Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di Alam Puri

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in Alam Puri Art Museum Villa Resort and Spa Penatih Denpasar. Organizational commitment and work motivation need to be considered to foster behavior organizational citizenship behavior of employees. The research was conducted on all employees at Alam Puri Art Museum Villa Resort and Spa Penatih Denpasar. Samples taken are as many as 42 employees. The sampling technique using saturation sampling (census) where the entire population sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and motivation positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship. The implication of this research is the manager of the company must maintain and always pay attention to how committed the organization and motivation felt by employees

Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Jabatan Notaris Berkaitan dengan Adanya Dugaan Malpraktek dalam Proses Pembuatan Akta Otentik

A notary is a public officer who given sufficient authority by the state to make an authentic deed. If a party feels aggrieved over the deed of a Notary, then the party can sue the notary with the charges of malpractice in an authentic deed, although the notary has been working in accordance with the standards of an authentic deed. On this basis, it is need a legal protection for the notary, in this case, made ??by the Notary Honorary Council (MKN) as provided for in the Article 66 of paragraph (1) of Law No. 2 of 2014 on the Amendment of Law Number 30 of Year 2004 on the Notary Position (UUJN-P). There are no certain regulations on MKN positions and the kinds of legal protection given by the MKN to the notary, giving rise to legal issues namely, what the standards or requirements in the process of making an authentic deed and what the legal protection of the Position of Notary in relations to the allegations of malpractice in the making of authentic deeds. This thesis research is a normative legal research, which departed from the vacuum of norm. The legal materials collection techniques used were the study of literature and the card system. The analysis of the legal materials was conducted by using descriptive techniques, interpretations and arguments associated with the theories and concepts of law which relevant to the issues. The research findings of the problem under study, namely, that in making authentic deeds, notary must always pay attention to the validity of the agreement according to the terms of Article 1320 of the Civil Law (the Civil Codes), the requirement of making authentic deeds (Civil Code of 1868), Law on the Notary Position, as well as the Notary Code of Ethics. While MKN position as the Administrative agencies should be established in the regions of (city or regencies) in order that MKN can quickly respond to the case and provide an appeal to the parties who are not satisfied with the decision of MKN

The Significant Impact of Financial Performance Assessment Value-based Management at Star Hotels in Bali

Bali is very dependent on the tourism industry. Many entities rely on business from tourism industry including large hotels owned by foreign investors. The existence of hotels in Bali has a huge effect on economic growth. During this time, the hotel performance is measured more based on the financial ratios. This financial ratio is very dependent on the method of accounting treatment that is used in composing the company’s financial report. The things that caused the company’s performance to look good and improved, even though it could not have increased and even decreased. Performance measures are needed which should emphasize value or value-based management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance assessment with Value-based Management at star hotels in Bali, especially toward: (1) the enhancement of the room occupancy rates, (2) the enhancement of profits, (3) the enhancement of creditor’s confidence, and (4) the enhancement of confidence of investor and potential investor. The choice of hotels is based on the following considerations: (1) the extent of business carried out, (2) foreign ownership, and (3) the responsibility of foreign investor toward the preservation of Bali. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. The effect of valuebased management is tested by multiple linear regression. Multiplier Effect of the Role of Government Policy with Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in Order to Improve Performance and Competitiveness of UMKM in the Province of Bali

The Indonesian economy currently relies on Micro-, Small-, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The important role of MSMEs is shown by their large numbers and moving in various business sectors and touching the interests of the community, being the business sector with the greatest contribution to national development, and creating considerable employment opportunities for domestic workers. The seriousness of the government’s role in improving the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs is needed, including making innovative efforts to take advantage of various opportunities including the assistance of the private sector. The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be seen as an alternative form of government intervention in terms of policy, so that the synergy of the private sector in implementing CSR with the MSMEs is expected to stimulate improvement in the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs. This study aims to prove the multiplier effect of the role of government policy with the implementation of CSR in order to improve the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs. The research sample was determined by the proportionate cluster random sampling of 67 MSMEs spread across Bali. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively using Partial Least Square Path Modeling. The results of the study prove that the role of government policy with the implementation of CSR concurrently influences the 5 performance variables and 6 variables of competitiveness of MSMEs. This proves that the role of government policy with the implementation of CSR has been proven to provide a multiplier effect on improving the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs.     Keywords: multiplier effect, role of government, implementation of CSR, performance, competitiveness, MSME

Pengaruh Modal Kerja, Penggunaan E-commerce, dan Efektivitas Sistem Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Pendapatan Pelaku UMKM di Kota Denpasar

UMKM juga merupakan fondasi pertumbuhan ekonomi kerakyatan, yang dapat mengurangi masalah ketimpangan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana modal kerja, penggunaan e-commerce, dan efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal, secara parsial dan simultan, mempengaruhi pendapatan pelaku UMKM. Informasi untuk penelitian ini akan dikumpulkan dengan metodologi kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang disesuaikan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 partisipan. Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji F, uji t, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis klasik adalah beberapa prosedur analisis data yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pendapatan pelaku UMKM terbukti secara signifikan didorong oleh modal kerja, penggunaan e-commerce dan efektivitas sistem pengendalian internal.
