KOMPRESI CITRA BERWARNA DENGAN OBDD

Ordered Binary Decision Diagram (OBDD) has been used to reduce the amount of space and computing time required for verifying digital circuits. OBDD has also been used to compress grayscale images in form of Boolean function and modeled as a karnaugh-map. In this paper, OBDD is used to compress color image as lossless (OBDD alone) and lossy (YUV-OBDD). Lossless OBDD reaches compression ratio 1.2; 63.3 and 1.3 for natural and texture images which are worse compare to Lossless JPEG. Lossy OBDD reaches compression ratio 2.5; 92.0, 2.6 and 13.5 for natural, texture ands text images which are better than JPEG2000 for texture and text images. Subjectively, OBDD combined with YUV compression has the same quality result as JPEG2000 in natural ands texture images but worse for text image. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Ordered Binary Decision Diagram (OBDD) telah digunakan untuk mengurangi penyimpanan dan waktu perhitungan yang dibutuhkan untuk menguji kebenaran untai digital. OBDD juga telah digunakan sebagai algoritma kompresi citra grayscale dengan memandang sebuah citra sebagai fungsi Boolean dengan karnaugh-map. Pada makalah ini OBDD diperluas penggunaannya untuk kompresi citra berwarna. Ada dua mode kompresi yang dilakukan, yaitu lossless dan lossy. Pada mode lossy, digunakan pengubahan RGB ke YUV sebelum OBDD diterapkan. Kompresi OBDD lossless mencapai rasio kompresi 1.2, 63.3 dan 1.3 untuk kelompok citra natural dan tektur. Hasil ini lebih buruk dibandingkan dengan Lossless JPEG. Untuk mode lossy dicapai rasio kompresi sebesar 2.5, 92.0, 2.6 dan 13.5 untuk citra natural, tekstur dan teks. Hasil ini lebih baik daripada JPEG2000 untuk kategori tekstur dan teks. Penilaian secara subyektif kompresi OBDD dan YUV 4:1:1 sama baik dengan JPEG2000 pada kategori natural dan tekstur tapi lebih buruk pada kategori teks. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Penentuan Penerima Beasiswa Dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)

Educational institutions especially universities lots of scholarships offered to students. The awarding of scholarships are also given to students in the Faculty of communication and Informatics, namely in the form of scholarships PPA and BBM. Some of the problems that often occur e.g. the selection process is not accurate because of the large number of applicants scholarship that should be adapted to the existing criteria, then in turning students who get not even entitled to scholarships and students who do not qualify for a scholarship instead of getting scholarships and the selection process is still a manual because student data will be compared individually with the scholarship criteria so that the process selection needs a thoroughness and time then this is not efficient. Decision support system applications is a way to address the issue of the determination of the scholarship recipients. This app uses Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) by the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). SAW method was chosen because this method determines the weighting of each criterion specified later in the process of normaliasi in accordance with the existing equations method SAW and continued with the process of rank for selecting the best alternative, in this case the question is students are eligible to receive a scholarship. The results of this research in the form of the application of decision support system of selection determination of scholarship recipients with simple additive weighting method is web-based. Based on the results of the research of the application of decision support system of selection determination of scholarship recipients by the method of simple additive weighting (SAW) it facilitates the selection part of Student Affairs Bureau scholarship awardees for the determination of appropriate criteria, the more quickly and right on target as expected

Covid19 pandemic has changed the world, everything running slow, also with the business. Because of rules about limitation of human traffic in every country. It makes many aviations bankrupt. There also stayed at home rules, business going down, many shopping mall empty, there’s only plentypeople in restaurant, it also happen with fashion business. The needed of fashion, also going down. There are no one can predict how long this pandemic will be going on. So, the society postpone their not so important expens. Most people got scared to travelled or even going out from their house. Stores closed or opened with restricted business hours. Students has to study from home and also workers. It decrased the sales, because people held to buy some stuff which not important. Beside that, because of work from home,workers don’t bought working dress a lot. So, nadjani realized that our business had to changed quickly. To make business run, businessman have to find new ways that adapt from the situation. Some innovative flexible ways have to develop, so in this uncertain situation, business still able to make enough income for the company. Beside making enough income, the new way also can support the brand image keep on their path. At the end, the collaboration of them can make business and brand established

PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI WEB SEKOLAH BAGI SMP DAN SMA MUHAMMADIYAH KARTASURA

Observation and interview with headmasters, teachers and administrative employees results showed that one of main problems faced by SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura and SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura is the do not have a representative school website. Based on this observation, after making discussion with headmasters, the community services team proposed an implementation of school website and train one of chosen teacher to manage implemented website. The outcomes of the community service activities are involving a school website for SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura and SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura and scientific publication draft. The contribution of each school is including providing information which will be uploaded to the website, providing fee for domain and hosting cost, and providing facilities for administrator training. The duration of this commuity services is three months. The results of the community services is both SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura dan SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura are now have representative website for their promotion and administative activities
