Activation of learning and creative activity of the vocational pedagogical university students

The relevance of the problem under study is based on the society’s demand for training students - future professional training teachers ready to solve in a creative manner a wide range of professional and pedagogical tasks, as well as to develop professionally-oriented creative work in the process of training; it is also caused by the insufficient extent of the prior research within the vocational training theory of scientific and methodological mechanisms required for implementing this process. The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual structural model of professionally-oriented learning and creative activity of the vocational pedagogical university students. Leading method for studying this problem is modelling which allows to consider this problem as the process of goaloriented and deliberate acquiring by future professionals the creative approaches to implementation of professional activity. The article presents a structural model of learning and creative activity of vocational pedagogical university students, justifies the necessity to single out in the structure of the students’ learning and creative activity three interconnected components (creative, professional-pedagogical and personal-acmeological), proves the productivity of activating the learning and creative activity of the vocational pedagogical university students by organizing it as quasi-professional process of searching and solving professional tasks which are subjectively and objectively new, on the basis of using synectics including association methods of activating creative thinking integrated into the its structure. The article can be useful for teachers within the vocational and pedagogical education system, as well as for professionals who develop creative abilities of students based on the heuristic creativity methods. © 2016 Krayukhina et al

Purpose: The key provisions on which the tutor relies on the context of his work are the principles underlying open education: transparency; flexibility; continuity; variability; individual approach; individualization. Methodology: The relevance of the study is associated with the processes characteristic of the school system in modern Russia (modernization, optimization, change in the structural foundations), as well as the objective need of society in the search for fundamentally new approaches to the content and construction of the educational process in the educational institution. Result: Tutoring should be considered as a resource of individual evolution of personality, as a form of productive exploitation of open education opportunities for the development of individual educational programs, taking into account the specifics of a particular student. As pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the model of tutor support of the formation of basic school students’ research skills should be considered: innovative educational environment; scientific and methodological provision of tutor support of the process of building basic school students’ research skills; professional skills of the tutor. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of Tutoring as a Form of Pedagogical Support of Students’ Individual Educational Trajectories is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner

Conodonts, ammonoids, foraminifers, and depositional setting of the Serpukhovian and Bashkirian stages in the Kugarchi Section in the South Urals, Russia

TheKugarchi Section in the Zilair Synclinorium in the SouthUrals (Russia, Bashkortostan) is one of themost complete sections of the Bukharcha Formation, including the entire Serpukhovian and the lower Bashkirian. This is the type section of the Bogdanovkian Regional Infrasubstage ('Horizon'), the lowermost Bashkirian of the Urals. The section spans the Visean-Serpukhovian andMid-Carboniferous boundaries and contains various ammonoids, conodonts, and foraminifers, providing a good basis for the regional stratigraphy and global correlations. The section has been measured and logged, and its microfacies and fossils are identified in this study

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) associated with systemic connective tissue diseases (SCTD) is a poor prognostic manifestation of the latter that result in death if untreated. The invasive determination of hemodynamic parameters is prominent in diagnosing the disease and determining its treatment policy and prognosis. Objective: to analyze the results of catheterization in PAH-SCTD patients admitted to the V.A. Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology.Subjects and methods. The investigation included 59 patients admitted to the V.A. Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology from September 2009 to September 2014. PAH was diagnosed in accordance with the conventional guidelines. All the patients underwent right heart and pulmonary artery (PA) catheterization at the diagnosis and over time during treatment. Results and discussion. All the patients included in the trial met the pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension (PH) criteria: mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP) ≥25 mm Hg; and PA wedge pressure (PAWP) <15 mm Hg. The exclusion of other causes of PH (pulmonary fibrosis, left heart disease, and thromboembolism), as well as a high transpulmonary pressure gradient >15 mm Hg and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) >3 Wood units could diagnose PAH in all our patients. There was a statistically highly significant association between pathological hemodynamic changes and functional class (FC). FC was found to be most closely correlated with right atrial pressure (RAP), cardiac output (CO), PVR, and cardiac index (CI). Among the most common manifestations of heart failure, only the presence of peripheral edemas was associated with worse hemodynamic parameters in PAH. It should be noted that out of two biomarkers (N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and uric acid), the former is largely related to the magnitude of changes in hemodynamic factors. The critical values of hemodynamic parameters were due to extreme edema – anasarca (RAP >17 mm Hg, PVR >20 Wood units, CI <14 ml/m2). Analysis of clinical and instrumental parameters in relation to FC revealed a linear relationship of RAP, CO, and PVR between the level of these parameters and FC; moreover, the highest correlation coefficients were observed for the hemodynamic parameters characterizing right ventricular systolic function. It is remarkable that no MPAP changes were found; only patients with FC IV showed its slight increase (from 51±8 to 55±8 mm Hg; р = 0.087). PAWP remained unchanged regardless of FC. Conclusion. Thus, the hemodynamic parameters determined in patients with PAH-SCTD during right heart and LA catheterization are closely related to the manifestations of respiratory and heart failure, the biomarkers, and FC of PAH

The article considers the specifics of a new coronavirus infection affecting human mental health, which is expressed by the high lethality of many infected, the speed of spread, the individual consequences of those who have been ill, as well as the introduction of significant changes in a person’s habitual life in the form of prolonged anxiety disorders, neurotic disorders, fears of renfection, panic attacks, etc. It was revealed that these features somehow affect the overall psychological well-being of a person
