Literature review: oral manifestations of tuberculosis

Tuberculosis continues to be a major public health threat in Russia today, which makes the theme of this research relevant. Tuberculosis has manifestations in the body as a whole as well as in any organ system, oral manifestations being no exception. Although oral manifestation of the disease is rare, a careful differential diagnosis is of paramount importance for a correct diagnosis. Dentists should recognize oral lesions in order to provide the appropriate treatment aiming at anti-inflammatory therapy, implementation of infection prevention, control measures and maintaining oral hygiene.Высокая распространенность туберкулеза в РФ определяет актуальность данной темы сегодня. Туберкулез имеет проявления как со стороны всех систем организма в целом, так и в отдельных органах, органы полости рта не является тому исключением. Проявления туберкулеза в полости рта встречаются довольно редко, в связи с чем, должна проводиться тщательная дифференциальная диагностика. The use of diuretics as pharmacological doping by athletes in different sports

The article discusses the use of diuretic drugs as pharmacological doping in modern sports. The reasons for the use of diuretics by athletes of different disciplines are described. The percentage of athletes resorting to this type of doping is evaluated. The most popular diuretic used by athletes has been singled out. Undesirable side reactions of a human body for the intake of diuretics are explained.В статье рассмотрена проблема применения диуретических препаратов, как фармакологического допинга в современном спорте. описаны причины употребления диуретиков спортсменами разных дисциплин. Antibiotic prophylaxis in dentistry as a means for preventing endocarditis

The articles of domestic and foreign authors, focused on antibiotic prophylaxis of endocarditis during therapeutic invasive interventions in patients with the highest risk of developing this pathology, were analyzed by a survey-analytical method. The article presents a brief review of typical etiology and pathogenesis of bacterial endocarditis, predisposing factors of its occurrence. Analysis of the results showed that among the variety of existing antibiotics aminopenicillins, inhibitor-protected penicillins, lincosamides are the drugs of choice for the prevention of endocarditis. The data accumulated suggest that antibiotic prophylaxis helps prevent the development of infective endocarditis.Обзорно-аналитическим методом проанализированы статьи отечественных и зарубежных авторов, в которых речь идет об антибиотикопрофилактике эндокардита при лечебных инвазивных вмешательствах у пациентов наивысшего риска развития данной патологии. в статье кратко рассмотрены особенности этиологии и патогенеза бактериального эндокардита, предрасполагающие факторы его возникновения. Анализ результатов показал, что среди всего разнообразия существующих антибиотиков препаратами выбора для профилактики эндокардита являются аминопенициллины, ингибиторозащищенные пенициллины, линкозамиды. Данные проведенного исследования дают основание полагать, что антибиотикопрофилактика способствует предупреждению развития инфекционного эндокардита

Analysis of questionnaire data of people taking and not taking isolates in sports and fitness

This article analyzes the results of an anonymous survey among 40 people involved in sports and fitness. The questionnaire consisted of 6 closed questions. According to the terms of the questionnaire, participants were asked to answer questions by choosing one of the proposed answer options. According to the results of the answer to the question about the use of isolates, the respondents were divided into 2 groups. Respondents in the first group took isolates, while the second did not. The obtained results of the questionnaire allow us to evaluate the effect of the use of isolates on muscle gain and the level of adherence to preventive measures in order to prevent renal impairment.В данной статье проанализированы результаты анонимного опроса среди 40 человек, занимающихся спортом и фитнесом. Анкета состояла из 6 закрытых вопросов. Согласно условиям анкеты, участникам предлагалось ответить на вопросы, выбрав один из предложенных вариантов ответа. По результатам ответа на вопрос о применении изолятов анкетируемые были разделены на 2 группы. Респонденты, входящие в первую группу, принимали изоляты, участники второй – не принимали. Полученные результаты анкетирования позволяют нам оценить влияние применения изолятов на набор мышечной массы и уровень приверженности предупредительным мерам с целью профилактики нарушений функций почек

Comparative analysis of the amino acid composition of popular isolates by profiles

This article presents a comparative analysis of protein content in isolates such as Zero Carb from VPX, ISO-100 from Dymatize, Iso Sensation from Ultimate Nutrition. In the course of the research, the features of each product were found related to calorie content, the presence or absence of essential and nonessential amino acids and their balance. Firstly, the quantitative ratios of the essential amino acids in the ISO-100 are higher compared to the standard protein for isoleucine, leucine, threonine, valine, and in the Iso Sensation for isoleucine, leucine, lysine, cysteine witn methionine, threonine and valine. Secondly, the quantitative ratios of the essential amino acids in the ISO-100 isolate are lower compared to the standard protein for lysine, methionine with cysteine, phenylalanine and tyrosine, and in the Iso Sensation for phenylalanine and tyrosine.В данной статье представлен сравнительный анализаминокислотного состава таких изолятов, как Zero Carb от VPX, ISO-100 отDymatize, Iso Sensation от Ultimate Nutrition. В ходе исследования былиобнаружены особенности каждого продукта, связанные с калорийностью b наличием или отсутствием заменимых и незаменимых аминокислот. Во-первых, количественные соотношения незаменимых аминокислот в изоляте ISO-100 по сравнению со стандартным белком превышает по изолейцину, лейцину, треонину, валину, в Iso Sensation по изолейцину, лейцину, лизину, метионину с цистеином, треонину и валину. Во-вторых, количественные соотношения незаменимых аминокислот в изоляте ISO-100 меньше по сравнению со стандартным белком по лизину, метионину с цистеином, фенилаланину и тирозину, в Iso Sensation по фенилаланину и тирозину

The article analyzes the results of third-year students computer testing in general and particular pharmacology. The results refer to 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 academic years.
