    This study aimed to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) with of SMEs growth, and capital factors and government support as a moderator. Using the data collected from 90 SME\u27s, the study employs Hierarchical moderated regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The statistical results lead to the following conclusions: EO has a significant positive relationship with SME\u27s growth, but the role of capital factors and government support as moderator unsupported. The implication of these findings is that the government and financial institutions as the two institutions need to increase their role to encourage the growth of SMEs in terms of information provision, access to markets, capital, and training needs so it can serve as a reference for determining the development strategy of SMEs in the future. From the business owners or SMEs themselves, this research can be used as guidelines for business performance improvement through entrepreneurship-oriented behavior.     Organics - PDMS interactions : a phase equilibrium study

    The vapour-liquid equilibrium of 80 organics in Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) were predicted using the UNIFAC Lynby, Larsen et al., 1987 [1]. The organics were selected from 8 family functional groups namely cycloalkanes, aldehydes, alcohols, carboxylic acids, esters, ethers, thiols and amines.     Identification and antagonism test endophytic fungi of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) to control bacterial vascular (Xanthomonas albilineans). This research aims to find potential endophytic fungi to against X. albilineans on sugarcane with use method autoclaving and membrane filtration sterilization. The research was conducted at Plant Disease Laboratory, Agroecotechnology Program Study, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara, Medan from April to December 2014. It was done by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial with three factor and three replications. The first factor were endophytic fungi 1, endophytic fungi 2. The second factor were dilution 10-1, 10-2, 10-3 dan 10-4. The three factor sterilization method were autoclaving and membrane filtration. The results showed all the endophytic fungi Aspergillus sp. better use membrane filtration sterilization and Hormiscium sp. better use autoclaving sterilization. Both fungi are potentially as biological agents to control bacterial vascular wilt on sugarcane. The best results obtained on Hormiscium sp.with diameter of inhibiting zone 9,04 mm with use autoclaving sterilization

    Revealing the Landscape of Globally Color-Dual Multi-loop Integrands

    We report on progress in understanding how to construct color-dual multi-loop amplitudes. First we identify a cubic theory, semi-abelian Yang-Mills, that unifies many of the color-dual theories studied in the literature, and provides a prescriptive approach for constructing DD-dimensional color-dual numerators through one-loop directly from Feynman rules. By a simple weight counting argument, this approach does not further generalize to two-loops. As a first step in understanding the two-loop challenge, we use a DD-dimensional color-dual bootstrap to successfully construct globally color-dual local two-loop four-point nonlinear sigma model (NLSM) numerators. The double-copy of these NLSM numerators with themselves, pure Yang-Mills, and N=4\mathcal{N}=4 super-Yang-Mills correctly reproduce the known unitarity constructed integrands of special Galileons, Born-Infeld theory, and Dirac-Born-Infeld-Volkov-Akulov theory, respectively. Applying our bootstrap to two-loop four-point pure Yang-Mills, we exhaustively search the space of local numerators and find that it fails to satisfy global color-kinematics duality, completing a search previously initiated in the literature. We pinpoint the failure to the bowtie unitarity cut, and discuss a path forward towards non-local construction of color-dual integrands at generic loop order.Comment: 42 pages, 4 figures, ancillary fil

    This research aim to determine the effect of giving sawdust ash and guano fertilizer between both of it on chilli (Capsicum annuum L.) growth and production as well as to find out the best dose. This research has been conducted at Experimental Garden, University of Riau, Tampan District, lasted from April to September 2013. Research was arranged experimentally using Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 2 factor, first is giving sawdust ash and the second one is fertilizing with guano fertilizer which is each of it consist by 3 replication. First factor; A0, A1, A2 and A3 (0, 5, 10 and 15 ton/ha), second factor; G0, G1 and G2 (0, 60 and 120 g/plot). Oberserved parameters are plant height, flowering date, harvesting date, total weight per plant, total weight per plot, fruit length, fruit girth and number sampling fruit. Data analyzed using the F test and Duncan New's Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) 5% level. Result shows that the combination of giving sawdust ash and Guano Fertilizer reveal non significantly different to all of the parameters, but by giving sawdust ash and guano fertilizer reveal significantly different to the plant height
