Information technology has developed rapidly where its development cannot be avoided. The result of this development such as the internet, not only can help our daily life becomes more modern or easier, the business world is also helped with the result of this development. The existence of internet itself and its related technologies affects the business world greatly where they have changed the concept of traditional commerce into electronic commerce or e-commerce. The growth of Indonesia e-commerce is high, but despite the high growth of e-commer, the internet penetration and online shopping penetration is not as expected and the pace at which taking advatage of the only shopping still falls somewhat behind expectations. All this lags are because of consumers still do not find online shopping irresistible or the attitude towards the online shopping is not in a favorable way. And even though the indonesian consumer attitudes towards online shopping is negative or not in favorable manner, it is reversed if compared with Lazada Indonesia where consumer attitudes towards them is already positive or in favorable manner. The objective of this research is to analyze factors in an integrated model which involves Perceived Web Quality, Perceived Benefits, eWOM, Trust, and Online Shopping Attitudes. This research used data from 400 samples of respondents who live in Indonesia that have done a purchasement at lazada.co.id website. The samples are collected by giving online questionnaires with 21 question items from 5 constructs.Structural Equation Modelin (SEM) is used as analyzing tool to test the hypotheses and using SmartPLS 3.0 as the statistic software to conduct the calculations. The result of this research is shown that all the hypotheses of is supported. There are 3 factors that influence consumers online shopping attitudes which are Perceived Web Quality, Perceived Benefits, and Trust. The result also shows that this model can be used to predict Consumers online hopping attitude towards lazada.co.id moderately where the R2 is 56,4%. By understanding this, lazada.co.id can create an online shop that is line with variables that determine positive consumers online shopping attitude. This research has found that the most significant factor from this model that influences the consumers online shopping attitudes towards lazada.co.id is Perceived Web Quality. This means that lazada.co.id should focus on maintaining and improving the overall quality and performance of their website to product more positive and favorable attitude of consumers towards their online shopping. For further research because the model is able to moderately predict the consumer online shopping attitudes, another variables that influence the model may be added and it is expected be able encouraged to focus on application based online shopping to understand app users online shopping attitude. In this study the transesterification reaction is particularly slow due to the oil is sparingly soluble in lower alcohol. However, the slow reaction rate in transesterification reaction can be speed up by using reaction rate increasing technique such as microwave pre-treatment of oil. Waste Cooking Oil (WCO) has been chosen as non-edible oil feedstock for this project. WCO is chosen as it can reduce the cost of production of biodiesel and it is also environmentally beneficial from a waste management viewpoint, since it provides a cleaner way for disposing these products. However, when using waste cooking oil as feedstock, it will affect the transesterification reaction and the biodiesel properties due to foreign substance in the oil formed during frying. In order to design suitable transesterification reaction condition, chemical and physical properties of waste cooking oil has been determined. The interaction and individual effects of transesterification reaction parameter has been study using design of experiment (DOE) software’s by using central composite design (CCD) of response surface methodology (RSM). The yield of biodiesel from transesterification of biodiesel pre-treated with microwave shows higher yield at 89.96% at 35 minute compared to 77.53% at 45 minute of transesterification without microwave pre-treatment. The results shows that microwave increase the reaction rate which give more yield in shorter time

Splenopancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma with multiorgan metastasis in a northern water snake (Nerodia sipedon)

A 16-yr-old northern water snake (Nerodia sipedon) presented with a large, firm midcoelomic swelling. A complete blood count, survey radiographs, coelomic ultrasound, and fine needle aspirate of the mass were performed. Survey radiographs revealed a soft tissue opacity mass. Ultrasonographic examination confirmed the presence of the mass but could not aid in its visceral localization. After 2 weeks, the snake presented again because of continued anorexia and poor quality of life. Euthanasia was performed. Gross necropsy revealed a multilobulated mass attached to and effacing the splenopancreas. Histologically, the mass was composed of cuboidal to columnar neoplastic epithelial cells forming tubules surrounded by variable amounts of fibrovascular stroma. Histological examination and immunohistochemical staining of other tissues revealed local invasion in the subserosa and tunica muscularis of the stomach, metastasis within the liver, in the mesovarium, and an intravascular metastasis within the ventricle of the heart surrounded by a thrombus

Different methods for three-dimensional visualization of biological structures have been developed and extensively applied by different research groups. In the field of electron microscopy, a new technique that has emerged is the use of a focused ion beam and scanning electron microscopy for 3D reconstruction at nanoscale resolution. The higher extent of volume that can be reconstructed with this instrument represent one of the main benefits of this technique, which can provide statistically relevant 3D morphometrical data. As the life cycle of Plasmodium species is a process that involves several structurally complex developmental stages that are responsible for a series of modifications in the erythrocyte surface and cytoplasm, a high number of features within the parasites and the host cells has to be sampled for the correct interpretation of their 3D organization. Here, we used FIB-SEM to visualize the 3D architecture of multiple erythrocytes infected with Plasmodium chabaudi and analyzed their morphometrical parameters in a 3D space. We analyzed and quantified alterations on the host cells, such as the variety of shapes and sizes of their membrane profiles and parasite internal structures such as a polymorphic organization of hemoglobin-filled tubules. The results show the complex 3D organization of Plasmodium and infected erythrocyte, and demonstrate the contribution of FIB-SEM for the obtainment of statistical data for an accurate interpretation of complex biological structures

Hydrogenosomes and mitosomes represent remarkable mitochondrial adaptations in the anaerobic parasitic protists such as Trichomonas vaginalis and Giardia intestinalis, respectively. In order to provide a tool to study these organelles in the live cells, the HaloTag was fused to G. intestinalis IscU and T. vaginalis frataxin and expressed in the mitosomes and hydrogenosomes, respectively. The incubation of the parasites with the fluorescent Halo-ligand resulted in highly specific organellar labeling, allowing live imaging of the organelles. With the array of available ligands the HaloTag technology offers a new tool to study the dynamics of mitochondria-related compartments as well as other cellular components in these intriguing unicellular eukaryotes
