In this paper, a numerical method is developed to approximate the soliton solutions of some nonlinear wave equations in terms of the Jacobi polynomials. Wave are very important phenomena in dispersion, dissipation, diffusion, reaction, and convection. Using the wave variable converts these nonlinear equations to the nonlinear ODE equations. Then, the operational Collocation method based on Jacobi polynomials as bases is applied to approximate the solution of ODE equation resulted. In addition, the intervals of the solution will be extended using an rational exponential approximation (REA). The KdV, Boussinesq, and Kaup–Kuperschmidt equations are studied as the test examples. Finally, numerical computation of the conservation values shows the effectiveness and stability of the proposed method

Background: Chronic Otitis Media (COM) is a relatively common condition and the occurrence of hearing loss is probable. COM may lead to ossicular discontinuity, and unless the operation is performed, it won't be determined. Identifying possible cases of erosion and discontinuity of ossicles is helpful in surgical planning and in anticipation of the probable need for procuring ossicular prosthesis.Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between preoperative clinical findings and intraoperative findings. Methods: This is a cross sectional study carried out in 2012 in two tertiary referral hospitals of Tehran, (the Loghman and the Taleghani hospitals). The sample under study consisted of COM patients who referred to the otolaryngology clinics and were tymponoplasty candidates. Two hundred and seven  patients with the mean age of 36.2±13.9 (ranging from 9-67 years) were enrolled in the study. Pre-surgical findings were investigated and the relationship between ossicular discontinuity and pre-surgical findings were evaluated. Results: Incus-Stapes discontinuity (IS Discontinuity) and Incus-Malleus discontinuity (IM Discontinuity) were seen in 60 (29%) and 25 (12.1%) patients, respectively. We found IS Discontinuity in 38 (24.1%) patients with central perforation and 22 (48.9%) cases of marginal perforations (P=0.005). IM Discontinuity was observed in 14 (8.9%) cases with central perforation, while this was seen in 11 (22.4%) cases with marginal perforations (P=0.011). On the other hand, 34 (42%) patients with otorrhea had IS Discontinuity whereas 26 (20.6%) cases of dry ears showed this type of ossicular problem (P<0.001). IM Discontinuity was detected in 13 (16%) and 12 (9.5%) cases with and without otorrhea, respectively (P=0.011). IS Discontinuity and IM Discontinuity were significantly more common in the patients with Air Bone Gap of more than 40 db.Conclusion: Our finding showed that surgical results may be unpleasant in the patients with marginal perforation, otorrhea and ABG>40 db

Melissa officinalis is a medicinal plant belong to  lamiacea family.  This plant has been cultivated in many parts of the world due to its therapeutic effects. This study was conducted to improve antioxidant activities of proliferated shoots from tissue culture. The seeds of plant   were cultured in MS hormone free medium in order to obtain   seedlings. Then the  shoots were transfer to MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/ L  BAP.After 45 days salicylic acid (SA) was added to the medium at concentrations of 0, 50, 100 and 200 µM. The antioxidant activity and phenolics, flavonoids and rosmarinic acid content in proliferated shoots were evaluated 4,7,10 and 14 days after treatment. As a result the highest free radical scavenging and reducing power activity, as well as the highest value of total phenolic   and rosmarinic acid were observed in shoots   after 14 days of treatment with 100 µM salicylic acid. The elevated level of superoxide anion scavenging activity      and total flavonoids        were obtained from the shoots treated with 50 µM salicylic acid for 14 days. Over all treatment with100 µM salicylic acid for 14 days was better in order to antioxidant activity and compounds with recognized antioxidant activity

The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors that influence auditors' compliance with professional ethics. This study is a quantitative and post-event and descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of this research is all certified accountants working in the audit institutions of Tehran, and based on Cochran's sampling formula, 336 auditors were selected as a sample. However, 243 completed questionnaires were received by the researcher. Cronbach's alpha was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire, and the value was 0.787. In this research, structural equation modelling and PLS software were used to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that there is no significant relationship between the trait of neuroticism and auditors’ compliance with professional ethics. However, there is a significant relationship between the trait of extraversion and auditors’ compliance with professional ethics. Additionally, the results showed that there are significant relationships between the trait of openness to experience, the trait of agreeableness and the trait of conscientiousness with auditors’ compliance with professional ethics. Based on this result, it can be mentioned that auditors who feel a greater sense of responsibility, utilize appropriate techniques and methods for their job, and have the necessary readiness to review social, political, and religious values and possess a broad mind and enjoy challenges and puzzles. In addition, auditors who are cooperative, empathetic, and eager to help others demonstrate better et hical behaviour compared to self-centred auditors who are suspicious of others and engage in more competition than cooperation
