    Motivasi Berafiliasi Dan Minat Menjadi Paskibraka Pada Siswa SMKN

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi berafiliasi dengan minat menjadi paskibraka. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi Berafiliasi dengan Minat Menjadi Paskibraka, artinya semakin tinggi Motivasi Berafiliasi maka semakin tinggi Minat Menjadi Paskibraka, dan sebaliknya. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa dua skala, yaitu. Skala Motivasi Berafiliasi dan Minat Menjadi Paskibraka. Skala Minat Menjadi Paskibraka terdiri atas 28 aitem (α = 0,967). Skala Motivasi Berafiliasi terdiri atas 26 aitem (α = 0,943) Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 80 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas 1-3 di SMKN 11 Semarang. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas 1-3 di SMK N 11 Semarang, ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy ) sebesar 0,806 dengan p =0,000 (p<0,01) Artinya hipoteis yang ada hubungan yang positif antara motivasi berafiliasi dengan minat menjadi paskibraka, dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi motivasi berafiliasi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 64.9% hal menandakan bahwa menjadi paskibraka siswa dipengaruhi sebesar 64.9% oleh motivasi berafiliasi

    Teachers in the 21s' century are facing more complex and difficult challenges of their works, for examples: an increasing diversity of students and parents, a higher demands of education quality, the higher standard of teaching and learning process and outcomes, and etc. Therefore, compared to the previous era, a professional teacher today should have a more wide range of teacher competencies, such as teaching and managing class effectively; building, developing, and managing the relationship with students and school community; using technology for more effective communication and instruction; and also becoming a continues professional learner to adjust himself/herself to the rapid changes and demands of his or her school environment. Consequently, teachers need an effective teacher development to provide helps and support for their professional development. Today mentoring is considered as one of effective strategies of teacher development. It has characteristics of effective teacher development in the 21s' century. An effective mentoring not only provides an on-going and continues professional development for teachers in their workplace but also potentially creates a professional learning community which is a vital component for both teacher and school success.     Gizi buruk masih merupakan isu sentral. Ada berbagai faktor yang menyebabkan masalah ini menjadi sangat kompleks. Masalah penelitian adalah faktor apakah yang berhubungan dengan status gizi. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menentukan faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi pada anak-anak kelas 4, 5, dan 6 di Sekolah Dasar 02 Ngesrep Banyumanik, Semarang. Metode penelitian survei, dengan menggunakan pendekatan belah lintang. Populasi sebanyak 64 siswa. Teknik sampling purposif digunakan untuk memperoleh sampel 62 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data status gizi dilakukan dengan pengukuran antropometri. Analisis data dilakukan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu (p=0,0001), pendidikan ibu (p=0,0001), pendapatan keluarga (p=0,0001), penyakit menular (p=0,001), tingkat konsumsi energi (p=0,0001), tingkat konsumsi protein (p=0,0001). Faktor-faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan status gizi adalah jumlah anggota keluarga (p=0,074). Simpulan penelitian, variabel yang berhubungan dengan status gizi adalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan keluarga, penyakit menular, tingkat konsumsi energi, dan tingkat konsumsi protein.Malnutrition remains a central issue. The purpose of the study to determine factors associated with nutritional status in children grades 4, 5, and 6 in 02 Ngesrep Banyumanik Elementary School, Semarang. Survey research methods, using cross sectional approach. Population were 64 students. Purposive sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of 62 people. The technique of data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation, while the nutritional status of the data was done with anthropometric measurements. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate chi square test. The results showed that factors associated with nutritional status were the level of maternal knowledge (p=0.0001), maternal education (p=0.0001), family income (p=0.0001), infectious disease (p=0.001), the level of energy consumption (p=0.0001), and the level of protein intake (p=0.0001). Factors not associated with nutritional status was the number of family members (p=0.074). The conclusion, variables related to nutritional status were the level of maternal knowledge, maternal education, family income, infectious diseases, energy consumption levels, and levels of protein consumption

    An effective school is a school which is able to achieve its desired goal (s) or to produce its desired output (s). Studies showed that an effective school has certain characteristics which are a) the determination to achieve better results, b) maximization of actual net learning time, and c) structured teaching. Consequently, an effective school requires principal leadership to direct, motivate and give support to all school members: teachers, staff, students, school's communities, and stakeholders to do what should do at their best for a better result (s) or output (s). To be effective, principal leadership strategies should consider the contexts where leadership takes place. There are four possible leadership strategies.      Malnutrition has been still a central issue. Some  factors cause become complex. This study analiyzed the determinants of nutritional status at 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students of   Elementary School 02 Ngesrep, Banyumanik, Semarang. It was a cross-sectional study. Purposive sampling was applied and taken on 62 students of the 64 population students. Data was colected by interviewing, observing, and documentation. Nutritional status was measured by anthropometry method (BB/U). Chi Square Test was used to analyze the data. Mother’s knowledge level (p=0,0001), mother’s education level (p=0,0001), family income (p=0,0001), communicable diseases (p=0,001), energy consumption level (p=0,0001), and protein consumption level (p=0,0001) had significant association to nutritional status. There was no association between the number of family and nutritional status (p=0,074).

    Abstrak: Pola Pembentukan Teks Artikel Opini dalam Surat Kabar Digital Harian Fajar dan Kompas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) pola pembentukan teks artikel opini dalam surat kabar digital Harian Fajar; (2) pola pembentukan teks artikel opini dalam surat kabar digital Kompas; dan (3) perbandingan pola pembentukan teks artikel opini dalam surat kabar digital HarianFajar dan Kompas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan data penelitian berupa struktur, ciri kebahasaan, dan isi teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pola pembentukan teks artikel opini dalam surat kabar digital Harian Fajar adalah tiga pola pembentukan teks tajuk rencana yaitu (a) 1 PP + 2 A, + 1 PUP, (b) 1 PP + 3 A + 1 PUP, dan (c) 1 PP + 5 A + 1 PUP dan dua pola pembentukan teks artikel spesial yaitu (a) 2 PP + 11 A + 1 PUP dan (b) 1 PP + 7 A + 1 PUP. (2) pola pembentukan teks artikel opini dalam surat kabar digital Kompas adalah dua pola pembentukan teks tajuk rencana yaitu (a) 1 PP + 6 A + 1 PUP, dan (b) 1 PP + 7 A + 2 PUP dan tiga pola pembentukan teks artikel special yaitu (a) 1 PP + 10 A + 1 PUP, (b) 4 PP + 17 A + 2 PUP, dan (c) 2 PP + 14 A + 3 PUP. (3) ditemukan perbedaan pola pembentukan teks artikel opini dalam surat kabar digital Harian Fajar dan Kompas. Teks artikel opini pada surat kabar digital Harian Fajar dan Kompas dibentuk dari beberapa pola pembentukan teks berdasarkan unsur struktur, ciri kebahasaan, dan isi teks opini.
