    Donald Habbe discusses his administrative duties as Academic Vice President at the University of Montana. He describes the conditions at the University when he first arrived and during his tenure including those related to financing, working conditions, enrollment, and student engagement. Habbe mentions issues in higher education nation-wide and specific to the University of Montana.
