    Vibrio harveyi is the most common pathogenic agent of Penaeus monodon and causing large economic losses to the shrimp farming industry. Antibiotic has been used as the diseases treatment, but it has been banned due to the side effects. This problem was required an alternative solution by using natural material, such as earthworm powder (L. rubellus). This research was conducted to know the bacterial growth inhibition V. harveyi by using earthworm powder (L. rubellus). The research method is experimental and data analysis done descriptively. Inhibition of V. harveyi growth was tested using disc diffusion method. Earthworm powder concentrations are 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 % (w/v) and chloramphenicol disc (30µg), each treatment was repeated three times. The main parameter observed was the size of diameter inhibition zone (mm) which formed around the disc paper after incubation within 24 hours. The data analysis was done descriptively by comparing sensitivity level each treatment. Results showed that earthworms powder (L. rubellus) from the lowest concentration (25% w/v) to the highest concentration (100% w / v) were not able to inhibit V. harveyi growth

    From Theory to Practice of Signaling Theory: Sustainability Reporting Strategy Impact on Stock Price Crash Risk with Sustainability Reporting Quality as Mediating Variable

    Stock Price Crash Risk (SPCR) is the risk of stock price collapse. SPCR conditions must be understood by stakeholders, among others: for regulators in order to avoid the devastation of stock prices that have systemic impact on the capital market; for suppliers to sell their products to the company; for company employees to maintain the sustainability of the company so that they can still work; for shareholders to keep the stock of the company from the risk of delisting in the capital market; to the prospective investor as the basis of investment decision in the capital market; and to the Investment Manager in order to master the stock portfolio risk knowledge in the capital market. We examine the relation among implementation of sustainability reporting strategy (SRS) impact on SPCR with sustainability reporting quality (SRQ) as variable intervening. Using signaling theory, we find that a good company will provide signal hints for stakeholders regarding SRS that have a significant effect on the SRQ.     Suplementasi Crude Enzim Cairan Rumen Domba Pada Pakan Berbasis Sumber Protein Nabati Dalam Memacu Pertumbuhan Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) [Liquid Rumen Crude Enzyme Supplementation in the Plant Protein Based Diet on Growth Performance of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus)]

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi crude enzim cairan rumen pada pakan berbasis protein nabati terhadap kinerja pertumbuhan ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Ikan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah juwana ikan nila yang berukuran 6,10±0,49 g. Ikan dipelihara dalam akuarium berukuran 35x40x50 cm3 de-ngan kepadatan delapan ekor per akuarium, yang dilengkapi dengan sistem resirkulasi selama 54 hari. Ikan diberi pakan sampai Kenyang dengan frekuensi tiga kali sehari. Empat macam pakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki kadar protein dan energi yang sama yakni 28% dan 4.050 kkal GE kg-1 dan berbeda pada jumlah penambahan crude enzim cairan rumen domba (crude enzyme) yakni 0 ml kg-1 (pakan A), 200 ml kg-1 (pakan B), 400 ml kg-1 (pakan C) dan 600 ml kg-1 (pakan D). Konsumsi pakan, efisiensi pakan, laju retensi protein, retensi lemak, pertumbuhan harian, dan kelangsungan hidup digunakan sebagai paramer yang diuji. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan setiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali. Hasil penelitian ini memper-lihatkan bahwa penambahan crude enzim cairan domba memberi pengaruh yang nyata terhadap efisiensi pakan, retensi protein dan retensi lemak ikan nila (p<0,01). Adapun nilai kelangsungan hidup, laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan konsumsi pakan terlihat tidak berbeda akibat adanya penambahan crude enzim tersebut. Penambahan enzim sebanyak 200 ml kg-1 memberikan hasil yang terbaik terhadap kinerja pertumbuhan ikan nila
