Model of fuzzy controller of autoinformer
The article presents a model of a fuzzy control system of autoinformer of public transport. The purpose of the development is providing flexible adjustment of the start time of pronunciation of tramβs stop name and improving the quality of service for public transport passengers. A model of fuzzy controller for generating a control signal for starting of pronunciation is developed. Presented the linguistic variables, terms and examples of fuzzy logical rules. For comparison purposes, a model of a simple classic program controller is presented. Numerical experiments show the advantages of fuzzy controller.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Π° ΠΌΠΎΠ΄Π΅Π»Ρ ΡΠΈΡΡΠ΅ΠΌΡ ΡΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ Π°Π²ΡΠΎΠΈΠ½ΡΠΎΡΠΌΠ°ΡΠΎΡΠ° ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ΅ΡΡΠ²Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΡΠ°Π½ΡΠΏΠΎΡΡΠ° Ρ Π½Π΅ΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΌ ΡΠ΅Π³ΡΠ»ΡΡΠΎΡΠΎΠΌ. Development of an Intellectual Educational and Diagnostic Complex for the Histological Analysis of Thyroid Tumors
The purpose of this project is the creation of an interactive intellectual training system based on the DBMS, which allows to organize and store information, transfer and copy data for employees. The already existing images and their characteristics are structured, a decision support system is developed for the recognition of tumors and suspicious cells, which saves time for an already experienced oncologist. This system allows to increase the accuracy of diagnosis. Educational and diagnostic complexes help to accumulate experience for young specialists in the field of image analysis, carry out comparative research, which speeds up the learning process, promotes professional development of the specialist.
Keywords: diagnostic,thyroid, oncological, aspiration biopsy
Intellectual Information and Training System for Software and Hardware Complexes of Morphological Diagnostics of Esophageal Tumors
The aim of the work is to create a system of formalizing knowledge in the histological diagnosis of esophageal tumors and systematic transfer of knowledge to less experienced specialists. It is also a system that will provide support in making a decision in a histological diagnosis.

The aim of the study was to study the physical and psychological components regarding the quality of lifeΒ of patients with cervical dystonia.Material and methods. 170 respondents were examined. The main group included 120 patients withΒ cervical dystonia, 50 patients were included in the control group, consisting of patients with cervicalgiaΒ of various genesis. The diagnosis of cervical dystonia met uniform criteria for the diagnosis and treatmentΒ of dystonia adopted in 2011 by the European Federation of Neurological Societies and the MovementΒ Disorders Society (European Federation of Neurological Societies / Movement Disorders Society, EFNS /Β MDS). In the control group, the pain syndrome of the cervical spine was caused by a degenerative processΒ and was confirmed by X-ray examination and /or MRI. As part of our research, we determined the qualityΒ of life in men and women in both groups using the SF-36 questionnaire with a study of the parameters ofΒ physical and psychological well-being.Results and conclusion. A considerably significant effect of cervical dystonia on the somatic and mentalΒ parameters regarding the quality of life in both men and women has been established. SignificantΒ decrease in all indicators representing the quality of life in patients with cervical dystonia was revealedΒ compared with respondents without dystonic hyperkinesis. As a chronic disease, cervical dystonia leads toΒ psycho-physiological stress, which significantly impairs the quality of life of patients. Significant genderΒ differences were identified: women from the groups of cervical dystonia and cervicalgia were more oftenΒ exposed to psychological deprivation and reduced physical activity than men from the same groups.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ. System Approach to the Development of Intelligent Complexes of Oncological Diagnostics
The system approach to the development of intellectual complexes in cancer diagnosis are discussed in the article. Distinctive features of this approach: the participation of pathologist at the stage of description of recognizable images (the description is based on traditional assessments of quality informative features of tumors); the set of the most similar probabilistic diagnoses is forming on the classification stage of recognition; final histological diagnosis is made by pathologist. The proposed approach has been successfully tested in clinical practice.
Keywords: image processing, image description, image classification, pattern recognition, qualitative attributes of tumor images, interactive recognition, cancer diagnosis, decision support syste
Vitamin D (steroid hormone) and the nervous system diseases (literature review)
The present review aims to summarize the activities of vitamin D effects on the nervous system and to clarify a vitamin D role in brain diseases, in the pathogenesis or as a serum biomarker for the disease development and severity. Objective: correlation between chronic nervous system diseases and vitamin D level. Methods: a literature research in PubMed and in Russian electronic resources by keywords: vitamin D, brain diseases, chronic nervous system diseases. Results. Vitamin D as a neurosteroid hormone stimulates cerebral activity in both adult and embryonic brain regulates the activity of neural circuits which are responsible for locomotor, reward-dependent and emotional behavior. Patients with autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, Alzheimer disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson disease and sleep disorders have been shown to have low level of vitamin D. Discussion. Data are controversial, a further study of vitamin D hypovitaminosis significance is essential for the nervous system chronic diseases manifestation and evaluation of the vitamin D dietary supplement efficiency in patients with the nervous system pathology
Geometry and material effects in Casimir physics - Scattering theory
We give a comprehensive presentation of methods for calculating the Casimir
force to arbitrary accuracy, for any number of objects, arbitrary shapes,
susceptibility functions, and separations. The technique is applicable to
objects immersed in media other than vacuum, to nonzero temperatures, and to
spatial arrangements in which one object is enclosed in another. Our method
combines each object's classical electromagnetic scattering amplitude with
universal translation matrices, which convert between the bases used to
calculate scattering for each object, but are otherwise independent of the
details of the individual objects. This approach, which combines methods of
statistical physics and scattering theory, is well suited to analyze many
diverse phenomena. We illustrate its power and versatility by a number of
examples, which show how the interplay of geometry and material properties
helps to understand and control Casimir forces. We also examine whether
electrodynamic Casimir forces can lead to stable levitation. Neglecting
permeabilities, we prove that any equilibrium position of objects subject to
such forces is unstable if the permittivities of all objects are higher or
lower than that of the enveloping medium; the former being the generic case for
ordinary materials in vacuum.Comment: 44 pages, 11 figures, to appear in upcoming Lecture Notes in Physics
