This study aims to measure the performance of SMEs run by the millennial generation by investigating the effect of entrepreneurship orientation indicators of innovation, proactivity, and risk orientation on sustainability decisions by using the mediating effect of future orientation. The research was conducted in 160 SMEs run by the millennial generation in Semarang, Indonesia. The sampling was conducted using simple random sampling, while the analysis was performed by examining path analysis using the PLS-SEM technique. The results showed significant influences of innovation, proactivity, and risk orientation on future orientation. The analysis of the mediating role of future orientation showed its capability to strengthen the effects of innovation, proactivity, and risk orientation on sustainability decisions. The findings have implications for allowing millennial generation SMEs to remain competitive in the development of the digital world by making them more future-oriented and to have a better future outlook to mitigate uncertainties in the future by optimizing innovation proactivity and risk orientation. Therefore, the factors critical for the sustainability of millennial SMEs are adjusting strategies that can seize current opportunities and develop digital capabilities and innovation strategies to compete in an increasingly competitive market. This study was conducted in January 2015 in Tanjung Bintang District South Lampung Regency. This study aimed to determine the nutrient status of peranakan ongole cattle based on the feedstuff intake, nutrient content, and the management of feeding used by the peranakan ongole cattle farmers in Tanjung Bintang District. There were 50 farmers interviewed, came from two villages, such as Budi Lestari (25 farmers), and Jati Baru (25 farmers). This study used qualitative approach with survey method, then it was descriptively analyzed. The result of this study showed the feedstuff mostly in the form of pasture. Average dry matter intake was 8,21 kg/cow/day, even the dry matter need was 8,97 kg/cow/day, and average protein intake was 0,72 kg/cow/day, even the protein need was 1,08 kg/cow/day. Thus, nutrient status of peranakan ongole cattle in Tanjung Bintang District South Lampung Regency was stated undernourishied.

Based on the results of interview done by researchers against the junior high school in Bandar Lampung, is known that many students do not have learning resources such as books for use outside of school hours. It is known that the stu-dent's reason do not have a source of learning is the limited cost and the difficulty in getting it. Taking into account these problems, the researcher developed an electronic books as a learning resource. Electronic books are developed based on multiple representations to matter physics junior high school class VIII. The pur-pose of this development is to make the students more interested in learning and can develop students' understanding of physics concepts. Development's model used in this study was adapted from the model of media development and learn-ing according Suyanto and Sartinem (2009). Development's model includes five procedures product development and product testing, namely: preliminary re-search, creation of script/ design materials, product development, product testing (internal testing and external testing), and the dissemination and implementa-tion. Internal test results indicate that the learning resource has been developed in accordance with the content standards and fit for use as a learning resource for students. External test results showed that the quality of learning resource are very attractive, reaching 96% for attractive level of product and effective used as a learning resource, reaching 82% of students are complete the KKM. So, we can conclude that generated the learning resource such as electronic books based multiple representations that have been tested and fit for use with very attractive qualities and declared effective as a learning resource

Based on the research conducted there are many teachers who use conventional learning so that students are difficult to accept, respond, and develop materials provided by the teacher. The purpose of this study to determine: 1) The average difference the students 'physics learning outcomes between using simulation and experimental (2) The average difference the students 'physics learning outcomes between using simulation and experimental. This research has been carried out in the school year 2012/2013 in SMPN 1 Kotagajah. The study population was all students in class IX during the second semester. The samples taken while the IXB class as a class that uses experimental methods and IXF class as a class that uses simulation methods. Sampling technique in this study using cluster random sampling technique. Design of Experiments in this study using the form One-Shot Case Study. The results of the research conducted is: (1) There is a difference average physics student learning outcomes between using simulations and experiments that are 80.5 in the experimental class dan 70 in the simulation class (2 ) There is a difference average the students' mastery of physics concepts between using simulations and experiments that are 72.38 in the experimental class and 68.10 in the simulation class. So we can conclude the results of study and mastery of the concepts of physics experiments grade higher than the simulation

Introduction : The prevalence of decubitus ulcers in Asia is amounted to 2.7%-16.8%, and in Indonesia, there was a 40% prevalence of decubitus ulcers in 2017. In 2017, the prevalence of decubitus in Bandung was found to be 10.8%. Consequently, the number of active cases and deaths of decubitus ulcers reached 48%. Therefore, efforts to reduce the number of decubitus ulcers are urgently needed, thereby preventing the risk of decubitus severity. Objective: To evaluate the correlation of serum albumin levels and stages of decubitus in inpatients at Dr. Soetomo Regional General Hospital of SurabayaMethod: This research was successfully carried out by means of observational analytics, with a cross-sectional research design. Moreover, this research data were derived from medical record data of inpatients at Dr. Soetomo Regional General Hospital of Surabaya in the period of January 2018 – December 2020, with a total of 144,002 patients. 197 decubitus patients in Pandan I and Pandan Wangi rooms were involved in the sample selection process. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 57 patients were finally determined as research samples. Samples were selected by utilizing Simple Random Sampling. The number of samples in the case group and control group was amounted to 39 patients, respectively. The data of this research were then analyzed using the Spearman Correlation test.Result: The research results indicated that the least number of decubitus patients at stage I was amounted to 8 people (10.3%), and the highest number of decubitus patients at stage III was amounted to 12 people (15.4%). Furthermore, the results of the Spearman correlation test showed that there was a significant correlation of serum albumin levels and stages of decubitus (p = 0.002).Conclusion: There was a significant correlation of serum albumin levels and stages of decubitus in inpatients at Dr. Soetomo Regional General Hospital of Surabaya in the period of January 2018 – December 2020.Keywords: Albumin, Malnutrition, Stages of Decubitu

Students learning technology tend to focus more on academic achievement than soft skills. They do not notice what happens around them. On the other hand, they are expected to solve problems in society. Finding a solution requires the ability to think critically, sympathize, and emphatize. This research tries to help students develop their critical thinking, sympathy and empathy from literature as a medium to build the Indonesian character.  The characters and events in literature can be role models to behave I society. Students use conflict resolution method to identify problems by scrutinizing the characters, problems and reasons of the actions, as well as applying critical thinking, sympathy and empathy on the characters and then develop and outline and a short story with a different perspective. The training involved nine students from the Departments of Industrial engineering, Informatics and Information Systems resulting in seven stories with various genres and endings. The stories show that students can use their critical and creative thinking using different perspectives, sympathy and empathy in developing a solution and present it in the form of interesting literature works that do not preach
