Diversi Terhadap Recidive Anak

AbstractSince the date of July 30, 2014 the Law No. 11 of 2012. One of the things that set new Law No. 11 of 2012 is Diversio. In the implementation, although Diversion is intended to protect children from stigmatization and pressure of the judicial process, but has not been fully implemented because of the Law No. 11 of 2012 are the terms and conditions of the diversion that one of them is the child who did the crime of repetition is not allowed to finish through the process of Diversion. Child in conflict with the law that could damage the system community, especially people of Indonesia and due to the mischief, a child has to deal with the law and go to prison children. Therefore, implementation of the concept of diversion is done with the intention to avoid children from the negative implications of the criminal justice system that is, avoiding the child will enter the criminal justice system and eliminate child labeled criminals against children who have already become victims  

Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Peternak pada Sistem Kemitraan Ayam Broiler PT. Evaria Farm Di Kabupaten Bulukumba

Broiler chicken is one of the poultry commodities that has a very fast growth rate and high productivity, especially in producing chicken meat. In the broiler chicken partnership business, large companies provide inputs such as DOC, feed and medicines. The farmer provides a cage and equipment as well as labor for raising the chickens until harvest. This study aims to determine the level of farmer satisfaction in the broiler partnership system at PT. Evaria Farm. The research location was in Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which was carried out from December 2020 to January 2021. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were 28 partner breeders. The data were collected through interviews with the help of a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is the Imfortance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed an average level of performance analysis (IPA) was 4.30 and an interest rating of 4.98 with an average level of suitability of 86.35 and a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 86.04, meaning that the level of farmer satisfaction in the partnership system as a whole are on the criteria very satisfie

PENETAPAN DIVERSI TERHADAP ANAK YANG TERLIBAT NARKOTIKA

Abstract: Diversion means the diversion of crime problems from legal process to being outside the legal process. The issues raised in this paper are the Arrangement of the Diversion of Children Involved in Narcotics Crime; and how the judge decides against children who are dealing with the law in the order to save the best interests of the child. In its implementation, although this diversion is applicable to save children and the judicial process but not fully implemented because of  Law No. 11 Year 2012 have the terms and conditions of the Diversion, one of which is the assumption of children who commit a narcotic crime is not allowed to complete Diversion, children in conflict with the law can damage the public system, public issues as a result of the child's mischief, a children facing the law should enter the Penal Institution.</pre

PENETAPAN DIVERSI TERHADAP ANAK YANG TERLIBAT KASUS NARKOTIKA

Diversi adalah pengalihan penyelesaian perkara Anak dari proses peradilan pidana ke proses di luar peradilan pidana. Fokus permasalahan yang diangkat dalam tesis ini adalah bagaimana Pengaturan Permohonan Diversi terhadap Anak yang Terlibat Narkotika; dan bagaimana Putusan Hakim terhadap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum dalam aspek kepentingan anak. Dalam implementasinya meskipun Diversi ditujukan untuk melindungi anak dari stigmatisasi dan tekanan proses peradilan namun belum sepenuhnya diterapkan karena dalam Undang-Undang No 11 Tahun 2012 terdapat syarat dan ketentuan mengenai diversi yaitu salah satunya adalah kepada anak yang melakukan tindak pidana narkotika tidak diperbolehkan menyelesaikan melalui proses Diversi. Anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum yang dapat merusak sistem masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Indonesia yang dan akibat kenakalannya tersebut, seorang anak harus berhadapan dengan hukum dan masuk ke Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Khusus Anak
