    .The purpose of this study to analyse of capital structure, dividend policy, firm size, managerial stockownership and profitability of the value of manufacturing company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Samplingwas carried out with saturated sampling method that all 15 companies is used as a sample. Analysis of the datain this study using multiple regression. The results showed that the capital structure, dividend policy, the size ofthe company and profitability positive and significant effect of the company value, while the managerial stockownership does not effect the value of the company

    The Effect of Capital Working Management on the Profitability

    Companies must maintain the sustainability of their business. In order to keep their existence and competitiveness, they must increase their profitability in every year. It also applies to state fertilizer companies. However, during their 10 years of history (2005-2014), they have been facing difficulties in maintaining their business sustainability. Their profitability fluctuates and tends to decrease every year. One of the causes is inefficient working capital management. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between working capital management and corporate profitability. To ensure the absence of the influence of unexamined factors, this study uses control variables of firm size, financial leverage, and gross domestic product. The results of this study indicate that state fertilizer companies will be able to increase their ROA by accelerating Days of Sales in Inventory and Days of Payables. Higher assets reduce profitability, and increasing debt withdrawal, which further decline the profitability. State fertilizer companies should accelerate their inventory turnover and obligation payments to their suppliers to minimize the risk of foreign exchange loss, considering that 80% of raw materials they needed are still imported. In addition, they should maintain asset quality and minimize debt withdrawal to increase their profitability

    This research was designed to describe the causal relationships between environmental complexity, governmentregulation, diversification levels, and performance. This research was conducted toward banking industryin East Java, in which the research samples were the top ten (10) well performed national commercial banks.The analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research shows that: (1) thehigher environmental complexity level, the diversification made by the bank toward its major function wasgetting further or business activities of the bank was tend to be fee-based income activities and in fact increasebank\u27s performance; (2) banking industry were encouraged to focus on its major function as intermediarycorporation due to intense support of government and reserve bank of Indonesia. However, the banking performancewas getting lower if the support of government and reserve bank of Indonesia on the main function of thebank (credit distribution) was getting higher. This investigation suggest that control system was needed inorder to increase the main function of the bank without increasing its risks

    : This study aimed to determine the effect of the fundamental variables of the company\u27s capital structure included in the group of Indonesian food and beverage from 2009 to 2013 period. This study used a population selected using selection criteria and the population acquired 14 companies that deserve to be the population. The research sample used all companies included in the study population or sample selection techniques using saturated sample. The analysis method of the research is multiple regression linier. The variables used in this study were Profitability, Company\u27s Size, Sales Growth, Structure Assets, Non-Debt Tax Shield and Company\u27s Age. The results of this study indicated that the variable profitability and company\u27s age negatively affect the capital structure of food and beverage companies in Indonesia, while the size of the company, the structure of assets, and the sale have a positive effect on the capital structure of the food and beverage company in Indonesia. Variable non-debt tax shield (NDTS) does not affect the capital structure of food and beverage companies in Indonesia

    Customer perceived value merupakan faktor penting bagi perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan keuntungan dan menjaga keberlangsungan perusahaan. Proses terbentuknya customer perceived value dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor lain, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh service innovation capability, firm’s value offering, transformational leadership, dan service marketing capability terhadap customer perceived value secara langsung, dan tidak langsung melalui variabel intervening service marketing capability.Metode penelitian yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner penelitian terhadap sejumlah sampel sebanyak 145 karyawan perusahaan pembiayaan yang bekerja sama dengan PT Asuransi Jasindo. Structural Equation Model dengan Partial Least Squares merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan data empiris yang dikembangkan pada penelitan ini. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari service marketing capability, Firm’s value offering, dan transformational leadership secara langsung terhadap customer perceived value. Selain itu juga terdapat pengaruh positif secara signifikan secara tidak langsung dari Firm’s value offering, dan transformational leadership terhadap customer perceived value melalui service marketing capability. Sedangkan service innovation capability tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap customer perceived value service secara langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung melalui service marketing capability
