A lo largo de los diferentes módulos del diplomado de profundización en Linux, se ha podido evidenciar la posibilidad de soluciones robustas y estables a través de servidores en base a tecnología Linux para las empresas, Zentyal ofrece servicios confiables y funcionales que están a la vanguardia de las tecnologías y necesidades actuales. Diagnóstico y análisis financiero del Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A.

El presente trabajo se encuentra enfocado en la creación de valor de la compañía GRUPO DE INVERSIONES SURAMERICANA S.A, En donde se realiza un análisis financiero detallando el desarrollo de sus actividades económicas y servicios financieros, al igual que el análisis realizado a su estrategia de ventas para ser competitivos en el sector. Basados en la caracterización del problema de encontrar la manera de realizar un estudio a los estados financieros de la compañía e identificar si la misma es rentable; Se realiza un análisis de relación entre riesgo, rentabilidad y liquidez, utilizando indicadores que miden que miden el valor económico agregado de la compañía en el mercado en los periodos correspondientes a los años 2018, 2019 y 2020. Por ende, con el análisis de los indicadores financieros se determina el apalancamiento de la compañía, así mismo el análisis de cobertura el costo de la deuda y la rentabilidad esperada por la compañía, su nivel de endeudamiento y comparación de la estructura financiera con entidades del sector, así mismo poder realizar recomendaciones frente a su manejo financiero; Se realiza un estudio de análisis bursátil de las expectativas de generación de beneficios de la empresa, la política de dividendos que ha adoptado y sus variables de los mercados financieros internacionales que impactan la misma. Por último, se precisa que, el análisis de indicadores financieros permite tener una información clara para poder determinar la toma de decisiones, las cuales influyen en conocer si se obtiene la rentabilidad esperada para poder invertir en la compañía.This paper is focused on creating value of the company GRUPO DE INVERSIONES SURAMERICANA S.A. where a financial analysis detailing the development of its economic activities and financial services, as well as the analysis carried out to its sales strategy to be competitive in the sector. The analysis of the financial indicators therefore determined the company’s leverage, as well as the coverage analysis of the cost of the debt and the company’s expected profitability, its level of debt and comparison of the financial structure with sector entities, and recommendations were also made in relation to its financial management; A stock analysis study of the company’s profit generation expectations, the dividend policy it has adopted and its variables in international financial markets that impact it.
