    Analisis terhadap Akta Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa: Studi Akta Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa Taratak Bancah Sejahtera

    Badan Usaha Milik Desa adalah badan usaha yang seluruh atau sebagian besar modalnya dimiliki oleh Desa melalui penyertaan secara langsung yang berasal dari kekayaan Desa yang dipisahkan guna mengelola aset, jasa pelayanan, dan usaha lainnya untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Salah satu BUMDes di Kota Sawah Lunto yaitu BUMDes Taratak Bancah Sejahtera yang merupakan (1) satu dari (3) tiga BUMDes yang pertama kali berdiri di tahun 2016 selain pendiriannya dengan Peraturan Desa juga dituangkan ke dalam akta notaris, yang mana didalam peraturan Perundang-undangan tidak menjelaskan pendirian BUMDes dibuat dalam bentuk akta Notaril. Berdasarkan hal tersebut,maka penulis merumuskan permasalahan yaitu 1. Bagaimana Subtansi Akta Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa Taratak Bancah Sejahtera? 2. Bagaimana Tanggung Jawab Notaris Dalam Pembuatan Akta Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa?. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, Berdasarkan hasil penelitan 1) Dalam penjelasan Pasal 87 ayat (1) PP Nomor 43 tahun 2014, dinyatakan secara tegas bahwa BUMDes secara spesisifik tidak dapat disamakan dengan badan hukum seperti perseroan terbatas, cv atau koperasi. Akta Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa Taratak Bacah Sejahtera memuat Anggaran Dasar Dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga Badan Usaha Milik Desa Taratak Bacah Sejahtera. 2) Notaris tidak berwenang membuat akta pendirian BUMDes, namun berwenang membuat unit usaha berbadan bukum BUMDes. Tanggung Jawab Notaris berupa tanggung jawab secara perdata, pidana dan berdasarkan kode etik

    Criminal Law Politics on Regulation of Criminal Actions in Indonesia

    This paper aimed to discuss the legal politics of regulating narcotics and illegal drugs in Indonesia. Using normative legal research methods, this normative legal research focuses on an inventory of positive law, legal principles and doctrines, legal findings in cases in concreto, legal systematics, comparative law, and legal history. The writing of this scientific paper uses primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Primary legal materials are in the form of laws and regulations related to the issues raised, including Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. Secondary legal materials are materials that explain primary legal materials, such as law books. The results of the research are supported by the opinions of legal experts (doctrine), as well as legal journals related to this research, among others, that narcotics legal politics is the main point in forming a legal system in the form of laws and regulations that regulate criminal acts as described above, Articles 111, 112 has a reasonably heavy prison sentence, which is a minimum of 4 years, and a maximum sentence of 20 years, even the death penalty

    Numerical analysis of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with high strength cement-based composite material

    The use of composite materials based on polymeric resins and fiber as strengthening in concrete structures has been widely used. The use of carbon fiber reinforced polymers or other synthetic fibers is consolidated by its excellent characteristics, such as high strength, low weight, corrosion resistance, etc. This material in the form of sheets or laminates is bonded to the concrete substrate with epoxy-based adhesives. Although epoxy has proven to have excellent bonding and resistance performance, it has some disadvantages, such as low permeability, poor thermal compatibility with the base concrete, poor fire resistance, etc. Cement-based composite systems consisting of FRPs and a cementitious bonding agent can be used to prevent some of these problems. This study presents the numerical analysis, using a non-linear finite element model, of the structural behavior of reinforced concrete beams externally reinforced with a composite material made of high-strength synthetic fiber mesh and cementitious mortar. The numerical results were compared with experimental results reported in international journals, demonstrating the efficiency of the strengthening technique and the numerical model capacity.A aplicação de materiais compósitos à base de resinas poliméricas e fibras no reforço de estruturas de concreto armado se tornou uma técnica bastante difundida nos últimos tempos. O uso dos compósitos reforçados com fibras de carbono, ou outros tipos de fibras sintéticas, se consolidou pelas suas excelentes características, tais como elevada resistência, baixo peso, resistência à corrosão, etc. Este material, na forma de lâminas ou laminados, é colado no substrato de concreto através de adesivos à base de epóxi. Apesar do uso do epóxi apresentar excelentes resultados em termos de colagem e resistência, algumas desvantagens podem ser citadas, tais como: baixa permeabilidade, baixa compatibilidade térmica em relação ao concreto, baixa resistência ao fogo, etc. Para evitar alguns desses problemas, um sistema compósito à base de tecidos ou malhas de fibras sintéticas coladas na superfície de concreto com argamassa de cimento pode ser usado. O objetivo deste trabalho é fazer uma análise numérica, através de um modelo não linear de elementos finitos, do comportamento estrutural de vigas de concreto armado reforçadas à flexão com compósitos baseados na combinação de tecidos de fibras sintéticas de alta resistência e argamassa de cimento. Os resultados numéricos são comparados aos resultados experimentais publicados em artigos técnicos internacionais, que demonstram a eficiência da técnica de reforço e a capacidade do modelo numérico

    Design of Compact Flexible UWB Antenna Using Different Substrate Materials for WBAN Applications

    In this paper, the design process of compact flexible ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna using various substrate materials such as FR4, Kapton, and Rogers RT5880 is discussed and experimentally investigated. The proposed antenna is structured as a flexible model that can conform to suite the human body surface to be suitable for wireless body area network (WBAN) applications. The performance parameters of the antenna have been evaluated by using CST Microwave Studio software and very similar results have been achieved by applying FR4, Kapton, and Rogers RT5880 substrates, but the latter substrate provides optimized results. Therefore, the Rogers RT5880 substrate was chosen to realize the experimental antenna to validate its performance. There was excellent agreement between the simulated and measured results. The proposed antenna is miniature having dimensions of 22×28×1.6 mm3 and operates at dual band across 4.8-5.3 GHz and 7.0-8.6 GHz. It has a high gain above 5.5 dBi at both bands and radiates omnidirectionally. Moreover, it has a simple geometry making it easy to manufacture and is therefore cost effective. This antenna is applicable for wireless body area network (WBAN)
