    A combustor includes a dome assembly having radially outer and inner liners joined thereto and defining therebetween a combustion zone. The dome assembly includes at least one annular dome having a pair of axially extending first flanges between which are disposed a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart carburetors for discharging a fuel/air mixture into the combustion zone for generating combustion gases. An annular heat shield includes a pair of axially extending legs integrally joined to a radially extending face in a generally U-shaped configuration, with the face including a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart ports disposed concentrically with perspective ones of the carburetors for allowing the fuel/air mixture to be discharged therefrom through the heat shield. At least one of the heat shield legs includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart mounting holes disposed adjacent to a respective one of the dome flanges, and a plurality of mounting pins are fixedly joined to the dome flange and extend radially through respective ones of the mounting holes without interference therewith for allowing unrestrained thermal movement between the heat shield and the dome while supporting the heat shield against axial pressure loads thereon. In a preferred embodiment, the dome assembly includes three domes having respective ones of the heat shield, and respective baffles are spaced from the heat shields for providing impingement cooling thereof

    Banking have an important role in advancing the economy of a country. The aim of this research is to find out the policy of credit efective to improve profitability. The result showed tha BPR credit policy on Dau Kusumadjaja not effective. It was proven by the effectiveness financial calculation of 56.5% which means not effective. On a calculation LDR reach a level of 69% in 2013 this would mean still be under standart Bank Indonesia which that of 85% - 110%. Then the value of Capital Adequacy Ratio by 8.8% in 2011, 6.8% in 2012 and 8.3% in 2013. Conclusion of this research is to Increase Loan Deposit Ratio can increase the value of ROA and lowering BOPO and followed by the other management such as ROE, GPM, NPM, Net Income total Assset, and Rate of return on Loans. Credit policies that can effectively improve profitability by using the regulatory standards or regulatory approach to BI. Effective credit policy can increase profitability by increasing credit expansion through calculation Loans Ratio and Deposite capital increase via expansion of revenue through deposits and savings through the calculation of Capital Adequacy Ratio. Conclusion about this research is increase the team work to get of DPK. Then save the customer with banking principle

    Emosi adalah salah satu potensi yang dimiliki manusia sejak lahir dan akan berkembang sesuai dengan lingkungannya. Peran guru sangat besar dalam mengembangkan emosi siswa agar emosinya menjadi cerdas , karena kecerdasan emosi akan menghasilakn siswa yang berkualitas dan sukses dalam kehidupannya. Mengenal kecerdasan emosi siswa antara lain dengan cara mengenal emosi diri, mengelolah emosi dan memotivasi diri sendiri. Mengelola kecerdasan emosi dimulai anak usia dini, melalui naskah emosi yang sehat dan diinternaliasikan oleh anak dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Didalam proses pembelajaran mengelolah kecerdasan emosi dengan menciptakaan emosi yaang positif pada diri anak serta membuat lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan.     The production of excess on-farm manure is placing continuous pressures on dairy producers to meet or exceed standards for environmental regulations while maintaining profitability and competitiveness. Evaluation of the effects of recycling nutrients on the profitability of the whole farm enterprise is important for a dairy operation. The objective of this study was to develop a linear programming model that evaluates the economic performance of a dairy operation considering production and environmental constraints. The main goal was to maximize profits from the dairy enterprise considering milk production, manure production, crop production while maintaining a balance of nutrients in the system. Results from simulation analyses showed greater effects on total farm profits at the more restrictive P-based than N-based manure application rates.Environmental Economics and Policy,
