The analysis of strategies of the applicants engaging in the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University
This article presents the problem of the university reputation forming, videlicet of the engineering enterprise department based on the materials of Tomsk Polytechnic University. University`s reputation is considered to be a system of the ideas and estimations of different groups of the target audience. These groups are formed based on the information about several areas of activity of the university such as educational, scientific, developing, social areas. Within this framework, there are examined strategies of the applicants engaging, influence of the events taking place for applicants engaging to the area of innovation studies. Moreover, the main terminology of the topic βmarketing strategy of the universityβ is provided
Immunodetection of chitinase-like and beta-1,3-glucanase-like proteins secreted in vitro by embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells of grapevines
Research NoteEmbryogenic and non-embryogenic cell lines were obtained from the rootstock 41B (Vitis vinifera cv. Chasselas x V. berlandieri). A few extracellular proteins from culture media of embryogenic and non-embryogenic grapevine cell lines during multiplication showed a positive reaction with anti-chitinase antibodies (embryogenic cell lines) and anti-Ξ²-1,3-glucanase antibodies (non-embryogenic cell lines)
Network Nature of Translation Constellations: Translation Department at a Regional Commercial Enterprise
This article presents an exploratory study conducted using functional and sociocognitive approaches in light of the βmaterial turnβ in Translation Studies. It provides a review of works that apply actor-network theory (ANT) and the concept of distributed cognition to the study of translation activities. It also explores the possibility of adopting in translation research the data collection, processing and visualization techniques developed to describe activities in hybrid environments combining face-to-face and mediated interaction. The authors discuss a way of including the artifacts in the translation situation model, following the positions of ANT, visual net-work analysis, and M. Zwillingβs concept of a translational constellation. The objective of the paper is to evaluate a complex method-ology aimed at describing translatorsβ work-place conditions and their network interactions in a realistic way. The study is based on a semi-structured interview (120 min) with a representative of the translation department at a commercial enterprise in Chelyabinsk, Russia. It shows how specific tasks are performed in a distributed cognitive network, what role is played by such artifacts as a server solution, a terminology database, and email; and how the translation commissionersβ intention can be distributed in a network of interconnected entities

Mastering by students of preschool and younger school age vocabularyin the process of studying the Russian language
The article reveals some features of speech development of foreign students in the process of learning Russian. On the basis of the study of legal documents regulating the education of migrant children, the directions that should be taken into account in determining the content of the educational program of education in preschool and primary school are determined. At the same time, the process of Russian-language education of migrant students should be based on a systematic principle, since the basis of training is a General communicative-cognitive, activity-oriented and personality-oriented approach.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΡΠ°ΡΠΊΡΡΠ²Π°ΡΡΡΡ Π½Π΅ΠΊΠΎΡΠΎΡΡΠ΅ ΠΎΡΠΎΠ±Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π²ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠ°Π·Π²ΠΈΡΠΈΡ ΠΈΠ½ΠΎΡΠ·ΡΡΠ½ΡΡ

Πcinetobacter baumannii bv Tryptophandestruens bv nov. isolated from clinical samples
The aim of the study was to determine the taxonomic status of a group consisting of atypical strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, outline relevant characteristics and methods necessary for their identification. There were examined 10 strains of A. baumannii (6 of them primary comprised) bearing similar profile of atypical features isolated from clinical samples (urine, sputum) in 2017β2019 at the Military Medical Academy. Π‘linical strains of typical A. baumannii (n = 36), Acinetobacter nosocomialis (n = 14), Acinetobacter pittii (n = 9) and 1 strain of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus isolated from the external environment were used in comparative studies. Atypical strains had the characteristics of A. calcoaceticus β A. baumannii (ACB) complex bacteria and were identified as A. baumannii. The utilization of substrates as the only carbon source was studied on a dense synthetic medium added with 0.2 % substrate during incubation for 72 hours at 37Β°C. Carbohydrate oxidation coupled to acid formation was detected on the HughβLeifson medium by using a micromethod. Aromatic amino acid biotransformation was carried out in liquid and dense nutrient media assessed in chromogenic reaction. The rpoB gene was used for strain genetic characterization. Amplification of two 940 and 1210 base pair (bp)-long fragments from the rpoB gene was performed by the routine polymerase chain reaction using primers with previously described sequences. Amplification products were sequenced by Sanger using Big Dye Terminator v3.1 (Applied Biosystems, USA) and capillary electrophoresis on an automatic sequencer ABI PRISM 3130 (Applied Biosystems, USA), followed by using methods for determining the similarity levels of sequenced fragments with the rpoB gene sequences of the reference strain A. baumannii ATCC 17978 (GenBank accession no. CP053098.1). It was found that all strains belonging to atypical A. baumannii spp. had a specific set of features that distinguish them from typical strains of A. baumannii as well as other types of the ACB complex: detected biotransformation of L-tryptophan (via anthranilate pathway) and anthranilic acid under unambiguous lack of such signs in other bacteria; lack of utilized sodium hippurate and L-arabinose being unambiguously evident in other bacteria; lack of utilized L-tryptophan, putrescine, L-ornithine being utilized in the majority of strains of belonging to other bacterial species. Genetic analysis showed that the control strains of typical A. baumannii displayed 99.20β99.21% similarity within the sequenced fragments of the rpoB gene with those from the rpoB gene of the reference strain. All 10 strains of atypical A. baumannii had similar features (99.20β99.21%). At the same time, parameters of control strains from other bacterial species significantly differed: A. nosocomialis (95.10β95.97%), A. pittii (94.63β94.92%), A. calcoaceticus (93.00%). Hence, the strains of atypical and typical A. baumannii are genetically homogeneous and belong to the same species. The data presented allow us to consider this group of atypical A. baumannii strains as a new biovar. We propose the name for this new biovar β tryptophandestruens (tryptophan-destroying) stemming from the Latin word destruens β destroying. Identification of A. baumannii bv. tryptophandestruens bacteria can be carried out in laboratory of any level by using tests for L-tryptophan biotransformation as well as sodium hippurate utilization
Epidemiological features of primary progressive multiple sclerosis (literature review)
Primary-progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) is characterized by progressive accuimulation of neurological deficit without exacerbations and remissions. Pathomorphological studies indicate the predominance of neurodegenerative processes over the inflammatory. PPRS points to worse prognosis compared with remitting and secondary-progressive MS. Immunomodulatory treatment and courses of corticosteroids are not effective. There are no genetic and immunological markers of PPRS, so the results of epidemiological studies are very important.ΠΠ΅ΡΠ²ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΎ-ΠΏΡΠΎΠ³ΡΠ΅ΡΡΠΈΡΡΡΡΠΈΠΉ ΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ΡΠ½Π½ΡΠΉ ΡΠΊΠ»Π΅ΡΠΎΠ· (ΠΠΠ Π‘) Ρ
