Median conditions for an argon plasma in a magnetic field are defined and identified, electron and ion temperatures being 30 and 10000K respectively. Classical theoretical equations are developed for energy transfer for both ions and electrons in terms of temperatures, densities and the so-called Coulomb logarithm. A fraction `f' is defined as a ratio of ionic and transfer energies to the ionic energy, and values of this fraction obtained experimentally are plotted against the current strength over the range 20-125 A. Citrus fruits are the most cultivated and consumed fruit trees in the world. The objective of this research was to determine the conditions for the establishment and in vitro multiplication of the Citrus aurantium species. In a first experiment, the disinfection of the seeds was evaluated with the use of sodium hypochlorite and mercury bichloride as disinfection treatments, obtaining 100% disinfection of the seeds with 1% sodium hypochlorite for 20 minutes. In a second experiment, different concentrations of BAP (0; 0, 5; 1; 1, 5 and 2 mg l-1) were evaluated in the first and second multiplication subcultures. In the first subculture, the best results were achieved with BAP 1 mg l-1 for the number of nodal segments with 8.13 nodal segments. In the second subculture, the best results were achieved for the treatments with BAP 1; 0, 5 mg l-1 and the control without BAP with values between 7, 63 and 7, 10 nodal segments.Los cítricos constituyen los frutales más cultivados y consumidos en el mundo. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar las condiciones para el establecimiento y la multiplicación in vitro de la especie Citrus aurantium. En un primer experimento se evaluó la desinfección de las semillas con el empleo de hipoclorito de sodio y bicloruro de mercurio como tratamientos de desinfección, obteniéndose un 100% de desinfección de las semillas con el hipoclorito de sodio al 1% durante 20 minutos. En un segundo experimento se evaluaron diferentes concentraciones de BAP (0; 0,5; 1; 1,5 y 2 mg l-1) en el primer y segundo subcultivo de multiplicación. En el primer subcultivo los mejores resultados se lograron con BAP 1 mg l-1 para el número de segmentos nodales con 8,13 segmentos nodales. Uitdagingen in de geriatrische revalidatiezorg: de ontwikkeling van een zorgpad

De geriatrische revalidatiezorg heeft te maken met een aantal uitdagingen op het gebied van coördinatie en continuïteit van de zorg. Om deze uitdagingen aan te pakken is een zorgpad ontwikkeld voor de betrokken organisaties (ziekenhuis, geriatrische revalidatiezorg en eerstelijnszorg). Het doel van dit artikel is het proces van (door)ontwikkeling van dit zorgpad toe te lichten en het resultaat ervan te beschrijven en te bediscussiëren. Het zorgpad is (door)ontwikkeld op basis van de eerste vier stappen van het cyclische implementatiemodel van Grol en Wensing: (1) ontwikkeling voorstel voor verandering; (2) analyse feitelijke zorg; (3) analyse doelgroep en setting; (4) ontwikkeling en selectie van interventies/strategieën. Volgens de betrokken partijen moest het zorgpad zich primair richten op verbetering van de zorgprocessen, waaronder de transfers, overdrachten en communicatie tussen de instellingen. Om dit te bereiken werden via literatuuronderzoek, consultatie van experts, interviews met betrokkenen, en werkgroepen van zorgverleners, patiënten en mantelzorgers, de huidige zorg en bestaande problemen geanalyseerd en oplossingen aangedragen voor verbetering. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een zorgpad waarin afspraken zijn vastgelegd over: (a) triage in het ziekenhuis; (b) betrekken van patiënt en mantelzorger bij (keuzemomenten in) de zorg; (c) tijdige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige overdrachten; en (d) adequate communicatie en afstemming tussen zorgverleners
