The clinical case of prescribing propranolol in liquid dosage form (“Hemangiol” ®) for the treatment of infantile hemangiomas in the conditions of the Day hospital of the pediatric cardiological center

Currently, such a disease as IG (infantile hemangioma) has become widespread. The preferred method of treating IG is the appointment of oral beta-blockers. Pediatric cardiologists of the pediatric cardiological center have been dealing with this problem for several years. There are many pros and cons of using beta blockers, as well as their side effects. Due to the recent appearance on the pharmaceutical market of the drug “Hemangiol” ®, which was first registered for the treatment of IG and is available in a convenient dosage form (suspension), we present to your attention a clinical case of the effectiveness and safety of the appointment of “Hemangiol”® in our hospitalв настоящее время широкое распространение получило такое заболевание, как ИГ. Предпочтительным методом лечения ИГ является назначение пероральных бета-АБ. Детские кардиологи ГДКЦ в течение нескольких лет занимаются этой проблемой. Существует множество плюсов и минусов применения бета-АБ, а также их побочных эффектов. Tip-induced domain growth in the non-polar cuts of SBN:Ce single crystals

The local switching by conductive tip of scanning probe microscope was studied in the non-polar cuts of Ce-doped Sr0.61Ba0.39Nb2O6 single crystals after creation of the single-domain state. The switched domains possessed the egg-shaped heads and wedge-like tails. The dependences of lengths of the domain head and tail and width of the domain head on the voltage and pulse duration were derived. The start voltage for growth of the domain tail was revealed. The fast relaxation of the domain head and slow relaxation of the domain tail were observed. The model of the forward domain growth by step generation and kink motion was used for explanation of the experimental results. Innovative pedagogical forms of medical education of students of a medical university: the experience of the department of psychology and pedagogy

An experiment of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Ural State Medical University on realization of innovative pedagogical forms of education of students of a medical school is exposed in this article. Such innovative pedagogical forms as story-role modelling of situations, art-therapeutic classes, mediation techniques of conflict management and project activities are presented and described. These pedagogical forms are relevant in the conditions of medical education and are focused on formation of common cultural and professional competences.В статье показан опыт кафедры психологии и педагогики УГМУ по реализации инновационных педагогических форм обучения студентов медицинского вуза. Представлено краткое описание таких форм практических занятий как сюжетно-ролевое моделирование ситуаций, арт-терапевтические занятия, медиативные формы управления конфликтами, проектная деятельность.
