Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Pemberian Bantuan Subsidi Benih Dalam Peningkatan Produktivitas Padi Di Kecamatan Torue Kabupaten Parigi Moutong

This research aims to describe how the implementation of Seeds Subsidy Grant Program in Increasing of Paddy Productivity in Torue Sub-district. Parigi Moutong Regency. The research employs descriptive qualitative method with data collection covering observation. There are 6 informants as the sample who selected through purposive sampling. The research result indicates that the implementation of seeds Subsidy6 Grant Program in increasing of Paddy Productivity in Torue Sub-district, Parigi Moutong Regency with model evaluation approach by Bardach namely efficiency and effectiveness of policy not optimal yet. There are some factors influencing, sush as: 1). From technical feasibility, the lateness in distributing and seeds volume given in not appropriate 2). From economy factor it has increased productivity but still not significant felt by farmers, 3). From political aspect, have not been implemented optimally from the aspect of socialization and coaching, and supervision, 4). Signal analysis of voltage noise in welding arcs

Gas tungsten arc welds were made on low alloy steel plates to which intentional defects (discontinuities) were imposed. Disruption of shielding gas, welding over surface films, and tack welds produce changes in what is otherwise a relatively uniform voltage signal. The arc voltage was 15 volts + or - 2 volts with 300 mV ripple noise from the power supply. Changes in this steady noise voltage varied from 50 mV to less than one millivolt depending on the severity and the type of change experienced. In some instances the changes were easily detected by analysis of the signal in real time, while in other cases the signal had to transformed to the frequency domain in order to detect the changes. Discontinuities as small as 1.5 mm in length were detected. The ultimate sensitivity and reproducibility of the technique is still being investigated

The high or low students\u27 achievement in teaching and learning activities is mainly influenced by factors which are inside the students themselves (internal factors) and factors which are outside the students (external factors). In this study, there was one element of each factors above which would be studied; the internal factor was students\u27 motivation and the external factor was the teacher competence that influenced the learning outcomes. Students\u27 motivation is important because the students themselves who determine the success of learning. Lecturer competence is also important in learning, because lecturer is someone who is dealing with students directly in teaching and learning activities, so we need lecturers whose high competence to improve the learning achievement. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Dan Self-efficacy Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Parigi

The research aimed to describe the influence of instruction model and self-efficacy to the student\u27s mathematics learning achievements. The research used quasi-experiment method with 2 x 2 factorial designs. Population of this research was students at grade XP.Mia SMA Negeri 1 Parigi in District of South Parigi. Sample of this research was students at Grade XE (28 students) and students at grade XF (30 students). Data was collcted by simple random sampling technique. Variable of this research was namely: independent variable was instruction model and self-efficacy and dependent variable was mathematics learning achievements. The data was collected by documentation, questionnaire, and learning achievement test. The result of the research was shown: (1) There was a significant different of student\u27s mathematics achievements between students were learning by PBL instruction model and studens were learning by STAD type of cooperative learning; (2) There was a significant different of student\u27s mathematic learning achievements with high self-efficacy and student\u27s achievements with low self-efficacy; (3) There was an interaction between teacher instruction model and student self-efficacy; (4) student\u27s mathematics achievements with high self-efficacy, who was learning with PBL instruction model don\u27t be better than student, who was learning with STAD type of cooperative learning model; (5) Student\u27s mathematics learning achievements with low self-efficacy, who was learning with PBL instruction model were better than student who learning by STAD type of cooperative learning model; (6) Student\u27s mathematics learning achievements who were learning with PBL instruction model, between student with high self-efficacy better than student\u27s with low self-efficacy; (7) Student\u27s mathematics learning achievements who learning with STAD type of cooperative learning model, between student with high self-efficacy better than student\u27s with low self-efficac

Penerapan Model Aktive Learning dengan Metode Crossword Puzzle dalam Pembelajaran Ekonomi Kelas X pada Sman 10 Pontianak

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Active Learning model with Crossword Puzzle method in the learning of class X economics at SMAN 10 Pontianak. The method used in this research is the experimental method with the experimental quasi-experimental design with the design of time series research design. The subjects in this study are students of class XE SMAN 10 Pontianak with 39 students. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques, measurement techniques, documenter study techniques. The data collection tools used are test, observation sheet, note sheet. The result of the research is 4 times The meeting with each 4 times pre-test and post-test, there is difference before the implementation of active learning model with crossword puzzle method with the first meeting of student grade increase is 12,5, second meeting 10,52, meeting Third 14.34, fourth meeting 18.82. And Ho is rejected because its value <0,05 (see significance 0,000) with Ha intention is accepted, it can be concluded that in this test there is effectiveness of learning outcomes after applying the active model of learning by crossword puzzle method in the learning of class x economy at SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak

Pengelolaan Teacher Capacity Building (Tcb) Untuk Meningkatkan Profesionalitas Guru (Studi Kasus Guru SMPN 2 Dan SMP Darul Hikam Bandung)

Teacher Capacity Building (TCB) is a key point for a quality education service provided by a school. In the reality, schools have no standardize TCB system to ensure that their TCB is conducted effectivity and efficiently. The research was conducted to figure out the answers to four main questions related to the steps taken in determining the TCB policy at school, the TCB management, the quality assurance system, and the impacts of TCB either for the teacher as an individual, for learning quality, or for school quality. The location of the research were SMPN 2 Bandung and SMP Darul Hikam Bandung as the representation of school with their own school policy on TCB. The reasearch was a qualitative reaserch with descriptive method. The data was callected using three major techniques: observation, indeepth interview, and documentary study. The research revealed that the TCB in SMP Darul Hikam is basen on need analysis, the power of the leader, the tandardized recruitment, and teacher performance assessment. In SMPN 2 Bandung the TCB is empowered by the networking and a very health atmosphere for the teacher to show their best performances. The research also found that the aspects needs to be improved in the implementation of the TCB in both schools are the documentary and the quality assurance

Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kecemasan Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik di Ruang Hemodialisa Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan

Patients with chronic renal failure who undergo hemodialysis often experience a decrease in physical activity and this decrease affects the anxiety condition. The family support may decrease anxiety in patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between family supports with anxiety patients with chronic renal failure in the hemodialysis chamber Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2017. The design of this study is analytic with correlative. The population was of 56 people and the technique of sampling using correlation description technique then the sample of 56 people. Data collection was using questionnaire sheet. The results of the study 51 respondents 91.1% known to get good family support and as many as 39 respondents 69.6% known to have moderate anxiety. The result of spearman rho test show significant level p = 0,05 obtained p value = 0,779 so p&gt; 0,05 then Ho accepted. The conclusion of this research is no relationship of family support with anxiety of chronic renal failure patient in hemodialysis chamber of Royal Prima Hospital Medan. Researchers are further advised to examine the effect of family support in decreasing anxiety levels of patients undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis

UTE (Ular Tangga Edukatif ) : Permainan Edukatif Matematika Berbasis Kearifan Lokal sebagai Upaya Menciptakan Penunjang Pembelajaran yang Menyenangkan dalam Menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0

Saat ini kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih sangat rendah. Sebuah studi terbaru (Amanda dkk, CFEE Annual Digest 2018) menyatakan bahwa selama sekian tahun sejak masuk SD hingga lulus SMA sekolah hanya meningkatkan keterampilan menghitung atau aritmatika sederhana dari peserta didik sebanyak nol koma nol sekian persen. Rendahnya kemampuan matematika siswa tersebut karena kurangnya latihan pengerjaan soal yang beragam sehingga apa yang diterangkan oleh guru tidak dapat dipahami sepenuhnya oleh siswa. Disamping itu, sifat anak anak yang pantang menyerah dan masih haus akan bermain membuat siswa kekurangan waktu belajar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menciptakan sebuah penunjang pembelajaran matematika berupa permainan Ular Tangga Edukasi (UTE) yang diharapkan dapat membantu para siswa melakukan melakukan kegiatan bermain dan belajar dengan soal-soal matematika yang ada pada desain permainan tersebut

Analisis Ornamen pada Lagu Dangdanggula Degung dalam Tembang Sunda Cianjuran

Tulisan ini merupakan kajian analisis terhadap lagu Dangdanggula Degung ditinjau berdasarkan teori Dualisme Antagonistik Jakob Sumardjo. Secara tekstual, lagu tersebut memiliki karakter gagah dan dinamis. Untuk membuktikan pendapat umum (khususnya komunitas Tembang Sunda Cianjuran) bahwa lagu Dangdanggula Degung memiliki karakter gagah dan dinamis, maka lagu tersebut dicoba dianalisis dari sisi penempatan ornamen dan kontur melodinya. Hasil kajian analisis musikal ini kemudian diinterpretasikan dengan merujuk pada teori Dualisme Antagonistik Jakob Sumardjo. Berdasarkan interpretasi tersebut ditemukan sebuah fenomena yang bersifat paradoks sebagai gambaran pola Tritangtu masyarakat Sunda. Inilah pokok bahasan  yang akan diuraikan dalam tulisan ini
