Interacting generalized ghost dark energy in non-flat universe

We investigate the generalized Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) ghost model of dark energy in the framework of Einstein gravity. First, we study the non-interacting generalized ghost dark energy in a flat Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) background. We obtain the equation of state parameter, wD=p/ρw_D=p/\rho, the deceleration parameter, and the evolution equation of the generalized ghost dark energy. We find that, in this case, wDw_D cannot cross the phantom line (wD>1w_D>-1) and eventually the universe approaches a de-Sitter phase of expansion (wD1)(w_D\rightarrow-1). Then, we extend the study to the interacting ghost dark energy in both a flat and non-flat FRW universe. We find that the equation of state parameter of the interacting generalized ghost dark energy can cross the phantom line (wD<1w_D<-1) provided the parameters of the model are chosen suitably. Finally, we constrain the model parameters by using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and a combined dataset of SNIa, CMB, BAO and X-ray gas mass fraction.Comment: 14 Pages, 10figure

When Darul Uloom in Deoband was founded, the Muslims endured a difficult period under the British. Darul Uloom was a ray of light for the preservation of Islamic education. The primary objective of this study is to elucidate the protective role played by Darul Uloom Deoband. The study also investigates the institution's endeavors in safeguarding Muslim principles and promoting educational advancement. Data were obtained and examined through direct observation, texts and articles. The results show how Muslims came to understand defending Islamic values and education against Western harm and how Darul Uloom played a vital role during difficult times under British colonial rule

The significance of Change Management in Organizational Growth cannot be overstated. In today\u27s business landscape, enterprises that resist change are at risk of obsolescence. Therefore, the ability to swiftly identify and execute necessary changes hinges on well-crafted change strategies, efficient processes, effective communication tools, and information sharing. These components play a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals and objectives. Change management offers several benefits, including increased production, enhanced employee motivation, job security, improved performance, and a serious consideration of organizational growth and expansion. This study was conducted at Committed To Good (CTG Global) in Afghanistan, employing a survey-based approach. Self-administered questionnaires and interviews were used to collect employee opinions on the implementation of change management and its perceived success. A total of 51 employees participated in the surveys. The findings indicated that employees were generally content with their involvement in the change implementation process, the provision of necessary training, management\u27s support and sponsorship, coalition building, and commitment to change. However, there remains room for improvement in system, process, and organizational strategies to further enhance the success of the change implementation. Some aspects of the current system are limiting its effectiveness, and certain essential elements for successful change implementation are still missing

Developing a Prediction Model for Author Collaboration in Bioinformatics Research Using Graph Mining Techniques and Big Data Applications

Nowadays, scientific collaboration has dramatically increased due to web-based technologies, advanced communication systems, and information and scientific databases. The present study aims to provide a predictive model for author collaborations in bioinformatics research output using graph mining techniques and big data applications. The study is applied-developmental research adopting a mixed-method approach, i.e., a mix of quantitative and qualitative measures. The research population consisted of all bioinformatics research documents indexed in PubMed (n=699160). The correlations of bioinformatics articles were examined in terms of weight and strength based on article sections including title, abstract, keywords, journal title, and author affiliation using graph mining techniques and big data applications. Eventually, the prediction model of author collaboration in bioinformatics research was developed using the abovementioned tools and expert-assigned weights. The calculations and data analysis were carried out using Expert Choice, Excel, Spark, and Scala, and Python programming languages in a big data server. Accordingly, the research was conducted in three phases: 1) identifying and weighting the factors contributing to authors’ similarity measurement; 2) implementing co-authorship prediction model; and 3) integrating the first and second phases (i.e., integrating the weights obtained in the previous phases). The results showed that journal title, citation, article title, author affiliation, keywords, and abstract scored 0.374, 0.374, 0.091, 0.075, 0.055, and 0.031. Moreover, the journal title achieved the highest score in the model for the co-author recommender system. As the data in bibliometric information networks is static, it was proved remarkably effective to use content-based features for similarity measures. So that the recommender system can offer the most suitable collaboration suggestions. It is expected that the model works efficiently in other databases and provides suitable recommendations for author collaborations in other subject areas. By integrating expert opinion and systemic weights, the model can help alleviate the current information overload and facilitate collaborator lookup by authors.https://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.20088302.2021.19.2.1.

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate about the dignity of human and its role in increasing the spirituality in light of Islam. The founding shows that spirituality has been considered as a desirable thing throughout humans’ life and lots of effort have been made to strengthen it. There are several factors that raise and cultivate spirituality, but among these factors, human dignity has essential role and basis. In this research, while explaining the concept of spirituality, the importance of human dignity in creating a spiritual personality is emphasized, and how the influence of human dignity in increasing spirituality will also be investigated, and it is proven that the source of spirituality is paying attention to inherent and deprivations, neglect and lack of attention to the position and dignity of the royal soul of man

Investigating the Effective Factors on the Needle Stick Injuries and Personnel’s Approach in Bahar Medical Education Center in Shahroud During 2009-2018

Background: The aim of the study was to determine the causes and rate of needle stick injuries among Bahar Hospital in Shahroud during 2009-2018. Methods: This is a descriptive case series study conducted in Bahar educational and research center in Shahroud. The study population included all health care workers and service staff during 2009-2018. Census sampling was performed using health care records of the medical and paramedical group (individual at risk of occupational exposure) from the beginning of January 2009 to the end of December 2018. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (absolute and relative frequency), and t-test and analysis of variances for quantitative values. Results: A total of 246 cases of needle sticks were reported in ten years. Most cases belonged to bachelor's staff (69.1%), nursing job group (69.5%), emergency department and labor (28.9%), equipment of injections (75.6%), injections (45.5%), carelessness (37%), recapping (24.8%), and at night shift (51.6%) were observed. Bleeding from the injured site was the most common post-exposure action (44.3%). Conclusions: Considering the high prevalence of needle stick among health care workers, instruction of prevention methods, holding educational classes, emphasizing on vaccination, controlling HBV antibody titer, and designing a precise reporting mechanism for personnel is necessary. Forecasting events has always been of great interest for human beings. The basic examples of this process are forecasting the weather and environmental disasters. To forecast is the process of collecting information in order to complete and expand them suitably for future. Today, globalization of economic and competes in this regard for observing investors and recognition of profit making and trusting markets, such as currency and stock market, which are highly complex, is now one of the most important umbrages of investors. For forecasting in capital markets such as stock or currency, there exist different methods, like, regression, time series, genetics algorithm and fundamental analysis. From non-liner methods which might be used in different forecasting bases are Artificial Neural Networks ANN. ANN are one of the newest inventions of mankind which are used in variety of different scientific fields. Use of investors of technology and computer algorithms for forecasting has caused more profit and better business opportunities. ANN is a part of dynamic systems which by processing on data of time series, drive the roles and science of these data and register it with the structure of the network. This system is based on computational intelligence which copies the human’s mind feature in processing. In this survey, besides discussing the ANN for analyzing and processing data and also studying new methods, it is concluded that ANN are an appropriate model for forecasting capital markets such as stock and currency
