The legal status of third parties in the transfer of mortgages (mortgage) which is still under warranty at PT. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (Persero), Tbk Branch of Malang is done by making a Deed of Agreement, Authorization to pay installments and take the certificate authority and power selling is legitimate. Because under Article 55 (2) of Law Number 01 Year 2011 on Housing and Human Settlements that requires any form of transfer of ownership / transfer of the house to be implemented by the agency designated or established by the government. In addition, the contents of the deed is legislation for both parties and can not be revoked except on the agreement of both parties concerned (Article 1338 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Civil Code). Pengaruh Penambahan Cu pada Cairan Al Sn terhadap Kekerasan Lapisan Interface Krusibel Baja

Steel is often used as crucial in the world of metal casting. This study aims to determine the effect of aluminum alloy fluid on the hardness of the crucible steel interface. The method begins with melting aluminum, copper, and tin according to each variant with a temperature of 700oC, then stirring on the liquid for 15 minutes and holding it for 30 minutes. From this research it is concluded that the addition of Cu (10% and 20%) in Al-Sn-Cu fluid causes hardness value at the interface layer area but the increase is not very significant

Perancangan dan Pembuatan Alat Pengatur Perioda Penyemprotan pada Room Deodorizer Dispenser Berbasis Mikrokontroler

Aroma/bau yang tidak sedap selain dapat mengganggu Kenyamanan dalam beraktivitas juga dapat mengganggu kesehatan. Untuk itu artikel dengan judul “Perancangan dan Pembuatan Pengatur Perioda Penyemprotan Pada Room Deodorizer Dispenser Berbasis Mikrokontroler” ini, diharapkan mampu menanggulangi masalah bau di dalam ruangan dengan pengaturan pengharum yang disesuaikan denganpemakaian. Pengoperasian alat penyemprotan pengharum mudah dilakukan karena menggunakan mikrokontroler yang dirangkai dengan komponen elektronika seperti IC Real Time Clock (RTC) sebagai acuan waktu dari sistem perangkat, sehingga pemakai cukup sekali saja mengaktifkan serta memasukkan data waktu dan interval dari perioda penyemprotan yang diinginkan, yang ditampilkan melalui Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). Selanjutnya perangkat akan bekerja sesuai data waktu yang telah dimasukkan. Disamping itu, perangkat ini juga dilengkapi dengan sensor cahaya Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) untuk mendeteksi penerangan lampu di dalam ruangan. Apabila lampu dipadamkan, maka mikrokontroler akan mengontrol agar pengharum tidak disemprotkan. Selain LDR, pada perangkat juga dipasang sensor Infra Red untuk mendeteksi isi dari kaleng pengharum berdasarkan hasil semprotan, sehingga pemakai dapat langsung mengganti kaleng pengharum ketika isi pengharum telah habis. Dari hasil pengujian alat yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa perangkat ini berhasil menyemprotkan pengharum sesuai dengan pengaturan waktu dan interval waktu penyemprotan yang sama dengan acuan waktu dari RTC

Problem of writing this essay is economic policy execution at a period leadership of Umar during ten years a period of its governance. Intention of this research that is knowing any kind of policy during a period of governance, how policy execution and what affect from the policy. Method Research of this essay is used history method by using Heuristik stages;steps, verification, Historiografi and interpretation with data collecting use bibliography study technique. Result of from writing of this erudite masterpiece include;cover any kind of economic policy of Umar leader and how its execution for example including Policy between two fires Ramadah year, Monetary policy by printing first Islam dram money, Baitul mal independency and bookkeeping of state financial administration, management of natural resources and hisbah observation of market. From result of research can be concluded, that economic policy at a period of leadership of Umar bin Khattab caused of Umar wisdom and intellegence as leader with its ijtihad and conducted deliberation with friend. Evaluasi Kebijakan Rusunawa dalam Mengatasi Permukiman Kumuh di Kota Malang

: Increasing population in Malang every year is accompanied by increased need for shelter and limited land with low economy causing the emergence of slums. So the Government of Malang City issued Rusunawa policy as a derivative policy on it. In this study using qualitative research methods with the steps of data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation with informants through snowball technique. To measure the validity of data validity is done an examination technique based on degree of trust and certainty of research object by using triangulation of source. From that step then analyzed by using data analysis model of Sugiyono theory (2011: 247-252) which include Data Reduction process, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusion. From the research, it has been found that: (1) Rusunawa policy in Malang City has succeeded in preventing the slum settlement in Malang, but has not been successful in overcoming slum settlement in Malang. In addition, the sanctions are so extreme it also helped trigger the re-emergence of slums in Malang. (2) Rusunawa policy support factor in Malang City is the participation and support from some people of Malang City, besides the existence of fund support from government of Malang City every year in terms of management of Rusunawa. (3) Inhibiting factors are limited land and the living pattern of some people who are less aware of cleanliness, in addition to the lack of funds in the budget of Malang City Rusunawa and promises fund disbursement from the central government is not liquid, and also the lack of participation of some communities who have long Inhabiting residence in slum areas with a variety of specific reasons greatly hampered the success of Rusunawa policy in addressing slum settlements in Malang. Model Komunikasi, Sifat Arogansi Dan Etika Komunikasi Pemerintah Menuju Pelayanan Publik Prima

Perilaku arogan aparat pemerintah negara secara signifikan mempengaruhi sikap arogansiterhadap masyarakat. Karena itu solusi diperlukan untuk memecahkan atas masalah arogansi danketidakpedulian aparat pemerintah terhadap masyarakat. Pada gilirannya, komunikasi dan etikadalam pelayanan publik seharusnya dioptimalkan, menjadi efektif dan efisien.Komunikasi dan etikadalam pelayanan publik bagi aparat pemerintah diperlukan untuk membangun hubungan harmonisantara pegawai pemerintah sebagai aparat pemerintah dan masyarakat. Untuk mendukung hal ini,kebijakan lokal pemerintah diputuskan melalui penyerapan aspirasi masyarakat, dan masyarakatakan berpartisipasi di dalamnya karena kebijakan lokal yang diputuskan tersebut mereka merasaterlibat dan dilibatkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Malang Raya dengan menggunakan analisis jalur(path analysis). Penentuan sampling menggunakan sampling purposive.Data dianalisis denganmenggunakan SPSS untuk menguji hipotesis dalam setiap alur dari masing-masing variabel.Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi dan etika dalam pelayanan pemerintah secarasignifikan mempengaruhi pelayanan publik. Demikian pula sebaliknya, sikap arogansi danapatis masyarakat mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pelayanan masyarakat
