    Technological priorities for the development of Russia’s industrial sector in the context of deep digital penetration

    Industry 4.0 dictates certain requirements for the modernisation of processes and production facilities. This is especially true for industry, which has a relatively high share of the country’s gross domestic product The outline of the future strategic development of the industry sector in an environment of external change is therefore of particular relevance. The purpose of the study is to forecast technology priorities and possible stages of development of advanced manufacturing technologies in Russia. The main research method is foresight methodology, based on long-term integrated assessment models of global production and technology market development in scenario form. This method has allowed to identify the most functional information resources needed for this study. The article presents a methodology for systemic anticipation of long-term technological change to update the strategic vector of industrial development, which is consistent with the context and content of the country’s industrial policy. The study resulted in a comprehensive forecast of possible stages in the development of advanced production technologies and the anticipation of the priority of technological changes to modernise the industrial complex in the context of deep digital penetration, based on the concept of a new industrial society

    Formation of the digital ecosystem of industrial cooperation based on advanced digital platforms in the context of reindustrialization

    An approach to the process of forming a digital ecosystem in industry in the context of digitalization has been presented. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations on the formation of a digital ecosystem of industrial cooperation based on the use of the technical capabilities of digital platforms in the context of the expansion of the digital industry. The result of the study is a digital ecosystem based on the theory of a new industrial society. The article emphasizes that advantage of reindustrialization for industry is to use a digital platform and to work with big data. The generated results will contribute to scientific research aimed at implementing digital transformation programs for industrial enterprises

    “Financial bubbles” and monetary policy

    The relevance of this research is caused by the need of strengthening a role of monetary regulators to prevent financial bubbles in the financial markets. The aim of the article is the analysis of a problem of crisis phenomena in the markets of financial assets owing to an inadequate growth of their cost, owing to subjective reasons. The leading approach to mechanism research of crisis phenomena in the market of financial assets is the approach based on a balance effect. Results: authors developed offers to prevent the crisis phenomena in the financial markets due to credit expansion. There is proved the necessity to develop a risk assessment system on existing and new financial instruments, with their obligatory application by commercial banks and rating agencies. The materials of the article can be useful at further studying the reasons for financial bubbles, development of actions for their prevention, and also in an educational process when studying certain subjects. © 2016 Tikhonov, Pudovkina and Permjakova

This evolution has radically transformed into a global tourism industry, offering new development prospects, especially in terms of increasing its competitiveness. As Russia declares itself as a country pursuing the progress of the information society, there is currently a need for an understanding of the concept of e-tourism and the introduction of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the field of tourism services. The study has been carried out in the article to identify critical factors of entry into the electronic environment for Russian travel companies based on the use of the website rating index (WAI) and the Facebook index (FAI).     Examining SLV-323, a novel NK1 receptor antagonist, in a chronic psychosocial stress model for depression

    Rationale: Substance P antagonists have been proposed as candidates for a new class of antidepressant compounds. Objectives: We examined the effects of SLV-323, a novel neurokinin 1 receptor (NK1R) antagonist, in the chronic psychosocial stress paradigm of adult male tree shrews. Methods: Animals were subjected to a 7 day period of psychosocial stress before being treated daily with SLV-323 ( 20 mg kg(-1) day(-1)). The psychosocial stress continued throughout the treatment period of 28 days. Brain metabolite concentrations were determined in vivo by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Norepinephrine excretion was monitored from daily urine samples, and serum testosterone concentrations were measured at the end of the experiment. All animals were videotaped daily to analyze scent-marking behavior and locomotor activity. Cell proliferation in the dentate gyrus and hippocampal volume were measured postmortem. Results: Stress significantly decreased cerebral concentrations of N-acetyl-aspartate, total creatine, and choline-containing compounds in vivo and resulted in an increase of urinary norepinephrine and decrease of serum testosterone concentrations. Moreover, stressed animals displayed activity. The proliferation rate of the granule precursor cells in the dentate gyrus was reduced, and hippocampal volume was mildly decreased. The stress-induced alterations in the central nervous system were partially prevented by concomitant administration of SLV-323, while drug treatment had only a minor effect on the stress-induced behavioral changes. Conclusions: The novel NK1R antagonist SLV-323 has certain antidepressant-like effects in a valid animal model of depression

    Mathematical problems and solutions of the Ninth International Olympiad in Cryptography NSUCRYPTO

    Every year the International Olympiad in Cryptography Non-Stop University CRYPTO (NSUCRYPTO) offers mathematical problems for university and school students and, moreover, for professionals in the area of cryptography and computer science. The mail goal of NSUCRYPTO is to draw attention of students and young researchers to modern cryptography and raise awareness about open problems in the field. We present problems of NSUCRYPTO'22 and their solutions. There are 16 problems on the following topics: ciphers, cryptosystems, protocols, e-money and cryptocurrencies, hash functions, matrices, quantum computing, S-boxes, etc. They vary from easy mathematical tasks that could be solved by school students to open problems that deserve separate discussion and study. So, in this paper, we consider several open problems on three-pass protocols, public and private keys pairs, modifications of discrete logarithm problem, cryptographic permutations and quantum circuits
