The study aimed to design a four-pronged tool to survey some members of the institutional work team about the obstacles to diagnosing and evaluating students with learning disabilities, whether from the point of view of (school principal, special education teacher, psychologist, or students under training). The study consisted of a sample of 4 categories from a multidisciplinary team specialized in diagnosis and evaluation of students with learning disabilities, from some educational institutions at the primary level, numbering 10 institutions: a sample of school principals, numbering 10 principals, a sample of female student counselors, numbering 10 female student counselors, and a sample of classroom teachers, numbering 25. Teacher, sample of field training students numbered 35 students. The sample was chosen purposively in the Hail region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive survey method by applying the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data. The study consisted of 35 items distributed over 4 axes related to obstacles to diagnosing and evaluating learning disabilities. The results of the study showed that the first axis related to the obstacles to diagnosing and evaluating learning disabilities from the point of view of the school principal that the most important of these obstacles is the lack of school settings and equipment to deal with cases of learning disabilities, and the weak cooperation of parents regarding the educational and behavioral aspects of their children. While the second axis related to the point of view of the special education teacher showed that the most important of these obstacles is the weak cooperation of the family regarding the psychological and emotional problems of their children. While the third axis related to the psychologist’s point of view showed that the most important of these obstacles is the lack of a clear mechanism for the rest of the school members to cooperate with the teacher regarding students with learning disabilities, and the lack of academic curricula that suitable for the condition of students with learning disabilities. While the fourth axis related to the field training students’ point of view showed that the most important of these obstacles are the broad concept of learning disabilities between developmental and academic, and the Disabilities of accessing standards for learning disabilities

The Autism Spectrum is one of the complex developmental disabilities that affect children in their early childhood. It is a disability that has a comprehensive impact on all aspects of the child’s mental, social, emotional, motor, and sensory development. The most obvious deficiency in this disability is the speech aspect and mutual social interaction, as the autistic child is not He is unable to interact socially and form relationships with peers, in addition to his lack of attention and stereotypical behavior, and his interests are restricted or limited. The study aimed to reveal the evaluation of teachers of children with autism spectrum disorder regarding some supportive educational programs in their relationship to reducing stereotypical repetitive behaviors in the city of Hail. The study consisted of a random sample that included teachers of children with autism spectrum disorder in autism programs in the city of Hail. Their original number reached 180 teachers with various qualifications (bachelor’s or postgraduate studies) and with various years of experience, and from government and private sector institutions in the Department of Education in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. Their data was identified through a teacher data form designed for this purpose. The study used the descriptive exploratory approach by applying the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data. The study also relied on the differential approach by identifying the extent to which there are differences in the averages of teachers’ evaluations of supportive educational programs in their relationship to stereotypical repetitive behaviors. The study consisted of 25 statements distributed over 5 axes related to Educational programs supporting people with autism spectrum disorder and their relationship to reducing stereotypical repetitive behaviors from the point of view of their teachers in the city of Hail. The results of the study showed that the study consists of five axes: (health services, sensory integration therapy services, occupational therapy services, speech-language services, psychological and counseling services), and each axis consists of 5 statements, as it was found that the first axis is the role of health services and includes Five statements received an average of 2.04, meaning somewhat agreeable to the supportive services for students with autism spectrum disorder in the schools of the General Administration of Education in the Hail region from the point of view of their teachers. While the average of the second axis, which is related to psychological integration treatment services, was about 2.07, meaning somewhat agreeable. While the average of the third axis, which is related to occupational therapy services, was about 2.04, meaning somewhat agreeable. The average of the fourth axis, which is related to Speech services, was about 2.83, meaning agree. The average of the fifth axis, which is related to psychological and counseling services, was about 2.87, meaning agree. It was also shown that the total number of topics related to supportive services for students with autism spectrum disorder in the schools of the General Administration of Education in the Hail region from the point of view of their teachers obtained an average of about 2.37, i.e. approval of the supportive services for students with autism spectrum disorder in the schools of the General Administration of Education in the Hail region from the point of view of their teachers. The study recommended the necessity of conducting several studies on support service programs for children with autism spectrum disorder, especially in the early intervention stage - generalizing by the Ministry of Health about autism spectrum disorder and ensuring the necessity of health education to detect cases of autism spectrum disorder, and increasing the conduct of autism disorder screening and early screening. The importance of teachers’ vision of supportive educational programs to reduce stereotypical repetitive behaviors of students with autism spectrum disorder, and the extent of their role and effectiveness in dealing positively and effectively with many of the behavioral problems that characterize autistic students and not just the problem to be studied

Abstract:Toxoplasmosis is a wide spread disease in our society, moreover it plays an important role in causation of abortion in pregnant women. The present study was carried out to evaluate the role of Heat Shock Protein-70(HSP-70) in the immune response against infection with Toxoplasma gondii among women with  abortion.     The present study was carried out on(35) women ,all of them having abortion and proved by confirmatory tests that they have an active form of toxoplasma infection. It also included twenty apparently healthy women as a control group . The patients were between 15 to 50 years of age, blood samples were collected from them during the period between May 2010 to May 2011. The Cytokines that were measured among studied groups by ELISA technique included HSP-70,Interleukin-10(IL10) , Gamma Interferon(IFNγ) and Interleukin-12(IL-12), thereafter cytokines were premeasured after receiving complete course of treatment.     The study showed a high significant increase in serum level of HSP-70 in patients with IgM seropositivity (4.138pg/ml) when compared with serum levels in control and post treated groups (1.990pg/ml , 1.015pg/ml) respectively. It was also found that there was a concomitant  increase in serum level of HSP-70 and serum level of both IFNγ and IL-12   in the early stage of acute infection (19.023, 81.292) respectivel

ABSTRACT In this paper, we are presenting blind authentication method which is based on harmonic secret sharing technique and permutation with data repair capability and error localization for document image and verification of its owner, with the use of the PNG image. We are generating a block based authentication from document image, and transform it into several shares using the Shamir secret sharing scheme, and embedding these shares into an alpha channel plane. The alpha channel plane is permuted with secret key and combined with the original image to form a PNG image. In the process of document image authentication, if the authentication signal computed from the current block content does not match the one extracted from the shares embedded in the alpha channel plane, a document image block localize as tamper block ,then a repairing process is implement else a document image block is authentic. In the repairing process a reverse Shamir technique is implementing for each tampered block after collecting any two or more shares from unmarked blocks. Also, owner verification process is implementing based on the secret key used for the permutation

ABSTRACT Cloud computing is a schema for allowingappropriate onrequest network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources, that can be rapidlydelivered and released by minimal management effort or service provider. In cloud computing, you need a Web browser to access to everything needed to run your business from the required applications, services, and infrastructure. Many web developers are not security-aware. As a result, there exist many web sites on the Internet that are vulnerable. More and more Web-based enterprise applications deal with sensitive financial and medical data, which, if compromised, in addition to downtime can mean millions of dollars in damages. It is crucial to protect these applications from malicious attacks. In this paper we present a comprehensive survey of cloud based secure web application in the literature. The goal of this paper is to present a comparison of various previous methods proposed in the literature and a comparison between Python to other used programming languages

ABSTRACT This paper presents the concealment of information based on the use videos as a cover to hide the existence of the secret message. The secret message is encrypted using RSA before being embedded in the cover video. This encrypted secret message is then embedded in predetermine locations using Lest Significant Bits (LSB), and real part of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Finally inverse Discrete Fourier Transform (IDFT) is applied. The locations are cubic spline control points which are derived from detection the edge upon using (prewitt and canny). These control points are dynamically changed with each video frame to reduce the possibility of statistically identifying the locations of the secret message bits, even if the original cover video is made available to the interceptor. The proposed method is evaluated in terms of the Average Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (APSNR), as well as the Average Mean Square Error (AMSE) measured between the original and steganography video. Results show minimal degradation of the steganography video for secret message

    No conversion, no conversation

On encountering a prospect whom they believe unlikely to make a purchase, some retail salespeople adopt a sales strategy of limiting engagement with the customer, relying on a "no conversion, no conversation" (NC2NC^{2}) sales strategy. Is this a good or bad sales strategy? Based on a multisource dataset combining salespeople and objective sales performance data, the authors examine retail salespeople's performance consequences of disengaging from a customer, i.e., of the NC2NC^{2} sales strategy. Higher sales performance and sales growth arises from the use of an NC2NC^{2} sales strategy when (1) salespeople are experienced professionals skilled in gauging customers' purchase likelihood, (2) store traffic is high, and (3) salespeople are oriented to building lasting customer relationships. However, (4) when store traffic is low and peers use the NC2NC^{2} sales strategy as well, this customer disengagement strategy yields lower returns for salespeople
