    Smoking is one of the problems in society that is diicult to be resolved. In 2011, 6 million deaths each year are caused by smoking. The number of smokers in Indonesia continues to grow which is dominated by the age of 15 years and above. To overcome these problems, the government issued a policy of banning smoking in the learning process places. UMY is one of the places that have already implemented smoke-free campus since 2011, however there are people who still smoke in the campus.The purpose of this study was to determine how the students\u27 attitude of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta toward a smoke-free campus policy. This studywasaqualitativeresearchwithphenomenological approach. The data was taken using the disccusion focus groups, depth interviews and observation. Participants in this study were determined by purposive sampling which were 20 participants consisting of students and campus employees in UMY. The validity of the data in this study was done by using triangulation, triangulation methods and peer debrieing. Data analysis by using the soft ware open code version 4.2. The results indicated that the students who were active smokers agreed and disagreed on KBBR, nevertheless there are diferences in attitudes related to compliance with these rules. Students who were active smokers who agreed to KBBR supported and there were students who did not support the KBBR. But students who were active smokers that did not agree to KBBR did not support the implementation of KBBR on campus. Unlike the students who were active smokers, passive smokers students all agreed and supported KBBR in UMY. By that attitude, UMY needs to increase their knowledge and socialization of KBBR to the students, therefore the students are able to increase the positive attitude towards KBBR in order to create a clean and smoke-free campus

    Quality of life is a broad concept of scope is complex, influenced by a person\u27s physical health, psychological, social, ability to function and economic factors. Reduced physical health can affect the level of ability of the mobility of the elderly in the fulfillment of their needs so that quality of life can\u27t be achieved with either. This research aimed to determine the relationship between level of mobility with domain of physical quality of life of elderly. This study used a non-experimental quantitative research design with descriptive-correlation type. The research used total sampling with 60 respondents. The data was collected by questioners Elderly Mobility Scale (EMS) and WHOQOL-BREF 26 item. The results of this research Showed that there is a relationship between levels of mobility capabilities with the domain of physical quality of life of elderly with Pearson correlation 0.416 and p value of 0.001 (p <0.05). The better the level of the ability of mobility and the domain of physical good quality of life as well. Nurses can be called on elderly for perform ROM in maintaining mobility and quality of life physical domain

    Peningkatan Suhu Bayi Prematur Melalui Terapi Sentuhan

    Mengidentifikasi pengaruh terapi sentuhan terhadap suhu dan nadi bayi prematur di ruang perinatologi RS X Tangerang. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan pre dan post test. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara consecutive sampling. Responden berjumlah 30 bayi prematur, dengan 15 bayi pada kelompok intervensi dan 15 bayi pada kelompok kontrol. Pengujian rata-rata suhu dan nadi pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata suhu bayi prematur secara signifikan pada kelompok intervensi (p= 0,000, α= 0,05). Kesimpulannya, terapi sentuhan dapat meningkatkan suhu bayi prematur. Disarankan agar terapi sentuhan dapat diterapkan dalam asuhan keperawatan pada bayi prematur

    Media brosur merupakan salah satu media untuk menyampaikan informasi yang berfungsi sebagai menjelaskan atau mempresentasikan suatu produk, USAha, profil Perusahan atau sarana untuk beriklan. Oleh karena itu brosur sering kali di desain dengan semenarik mungkin agar menarik minat pembaca.Terkadang informasi yang tersedia di brosur tidak cukup memberikan banyak informasi karena terbatasnya ruang yang tersedia pada brosur. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian menggunakan media brosur mobile augmented reality dengan pendekatan metode Interactive Multimedia System Design Development (IMSDD) untuk studi kasus mempromosikan informasi mengenai Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Dumai. Penggunaan metode IMSDD mampu menghasilkan objek 3D gedung dan video yang dikemas dalam bentuk media brosur sebagai user interfaces object 3D dan video berbasis teknologi Augmented Reality.Aplikasi ini menggunakan Virtualbutton pada marker untuk multiobjek 3D gedung dan video yang akan ditampilkan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Heuristik dari pengujian alpha testing ditemukan bahwa pada aplikasi tidak mempunyai error prevention dan help user recognize yaitu tidak terdapatnya pesan error jika terjadi kesalahan tapi dua hal tesebut tidak berdampak pada penggunaannya karena jika konten dari 3D tidak muncul pada aplikasi yang berjalan, pengguna cukup kembali melakukan capturing pada marker

    Inisiasi Usaha Ternak Sapi Potong Intensif Melalui Kandang Komunal dan Bank Pakan Taman Nasional Baluran

    Masyarakat Dusun Sidomulyo yang merupakan daerah penyangga Taman Nasional Baluran (TNB) selama beberapa generasi telah menyatu dan memanfaatkan wilayah di sekitar TN Baluran untuk menggembalakan sapi potong. Pemeliharaan secara ekstensif ini lambat laun memasuki daerah konservasi. Dampak dari penggembalaan ekstensif ini secara sosial dan ekologis sangat merugikan. Upaya memadukan dua kepentingan yaitu pemenuhan kebutuhan peternak sapi potong dan konservasi di TN Baluran sudah lama dilakukan. Program inisiasi Program Usaha Ternak Sapi Potong intensif dinilai tepat untuk Kawasan SPTN Wilayah II Sidomulyo Taman Nasional Baluran dalam rangka menyelamatkan TN Baluran dari tekanan masyarakat sekitar sekaligus untuk memberdayakan peternak sapi potong di daerah penyangga. Usaha Ternak Sapi Potong Intensif diharapkan dapat meng­optimalkan potensi wilayah desa penyangga dan mendukung program konservasi Taman Nasional Baluran. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan menginisiasi desain kandang komunal dan bank pakan untuk mewujudkan usaha ternak sapi intensif yang menguntungkan semua pihak. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan tercapainya semua indikator keberhasilan yang direncanakan, sejauh ini peternak yang terlibat bersedia untuk memulai intensifikasi usaha dan melakukan fermentasi pakan sebagai awal pendirian bank pakan, namun perubahan sosial dari program tetap membutuhkan sampai menimbulkan dampak yang diinginkan.&nbsp

    The application of the skin virome for human identification

    The use of skin virome offers a unique approach for human identification purposes in instances where a viable and statistically relevant human DNA profile is unavailable. The skin virome may act as an alternative DNA profile and/or an additional form of probative genetic material. To date, no study has attempted to investigate the human virome over a time series across various physical locations of the body to identify its diagnostic potential as a tool for human identification. For this study, we set out to evaluate the stability, diversity, and individualization of the human skin virome. An additional goal was to identify putative viral signatures that can be used in conjunction with traditional forensic STR loci. In order to accomplish this, human viral metagenomes were collected and sequenced from 42 individuals at three anatomical locations (left hand, right hand, and scalp) across multiple collection periods over a 6-month window of time. Assembly dependent and independent bioinformatic approaches, along with a database centered assessment of viral identification, resulted in three sets of stable putative viral markers. In total, with the three sets combined, we identified 59 viral biomarker regions, consisting of viral species and uncharacterized viral genome assemblies, that were stable over the sampling period. Additionally, we found the abundance profiles of these 59 viral biomarkers, based on presence or absence, to be significantly different across subjects (P \u3c 0.001). Here we demonstrate that not only is the human virome applicable to be used for human identification, but we have identified many viral signatures that can putatively be used for forensic applications, thus providing a foundation to the novel field of forensic virology
