Pengaruh Roe, Npm, Leverage dan Nilai Pasar terhadap Harga Saham
Analisis fundamental Perusahaan dilakukan investor sebelum memilih saham mana yang akan dibeli guna memperoleh keuntungan di waktu mendatang. Perusahaan yang memiliki prospek baik adalah Perusahaan yang mampu menjaga efisiensi pemanfaatan sumber dayanya dengan mencapai keuntungan yang baik. Investor harus mampu menganalisis kinerja keuangan Perusahaan agar saham yang dipilihnya benar - benar memberikan hasil yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham Perusahaan properti dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity dan Price Earning Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Rasio Debt to Equity Ratio memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham
Fermionic Symmetries: Extension of the two to one Relationship Between the Spectra of Even-Even and Neighbouring Odd mass Nuclei
In the single j shell there is a two to one relationship between the spectra
of certain even-even and neighbouring odd mass nuclei e.g. the calculated
energy levels of J=0^+ states in ^{44}Ti are at twice the energies of
corresponding levels in ^{43}Ti(^{43}Sc) with J=j=7/2. Here an approximate
extension of the relationship is made by adopting a truncated seniority scheme
i.e. for ^{46}Ti and ^{45}Sc we get the relationship if we do not allow the
seniority v=4 states to mix with the v=0 and v=2 states. Better than that, we
get very close to the two to one relationship if seniority v=4 states are
admixed perturbatively. In addition, it is shown that the higher isospin states

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Geografis Penanganan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan
PEMDA (Pemerintah Daerah) diharapkan memiliki Perda bangunan gedung yang mengatur tentang penataan bangunan dan lingkungan. Pada Kenyataannya pembangunan bangunan masih banyak yang dibangun tanpa dilengkapi dengan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB), selain itu masih banyak bangunan yang dibangun tanpa memperhatikan daya dukung lingkungan yang menyebabkan rawan banjir, longsor, kumuh dan rawan kriminalitas. Penelitian ini merupakan perancangan aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah pemerintah dalam mengontrol bangunan yang mmiliki IMB. Aplikasi ini berisikan data bangunan, tata ruang, penggunaan lahan, dan fungsionalitas bangunan. Dari sistem ini akan ditampilkan informasi bangunan beserta kriteria atau fungsionalitas bangunan yang sesuai dengan IMB-nya. Fungsi lain dari aplikasi sistem informasi geografis (SIG) sebagai salah satu pendukung pengambilan keputusan perizinan pengajuan pembuatan IMB. Selain itu juga dapat digunakan untuk pendokumentasian data kepemilikan IMB menadi satu data base
Quantum Dissension: Generalizing Quantum Discord for Three-Qubit States
We introduce the notion of quantum dissension for a three-qubit system as a
measure of quantum correlations. We use three equivalent expressions of
three-variable mutual information. Their differences can be zero classically
but not so in quantum domain. It generalizes the notion of quantum discord to a
multipartite system. There can be multiple definitions of the dissension
depending on the nature of projective measurements done on the subsystems. As
an illustration, we explore the consequences of these multiple definitions and
compare them for three-qubit pure and mixed GHZ and W states. We find that
unlike discord, dissension can be negative. This is because measurement on a
subsystem may enhance the correlations in the rest of the system. This approach
can pave a way to generalize the notion of quantum correlations in the

Quantum discord evolution of three-qubit states under noisy channels
We investigated the dissipative dynamics of quantum discord for correlated
qubits under Markovian environments.
The basic idea in the present scheme is that quantum discord is more general,
and possibly more robust and fundamental, than entanglement. We provide three
initially correlated qubits in pure Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) or W
state and analyse the time evolution of the quantum discord under various
dissipative channels such as:
Pauli channels , , and , as well as
depolarising channels. Surprisingly, we find that under the action of Pauli
channel , the quantum discord of GHZ state is not affected by
decoherence. For the remaining dissipative channels, the W state is more robust
than the GHZ state against decoherence. Moreover, we compare the dynamics of
entanglement with that of the quantum discord under the conditions in which
disentanglement occurs and show that quantum discord is more robust than
entanglement except for phase flip coupling of the three qubits system to the

Spherically symmetric dissipative anisotropic fluids: A general study
The full set of equations governing the evolution of self--gravitating
spherically symmetric dissipative fluids with anisotropic stresses is deployed
and used to carry out a general study on the behaviour of such systems, in the
context of general relativity. Emphasis is given to the link between the Weyl
tensor, the shear tensor, the anisotropy of the pressure and the density
inhomogeneity. In particular we provide the general, necessary and sufficient,
condition for the vanishing of the spatial gradients of energy density, which
in turn suggests a possible definition of a gravitational arrow of time. Some

Cosmology With Non-Minimally Coupled K-Field
We consider non-minimally coupled (with gravity) scalar field with
non-canonical kinetic energy. The form of the kinetic term is of
Dirac-Born-Infeld (DBI) form.We study the early evolution of the universe when
it is sourced only by the k-field, as well as late time evolution when both the
matter and k-field are present. For the k-field, we have considered constant
potential as well as potential inspired from Boundary String Field Theory
(B-SFT). We show that it is possible to have inflationary solution in early
time as well as late time accelerating phase. The solutions also exhibit
attractor property in a sense that it does not depend on the initial conditions

An accurate cluster selection function for the J-PAS narrow-band wide-field survey
The impending Javalambre Physics of the accelerating Universe Astrophysical Survey (J-PAS) will be the first wide-field survey of ≳ 8500 deg^2 to reach the ‘stage IV’ category. Because of the redshift resolution afforded by 54 narrow-band filters, J-PAS is particularly suitable for cluster detection in the range z80 per cent completeness and purity is M_h ∼ 5 × 10^(13) M_⊙ up to z ∼ 0.7. We also model the optical observable, M^∗_(CL)–halo mass relation, finding a non-evolution with redshift and main scatter of σM^∗_(CL)|M_h∼0.14dex down to a factor 2 lower in mass than other planned broad-band stage IV surveys, at least. For the M_h ∼ 1 × 10^(14) M_⊙ Planck mass limit, J-PAS will arrive up to z ∼ 0.85 with a σM^∗_(CL)|M_h∼0.12dex. Therefore, J-PAS will provide the largest sample of clusters and groups up to z ∼ 0.8 with a mass calibration accuracy comparable to X-ray data
