Modalities to Implement the Multilinguality in Web DYNPRO ABAP
The integrated platform SAP Netweaver is a platform that offers support in realizing Web bussiness applications that use the Model View Controller (MVC) concept. The Multilinguality being a property of this platform. The purpose of this article is to highlight the modality to internationalize a Web Dynpro ABAP project The techniques used for the internationalization of a Web Dynpro ABAP application are: the OTR [Online Text Repository] translations, the implementation of the assistance class and the technique of information internationalization in a database. The case study has been performed on the trial “SAP Netweaver 7.0 Application Server ABAP” that offered the possibility to log-in in English and German languages.Computer programes, software
Mining Social Media to Extract Structured Knowledge through Semantic Roles
Semantics is a well-kept secret in texts, accessible only to humans. Artificial Intelligence struggles to enrich machines with human-like features, therefore accessing this treasure and sharing it with computers is one of the main challenges that the computational linguistics domain faces nowadays. In order to teach computers to understand humans, language models need to be specified and created from human knowledge. While still far from completely decoding hidden messages in political speeches, computer scientists and linguists have joined efforts in making the language easier to be understood by machines. This paper aims to introduce the VoxPopuli platform, an instrument to collect user generated content, to analyze it and to generate a map of semantically-related concepts by capturing crowd intelligence

INNOVATIVE AND CROSS-SECTORAL CLUSTERS AS FACILITATORS OF VALUE ADDED CHAINS IN AGRICULTURE - SMART AGRO CLUSTERS IN ROMANIA
Clusters play an important role in driving competitiveness, innovation and jobs creation in the EU. Romania currently has successful clusters in various economic sectors and services, including 7 clusters in agro-food. Agriculture has been and remains the support of the human existence, which is an important pillar of the Romanian rural economy. The agro-food sector had oscillating evolutions in the post-accession period, mainly generated by the need to get in line with the EU requirements. Stimulating smart technology assimilation across all economic sectors including agro-food value chains, promoting enterprise growth and clusters 4.0 is critical to many EU Member States. Partnerships between countries, regions, cities and clusters are essential in the next industrial modernization process, based on innovation. Clusters 4.0 calls for development of a generation of advanced cluster policies to respond to these new industrial challenges by facilitating cross-sectoral value chains, fostering internationalization, stimulating inter-regional investment and accelerating entrepreneurship and skills in digital production, environmental production, circular economy, service innovation and creative economy. In order to be ready for the future, clusters must be geared towards creating a smart value chains, international cooperation and cross-sectoral partnerships. This research paper proposes a model as a tool for agro-clusters to become “smart”, also this proposal providing information on the most important steps in the creation and development of smart agro-clusters. The used research methodology was based on analysis and synthesis of the information on the economic and social aspects of the development of the agro-food sector and of clusters in Romania. In conclusion, the authors of this paper wanted to emphasize the necessity of the development of smart agro-clusters for the future smart specialization of the regions
Mineral content of different winter wheat cultivars
In the present study the contents of Cu, Mn and Zn were investigated in the grains of different winter wheat
(Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars. The nine varieties of winter wheat were: Potenzial, Kalango, Apache, Soisson,
Kristina, Chevallier, Panonnikus, Alex and Lovrin 34. The experimental field was placed in 2009-2010
agricultural year, on a cambic chernozem in Timisoara (west of Romania) with the fertilization level N120P60K60.
For this goal, the mineral elements mentioned were quantified by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS)
and for their determination was used the atomic absorption spectrophotometer’s contr AA 300, Analytik Jena.
The high contents of Cu were registered by Kalango, Panonikus and Soisson winter wheat cultivars and the
lower contents by Potenzial and Apache. Regarding Zn content, Soisson had the greatest value and Apache the
lowest value of this parameter. With the exception of Apache winter wheat cultivar, all the varieties registered
high values of Mn content. Results of our study demonstrated that mineral content for winter wheat cultivars is strongly influenced by the biological factor
The monoclonal antibody nBT062 conjugated to maytansinoids has potent and selective cytotoxicity against CD138 positive multiple myeloma cells _in vitro_ and _in vivo_
CD138 (Syndecan1) is highly expressed on multiple myeloma (MM) cells. In this study, we examined the anti-MM effect of murine/human chimeric CD138-specific monoclonal antibody (mAb) nBT062 conjugated with highly cytotoxic maytansinoid derivatives _in vitro_ and _in vivo_. These agents significantly inhibited growth of CD138-positive MM cell lines and primary tumor cells from MM patients, without cytotoxicity against peripheral blood mononuclear cells from healthy volunteers. In MM cells, they induced G2/M cell cycle arrest followed by apoptosis associated with cleavage of PARP and caspase-3, -8 and -9. Non-conjugated nBT062 completely blocked cytotoxicity induced by nBT062-maytansinoid conjugate, confirming that binding is required for inducing cytotoxicity. Moreover, nBT062-maytansinoid conjugates blocked adhesion of MM cells to bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). Co-culture of MM cells with BMSCs, which protects against dexamethasone-induced death, had no impact on the cytotoxicity of the immunoconjugates. Importantly, nBT062-SPDB-DM4 and nBT062-SPP-DM1 significantly inhibited MM tumor growth _in vivo_ in both human multiple myeloma xenograft mouse models and in SCID-human bone grafts (SCID-hu mouse model). These studies provide the preclinical framework supporting evaluation of nBT062-maytansinoid derivatives in clinical trials to improve patient outcome in MM
