analisis hierarchi cluster untuk mengelompokkan klasifikasi wilayah sesuai dengan tipologi karakteristik potensi pengembangan agribisnis perikanan. Analisis multidimensional scalling untuk memetakan tipologi wilayah sesuai karakteristik potensi agribisnis perikanan. Temuan studi yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah pola pengembangan agribisnis perikanan wilayah pesisir Kecamatan Bonang dimana Desa Betahwalang dan Desa Morodemak menjadi desa input produksi penyedia peralatan penangkapan dan bibit ikan tambak. Desa Betahwalang, Desa Margolinduk, Desa Morodemak dan Desa Purworejo memiliki potensi pada kegiatan perikanan tangkap dan kegiatan budidaya (tambak). Pada kegiatan pengolahan ada tiga wilayah pusat pengolahan yaitu sentra pengolahan rajungan kupas di Desa Betahwalang, sentra pengolahan ikan asin dan udang rebon di Desa Purworejo, dan sentra pengolahan kerupuk dan terasi di Desa Margolinduk. Hasil pengolahan pada masing-masing sentra wilayah ini nantinya bisa dijual langsung dari 2 Desa yaitu Desa Margolinduk dan Desa Purworejo yang secara eksisting dekat dengan akses jalan lokal utama selain itu Desa Purworejo juga menjadi pusat aktivitas perikanan karena terdapat TPI Morodemak

Peningkatan Keterampilan Menyimak Cerita Anak melalui Media Animasi Audio Visual Siswa Kelas VI SD

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan menyimak cerita anak melalui media animasi audio visual siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Oeba 3 Kupang, Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Oeba 3 Kupang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan menyimak cerita anak dan penggunaan media animasi audio visual. Setiap siklus terdapat instrumen yang berwujud tes dan nontes. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian keterampilan menyimak cerita anak pada pratindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas. Hal tersebut terlihat pada keaktifan siswa dan keantusiasan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menyimak cerita anak melalui media animasi audio visual

Nanoemulsion as a topical delivery system of antipsoriatic drugs

Psoriasis is one of the most common skin diseases, affecting 2–5% of the world's population. It is a skin autoimmune disorder, resulting in an excessive growth and aberrant differentiation of keratinocytes. Psoriasis is an incurable lifetime disease which can only be controlled and relieved through medication. Various approaches have been explored to treat the disease. Treatment of psoriasis includes topical therapy, systemic therapy and phototherapy. Topical therapy is the first line treatment and it is the most practical medication method for psoriasis patients. However, the conventional topical treatments such as gel and cream have low efficiency, poor cosmetic and aesthetic appeal, leading to poor patient compliance or adherence, while systemic and photo therapy produce significant adverse side effects. Nanoemulsion is defined as an emulsion system consisting of oil, surfactant, and water with an isotropic, transparent (or translucent) appearance. The emulsion droplet size is defined to be less than 200 nm. Nonetheless, if the emulsion has low surfactant content and is kinetically stable, a size of less than 500 nm can be accepted as nanoemulsion. A small droplet size would enhance the delivery and penetration of a drug through the psoriasis skin layer. There has been a growing interest in using nanoemulsions in topical applications, due to their high stability and their optical transparency or translucency, which make them good and very dermatologically attractive. A good selection of oils and surfactants would enhance the transdermal treatment efficacy. This review highlights the potential of drug-loaded nanoemulsions for the treatment of psoriasis towards achieving better efficacy and eliminating side effects

PrivateRide: A Privacy-Enhanced Ride-Hailing Service

In the past few years, we have witnessed a rise in the popularity of ride-hailing services (RHSs), an on-line marketplace that enables accredited drivers to use their own cars to drive ride-hailing users. Unlike other transportation services, RHSs raise significant privacy concerns, as providers are able to track the precise mobility patterns of millions of riders worldwide. We present the first survey and analysis of the privacy threats in RHSs. Our analysis exposes high-risk privacy threats that do not occur in conventional taxi services. Therefore, we pro- pose PrivateRide, a privacy-enhancing and practical solu- tion that offers anonymity and location privacy for riders, and protects drivers’ information from harvesting attacks. PrivateRide lowers the high-risk privacy threats in RHSs to a level that is at least as low as that of many taxi services. Using real data-sets from Uber and taxi rides, we show that PrivateRide significantly enhances riders’ privacy, while preserving tangible accuracy in ride matching and fare calculation, with only negligible effects on convenience. Moreover, by using our Android implementation for experimental evaluations, we show that PrivateRide’s overhead during ride setup is negligible. In short, we enable privacy- conscious riders to achieve levels of privacy that are not possible in current RHSs and even in some conventional taxi services, thereby offering a potential business differentiator
