The pedagogical potential of socio-cultural creativity in shaping the culture of interethnic communication of student's youth

The value of building a culture of inter-ethnic communication is that it stimulates the activity of the youth social sphere, provides the formation of a multicultural mentality, sociocultural identity binds the individual to the social, creative and spiritual life. The stages of development of culture of international youth dialogue analysis are presented. The article presents the results of the body of research the formation of culture of international dialogue of youth by means of social and cultural creativity. Materials of article can be recommended for the development of culture of interethnic communication in the context of social and cultural creativity in a variety of leisure and social and cultural centers for youth work

The purpose of the study. To clarify the possibilities of using radiation research methods in the framework of complex diagnostics of local peritonitis for timely recognition and treatment of intra-abdominal abscesses and infiltrates.Materials and methods. The analysis of the results of a complex radiation examination in 61 patients with local peritonitis of various etiologies who were treated at the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine was carried out. The complex of radiation diagnostics included ultrasound and X-ray examinations, computed tomography (CT). The studies were performed both initially at admission and in dynamics.Results. The diagnostic algorithm for local peritonitis is analyzed, three stages are identified with the determination of the method of choice on each of them. Ultrasound and X-ray examination methods are mainly used at the stage of primary diagnostics and for dynamic control. CT allows you to clarify the type, localization and volume of inflammatory changes, their relationship with the surrounding organs and structures. When analyzing the results of radiation diagnostics, it was determined the need to identify and evaluate the main signs of local peritonitis, both direct: the presence of voluminous formation of inflammatory genesis (infiltrate and/or abscess); and indirect: changes in the source organ of peritonitis; changes in structures adjacent to the infiltrate /abscess; the presence of reactive effusion into the thoracic and abdominal cavities.Conclusion. Comprehensive radiation diagnostics for local peritonitis makes it possible to obtain complete information about the nature of both inflammatory changes in local peritonitis and the causes of them. The obtained data of complex diagnostics help the surgeon to choose a rational treatment strategy for these patients, including minimally invasive. The resource potential of social protection of children with disabilities and the efficiency of its use
Over a long period of reforms, political, economic and social situation in the Russian Federation has changed significantly. Formed during transformation of the Russian economy, economic relations provoked a change in established patterns of socio-economic behavior of the population that determined the need for significant changes in the system of social security of citizens, especially in the social protection of families raising children with disabilities. Over the past five years has taken significant steps to improve the legislative norms regulating the situation of children with disabilities, which served as the preamble to the achievement of certain positive results, however, economic and social support for families raising children with disabilities, remains low. Equally important is the fact that the appearance of a fundamentally new for Russia, economic, social and institutional relations in this field has necessitated the study of various economic foundations of social protection of children with disabilities. To date this subject, though its importance was not considered in scientific research that determines the relevance of this dissertation work, its scientific and practical importance. The article discusses the conceptual basis of the resource potential of social protection of children with disabilities in the framework of the modern economic realities of the state policy on social-the shield of the population. A key aspect of the research was to determine the qualitative and quantitative level of resources, required to fully meet all the needs of potential customers, that is children with disabilities. The syllogism of the study is to identify criteria for the effectiveness of the services provided to children with disabilities the use of the resource potential of bodies of social protection
Study of literary images of gifted characters in optional activities as a means to develop capable and talented youth
Β© 2019 Bozhkova et al. The studies of the life and work of the writers of the second half of the 19th Century, such as N.S. Leskov and F.M. Dostoevsky allow considering the problem of giftedness in the literary aspect. The authors of the article identify the characters' inborn, professional and acquired giftedness in the reviewed literary works, and consider features of the images of the gifted characters. The practical significance of the study is in providing teachers with methods of work during elective classes on studying the problem of giftedness. The results of the authors' experimental work prove that this form of studies contributes to the development of schoolchildren's interest in literature, and stimulates their research activities

Relatively Light Walling in Single-storey Residential Buildings in Rural Areas
The scientific article provides some considerations for the use of relatively new heat and sound insulation materials. As fencing, load-bearing, self-supporting structures, as well as for the walls of external auxiliary premises, the replacement of masonry with other alternatives is proposed. The authors offer ideas on the use of some lightweight concrete, such as foam concrete, the production of which at present can reduce the cost of building exemplary residential buildings
