    Physician personal characteristics influencing long-term treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases

    The main purpose of the article is to identify the peculiarities of a doctor personality, affecting long-term therapy in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Materials and methods: To determine the type of temperament, the presence and intensity of the syndrome of emotional burnout and capacity for empathy therapists and cardiologists were asked to fill in a number of questionnaires. Each doctor had a group of patients contacting by telephone for a year after the discharge from the hospital. During the telephone contact, the patients were asked about the continuation of their therapy recommended in the hospital, the regularity of therapy, the frequency of absence, and the assessment of a physician by the patients. Results: 35 questionnaires were suitable for interpretation. Through one year after the discharge from the hospital it was able to contact with 147 patients, 18.4% (27) of patients completely stopped the treatment by recommended drugs. Positive assessment of physicians was associated with the continuation of the therapy by recommended drugs and regularity of drug taking (p=0,03). Patients assessed physicians positively more often in cases of low level of emotional state, high level of depersonalization (cynicism) and the reduction of personal accomplishment (feeling of professional inefficiency) in a doctor. Conclusion: Assessment of physicians by patients is reliably and significantly influenced by continuation of long-term therapy and regularity of drug taking

    Изучение интродуцированных сортов яровой пшеницы в аридных условиях Астраханской области

    A comprehensive study of plant response to environmental conditions and yield formation during growth and development of cereal crops makes it possible to determine adaptive ability of cultivated varieties, whichcharacterizes adaptability of plants to varying weather conditions. Different varieties ofcereal crops have specific adaptive reactions that contribute to increasing resistance to negative influence of external factors. Experiments on the study of spring wheat were carried outunderirrigation in the fields of Caspian Research Instituteof Arid Agriculture in 2015 2017 according to generally accepted existing techniques. The aim of the research was to study pedigree seedsof spring wheat varieties and to select the most productive samples that are resistant to local weather conditions. Three year meteorological conditions were studied, growing season length in spring wheat varieties and elements of crop structure and yield were analyzedin the research. Growth and development features of spring wheat wereidentified, the influence of weather conditions on formation of yield elements and yield value was determined. Studying spring wheat revealed varietiesadapted to arid conditions of the Astrakhan region: Tulaykovskaya10 (Samara region) 1.20 t/ha, Ghurab 2 (Syria) 1.26 t/ha, Chelyaba2 (Chelyabinsk region) 1.37 t/ha, Kommunar (Krasnodar Territory) 1.34 t/ha, Sudarynya(Krasnodar Territory) 1.52 t/ha and Surenta 3 (Tyumen region) 1.73 t/ha.Moreover, the last three varietieshad stable yield exceedingthe standard in all research years, and, therefore, were resistant to all types of droughts.Комплексное изучение сортовых особенностей реакции растений на условия внешней среды и формирования урожая в процессе роста и развития зерновых позволяет определить адаптивную способность возделываемых сортов, которая характеризует приспособленность растений к варьирующим погодным условиям. У разных сортов зерновых могут проявляться специфические приспособительные реакции, которые способствуют повышению устойчивости кнегативному влиянию внешних факторов. Исследования по изучению яровой пшеницы проводились в богарных условиях на полях Прикаспийского НИИ аридного земледелия в 2015-2017 гг. по общепринятым действующим методикам. Целью исследования являлось изучение селекционного материала сортов яровой пшеницы и выделение наиболее продуктивных образцов, устойчивых к местным погодным условиям. Были изучены метеорологические условия за три года исследований, проведен сравнительный анализ продолжительности вегетационного периода сортов яровой пшеницы, анализ элементов структуры урожая и урожайности. Выявлены особенности роста и развития яровой пшеницы, определено влияниепогодных условий разных лет на формирование элементов урожайности и величину урожая. В результате изучения сортов яровой пшеницы были выделены наиболее адаптированные к засушливым условиям Астраханской области: Тулайковская 10 (Самарская область) с урожайностью 1,20 т/га, Ghurab 2 (Сирия) - 1,26 т/га, Челяба 2 (Челябинская область) -1,37 т/га, Коммунар (Краснодарский край) - 1,34 т/га, Сударыня (Краснодарский край) - 1,52 т/га и Сурента 3 (Тюменская область) - 1,73 т/га, при этом последние три образца стабильно во все годы исследований превышали стандарт по урожайности, и, следовательно, были устойчивыми ко всем типам засух
