DAMPAK PERILAKU KONSUMEN TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN AKSES SITUS ON-LINE SHOP (STUDI KASUS PADA MAHASISWA DI UNIVERSITAS PANCASAKTI TEGAL)

ABSTRACTThe development of information technology has touched various joints of human life, especially the development of the internet. The development of the internet forms a new world where every individual has the right and ability to interact with other individuals indefinitely. The objectives of the research are (1) The influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction in accessing online shop website, (2) To know the influence of attitude and trust toward online shop shop user and (3) Influence of satisfaction to consumer loyalty online shop. Data analysis method used is included in the category of quantitative data analysis is a data analysis using statistical instruments. Statistical instruments used are Chi Square Test and performed using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software. The results of model fit testing showed that the four factors (cultural, economic, social and ethical) that have the most contigency coefficient on consumer behavior in accessing online shop site are Social variables. Pengembangan Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Guru untuk Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru di SMA Negeri 3 Sragen

AbstrakPenilaian tentang kinerja guru semakin penting untuk mengetahui tingkat profesionalisme guru.  Lembaga pendidikan  harus mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Hasil analisis akan bermanfaat untuk pengembangan SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) guru secara optimal yang sangat diperlukan untuk memajukan mutu  pendidikan. Guru memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah dan masyarakat oleh karena itu pemerintah mengatur peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik atau guru secara nasional melalui Undang-undang No 20 Tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan Nasional. Sistem PKG (Penilaian Kinerja Guru) masih dilaksanakan secara konvensional yang sangat berperpengaruh pada profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Guru yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development yang terdiri dari 10 tahap yang telah dimodifikasi menghasilkan aplikasi PKG yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Hasil pengembangan berupa aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Guru berbasis komputer yang memuat komponen- komponen penilaian yang terdiri atas kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial dan hasil rekap penilaian yang mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme guru secara maksimal. Kata kunci: kinerja; profesionalisme; PKG; kompetensi; research and development

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Bank Sampah di Desa Kerongkong Kecamatan Suralaga Kabupaten Lombok Timur

Waste management is still a serious problem that must be resolved, especially in Kerongkong Village, Suralaga District, East Lombok. One of the efforts that can be done is waste management through waste banks. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge regarding waste banks and improve community skills and income through waste bank management. This community service activity was carried out in Kerongkong Village, Suralaga District, East Lombok, which consisted of 2 activities including preparation and implementation of activities. The results of the service activities show that an increase in public knowledge about waste bank management and the establishment and empowerment program through a waste bank in Kerongkong Village, Suralaga District, East Lombok Regency has been able to reduce the amount of piles of waste generated by the community, improve community skills and income in managing waste banks. . To support the sustainability of the waste bank program, it is highly expected that there will be support from the community and the government so that the waste bank can maintain cleanliness and environmental sustainability in the future

PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS KELOMPOK TANI BILASUNDUNG MELALUI PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN CABAI RAWIT

Cabai rawit merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang permintaannya sangat tinggi di masyarakat, sehingga upaya peningkatan produksi cabai rawit perlu dilakukan. Usahatani cabai rawit di Desa Paok Pampang memiliki beberapa kendala terutama terkait hama dan penyakit tanaman, pemasaran dan akses permodalan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberdayakan kelompok tani di Desa Paok Pampang melalui penyuluhan pertanian dalam rangka peningkatan produksi dan pendapatan petani. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pedagogik dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada kelompok tani mengenai masalah hama dan penyakit tanaman, pemasaran dan akses permodalan. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan tim, sosialisasi, dan penyuluhan pertanian. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kelompok tani Bila Sundung Desa Paok Pampang dalam mengatasi hama dan penyakit pada tanaman cabai rawit guna meningkatkan produksi cabai, mengetahui cara akses informasi harga cabai rawit sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani, dan mengetahui berbagai macam akses permodalan

The Evolution of Compact Binary Star Systems

We review the formation and evolution of compact binary stars consisting of white dwarfs (WDs), neutron stars (NSs), and black holes (BHs). Binary NSs and BHs are thought to be the primary astrophysical sources of gravitational waves (GWs) within the frequency band of ground-based detectors, while compact binaries of WDs are important sources of GWs at lower frequencies to be covered by space interferometers (LISA). Major uncertainties in the current understanding of properties of NSs and BHs most relevant to the GW studies are discussed, including the treatment of the natal kicks which compact stellar remnants acquire during the core collapse of massive stars and the common envelope phase of binary evolution. We discuss the coalescence rates of binary NSs and BHs and prospects for their detections, the formation and evolution of binary WDs and their observational manifestations. Special attention is given to AM CVn-stars -- compact binaries in which the Roche lobe is filled by another WD or a low-mass partially degenerate helium-star, as these stars are thought to be the best LISA verification binary GW sources.Comment: 105 pages, 18 figure

Mainstreaming microbes across biomes

Bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms in the environment (i.e., environmental microbiomes) provide vital ecosystem services and affecthuman health. Despite their importance, public awareness of environmental microbiomes has lagged behind that of human microbiomes. A keyproblem has been a scarcity of research demonstrating the microbial connections across environmental biomes (e.g., marine, soil) and betweenenvironmental and human microbiomes. We show in the present article, through analyses of almost 10,000 microbiome papers and threeglobal data sets, that there are significant taxonomic similarities in microbial communities across biomes, but very little cross-biome researchexists. This disconnect may be hindering advances in microbiome knowledge and translation. In this article, we highlight current and potentialapplications of environmental microbiome research and the benefits of an interdisciplinary, cross-biome approach. Microbiome scientists needto engage with each other, government, industry, and the public to ensure that research and applications proceed ethically, maximizing thepotential benefits to society
