    Pengetahuan Dan Stigma Masyarakat Terhadap TBC Setelah Diberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan Pencegahan Dan Penularan

    Tuberkulosis Paru merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit generatif yang telah dan menyerang kelompok usia produktif maupun anak-anak, dan merupakan penyakit menular pembunuh nomor satu. Stigma yang berhubungan dengan penyakit ini berdampak negatif terhadap pencegahan, prosedur pelayanan, dan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan penyakit TB. Pendidikan kesehatan adalah suatu upaya atau kegiatan untuk menciptakan perilaku masyarakat yang kondusif untuk kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang penularan TBC terhadap stigma masyarakat pada klien TBC. Jenis penelitian pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre dan post design. Sampel 30 orang diperoleh secara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 81,25 % responden memiliki stigma rendah. Pendidikan kesehatan meningkatkan rerata pengetahuan dari 18,93 menjadi 26,00 (p 0,000). Disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dan pencegahan penyakit TBC dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menurunkan stigma besar. Diperlukan dukungan instansi kesehatan, institusi pendidikan, dan petugas kesehatan untuk upaya penurunan stigma dengan memberikan dukungan bagi pasien penderita tuberkulosi

    BMPR-1B gene closely related to the rate of ovulation and follicular maturation. In poultry, BMPR-1B gene is located on chromosome 14th consists of 13 exons. BMPR-1B was expressed in the granulosa cells of the ovary and teca interna poultry. BMPR-1B was able to accelerate the maturation of the follicles so that the ova produced increasingly. BMPR-1B gene diversity was associated with poultry production. DNA isolation was performed using GeneJET Genomic DNA Purification Kit from blood samples derived from 28 native chickens, 20 layer chickens and 10 arab layer chickens. A total of 58 DNA were used as a template in the process of BMPR-IB gene amplification using Polymerase Chain Reaction method. Primers used in this study according to Zhang et al. (2008), Forward primer 5 \u27ATG GCT GGG AAG TCT GGA TG 3\u27dan Reverse primer 5\u27 TGC CTT CTG TGT TAA CCG C 3 \u27with a length of 581 bp. This primary amplify BMPR-1B gene segment from exon 6 to exon 7 including the entire intron 6 with an annealing temperature of 58 0 C. BMPR-IB gene diversity was detected using restriction enzymes HindIII were incubated for 2 hours. The results of the study was showed that Hind III restriction enzymes do not cut the BMPR-1B gene segments in the population of native chickens, arab layer chickens and layer chickens, they were monomorphic

    Health Education Improve Behavior and Self-efficacy on Personal Hygiene Among Children with Intellectual Disability

    Personal hygiene is one of the basic human needs and must be kept clean, including scalp and hair, eyes, nose, ears, nails of hands and feet, skin and overall body care. Health education on personal hygiene is still concern not only for healthy children but also for children with disabilities. One of the ways is with audiovisual methods. This study aimed to analyze the effect of health education on personal hygiene with audiovisual methods. The study design used was pre-experiment without a control group. The number of samples was 30 using total sampling technique. Knowledge of personal hygiene before health education (pre-test) was mostly insufficient category, after being given health education (post-test) mainly was in proper group. The pre-test attitude was in low category, and the post-test was still the same. Pre-test and post-test of behavior were mostly being practiced. Pre-test and post-test of self-efficacy were in low category. There was an influence of health education on personal hygiene with audiovisual methods on the level of knowledge in intellectually disabled children (p<0.05), but there was no effect on attitudes, behaviors, and self-efficacy in intellectually disabled children

    Sweet corn (Zea mays var. Saccharata Sturt) is one of the crops which liked by people because it has a good taste, and sweeter than ordinary corn. One of the effort that can be do to improve and increase soil fertility is apply bioslurry organic fertilizer. Bioslurry is the end product of the animal waste processing for biogas energy. Bioslurry containing elements that need for sweet corn such as N, P, K. This study aimed to know the effect of bioslurry and get the best dose of bioslurry on the growth and production of sweet corn. This research was experimently using a randomized block design (RBD), which consists of 6 treatments and 4 replications. Parameters measured were plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), flowers appear male and female flowers (HST), weight cob with husk and without husk (gram), cob diameter (cm) and production per plot (gram). The results showed that the bioslurry fertilizer application significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, flowers appear male and female flowers, weight cob with husk and cob without husk, cob diameter, and production per plot. Application at dose of 7.5 liters / 4.5 m² give the best results on the growth and production of sweet corn than other treatments

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas terapi menulis untuk menurunkan hiperaktivitas dan impulsivitas pada anak dengan ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Taman Muda Yogyakarta pada tanggal 24 oktober 2013 sampai dengan tanggal 29 november 2013. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 1 orang. Ciri-ciri subjek pada penelitian ini adalah anak dengan ADHD usia 8 tahun, memiliki tingkat kecerdasan dalam kategori rata-rata, sudah dapat menulis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Behavioral checklist. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah desain kasus tunggal dengan desain A-B-A. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis visual dengan metode Conservative Dual- Criterion (CDC), yakni dengan menghitung jumlah poin yang berada di bawah kedua garis (level line dan trend line). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian terapi menulis efektif dalam menurunkan perilaku hiperaktivitas dan impulsivitas subjek, dengan menunjukkan hasil penurunan frekuensi pada fase baseline 2 sebanyak 6 poin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi menulis efektif untuk menurunan perilaku hiperaktivitas dan impulsivitas pada anak ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

    We investigate the Delone & Mclean success system model on JKN-Mobile in the Indonesian Social Security Provider for Health - BPJS. The research was conducted through a direct survey of users of the JKN mobile system to the Health Social Security Administrators at the Semarang City Office. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling, namely the SmartPLS application. The results showed that the quality of JKN Mobile services affected the system to use. User satisfaction is determined by the quality of information, system quality, and service quality of the JKN Mobile system, which affects the benefits of the JKN Mobile system.     Development ICT can be utilized in the manufacture of instructional media teacher at the school. Learning media can be used by teachers to assist in the delivery of the material in class. The aim of this study to test the audiovisual media based macromedia flash and know that students response to the media. This research method in Development Research (DR) which consists of two phases is preliminary (preparation and design) and formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert reviews, small group, and fields test). Instruments used is questionnaire validation worthiness media and student questionnaire responses. Worthiness audiovisual media based macromedia flash at media validator 3,31 and material validator 3,44, can be expressed this media valid. This research is done at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak with results of student response as big as 82,35%.     The objective of this study was to know the influence of two kinds of plastic packing, i.e. Polyethylen (PE) and Polypropylen (PP), for total plate count, moisture, crude protein, pH I;Uld cooking loss of the fresh meat. The experiment was designed using completely randomized block design with three treatments of packaging (Le. unpacking as control, PE plastic packing and PP plastic packing) and three blocks of sampling day. The result showed that the packaging using PE and PP plastics decreased bacteria contamination, moisture, pH, cooking loss and maintained of crude protein of the fresh meat. The PP plastic better than the PE plastic in maintain themeat quality
