Digital Voltmeter Trainer As A Learning Media Of Digital Technique Sequential On The Competency Skills Of Audio Video Technique In SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta

The purpose of this study is to know about the design, performance, and the eligibility level of the Digital Voltmeter Trainer as a learning media of digital technique sequential on the competency skills of Audio Video technique in SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Research and Development method is the method that be used in this research. The object of this study is the digital voltmeter trainer. The cycles of the research are : 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation, 4) test, 5) validation, 6) and the using test. In order to collect the data, the research used some methods, they are: 1) test and performance observation, 2) questionnaire, in order to know the eligibility level of the media, based on the content validity and construct validation and also the using test by students of SMK N 2 Yogyakarta. Describtive analysis is used as the technique to analyse the data. The results of the research showed that digital voltmeter trainer as a learning media of digital technique sequential including some cycles: 1) pulse generator, 2) control the input pulse, 3) decimal and hexa counter, 4) decoder BCD, 5) display, 6) overflow, 7) DAC, 8) comparator, 9) selector, and 10) power supply. Test results of the test and performance observations of each circuit board trainer showed that it can work properly and when used as a gauge voltmeter to measure voltage up to 220V AC or DC. The eligibility level media trainer can be seen from the validation test of contents the result up to 88.41%, the validation test of construct up to 80.11% and the using test by the student up to 82.14%, then the digital voltmeter trainer be used as a learning media in SMK N 2 Yogyakarta. STRENGTHENING FINANCIAL SYSTEM STABILITY THROUGH ENHANCING INTERMEDIARY FUNCTION AND EFFICIENCY OF BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANK)

This paper analyzes the function of the regional development banks (BPD) as an intermediary institution using the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and Bank Indonesia Certificate to deposit ratio (SDR) and efficiency performance with data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach with data during 2006-2007 covering 26 BPD in Indonesia. The result of study indicates that the regional development banks do not play its optimal role as the intermediary institution and efficiency performance do not achieve the level of maximum 100 persen. For getting the optimal function of banking intermediary and promoting better efficiencies, BPD needs to design some steps of the grand strategy that can be developed in the future, that is: the limitation of funds placed by BPD in Bank Indonesia Certificate notes, inter BPD networking, focus on market segmentation, diversification source of funds, and creating local credit guaranting institutions.Keywords: bank efficiency, bank intermediary, loan to deposit ratio (LDR), SBI to deposit ratio (SDR), data envelopment analysis (DEA

Politics of crime prevention in general election law are interesting to be discuss because some prohibited acts already set out, for example, there are minimum specific criminal provisions and additional punishment for it perpetrators. Thus seemed to guarantee the implementation of a good election, yet in fact there are a variety of criminal acts which qualified as offense, criminal elections, etc. The offenses contained in the various election rules such as the Criminal Code, legislative elections laws and presidential election law are a criminal offense related to the general election. In other words, this criminal act also called as part of political criminal or political crimes. The legislative products which mentioned any punishments in the election laws means of political crime prevention offenses (criminal offense and elections). Permasalahan Pengembangan Sukuk Korporasi Di Indonesia Menggunakan Metode Analytical Network Process (Anp)

This paper analyzed the problem of developing corporate sukuk in Indonesia using AnalyticNetwork Process (ANP) methodology, proceeded by literature survey and in-depth interviewwith scholars, practitioners, and regulator of Islamic capital market to fully understand the problemand to develop an appropriate ANP network. The cause of this problem could be grouped into fouraspects, namely 1) market player; 2) product characteristic; 3) regulation; and 4) government. Thisresearch found that the problems of developing corporate sukuk in Indonesia could be summed upinto two main causes from market player and regulation aspects, namely the lack of market playerunderstanding and quality of human resource which involved in Islamic capital market, and alsothe uncertainty of tax regulations. The suggested solution was to increase understanding of marketplayer by promoting Islamic capital market intensively, and then providing quality of human resourceby training and education comprehensively, revising tax regulation to avoid double taxation becomethe next solution. Other suggested solution from government aspect was to give support throughissuance sovereign sukuk. Moreover, the most effective policy strategy to overcome the problems ofIslamic capital market, specially in developing corporate sukuk market was by implementing marketdriven strategy, where policies were intended to make market mechanism running well
