We find that the excitation energies of single analog states for odd-even nuclei in the f7/2_{7/2} shell with J=j=7/2^{-} and the J=0+^{+} double analog states in the even-even nuclei are well described by the formulas E(j,T+1)=b(T+X)E^{*}(j,T+1) = b (T+X) and E(0+,T+2)=2b(T+X+0.5)E^{*}(0^{+},T+2) = 2b (T+X+0.5),respectively, where T=NZ/2T=\mid N-Z\mid /2 is usually the ground state isospin. It is remarkable to note that the parameter X accounts for the departures from the symmetry energy based predictions.Comment: 8 pages and no figure

Sea Highway is one of the Indonesian government's programs that aimed at reducing price disparities that occur between the West Indonesia (especially Java) and the East Indonesia with the use of sea transport. The government appointed PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) to run the Sea Highway program started from November 2015 by providing ships with the scheduled system from the western of Indonesia to the eastern of Indonesia and vice versa. This study was held to analyze the implementation of the PT PELNI's Sea Highway program especially in aspects of routes, frequency, and volume of the transported vessel, which only restricted from Surabaya to Eastern Indonesia's route. The results show that the route and frequency of Sea Highway are running consistently, while the volume is increasing if it's compare with the first time it started. The 3 aspects of Sea Highway (route, frequency, volume) influence each other; therefore it's suggested for government to improve the efficiency of those three aspects so the Sea Highway's purpose in reducing price disparities in Eastern Indonesia can be achieved maximally. Moreover, the research results also show that Sea Highway program never takes the private shipping company's commercial route

Efforts to increase shrimp production one through the use of probiotics. To maintain the viability of probiotic bacteria it is necessary need to protect bacteria by coating maltodextrin. Next will be molded into effervescent tablets to more intensive in the protection of probiotic bacteria. This study aimed to test the viability (the number of bacteria and soluble) probiotic that has been modified into effervescent tablets with variation in the concentrations of the coating. The method used is an experimental method in which samples of shrimp pond water will be increased 4 effervescent tablets (Formula I, II, III, IV) with 3 coating concentrations of 20%, 30%, and 40% maltodextrin. Each treatment be repeated two times. To determine the concentration of effervescent tablet coating formula is most effective test TPC (Total Plate Count) and the test of time to dissolve. Based on the test showed that the viability (number of bacteria and soluble time) probiotics in effervescent tablets with a coating of maltodextrin the best and the most effective in maintaining the stability of bacteria is of formula IV with a concentration of 30% by number of bacteria of 6.46 log CFU / mL and soluble within 20 menit. tatistical tests, the coating concentration factor (P) and the effervescent tablet formula (Q) has significant effect (p <0.05)

Orbital order-disorder transition in La(1-x)Nd(x)MnO(3) (x = 0.0-1.0) and La(1-x-y)Nd(yx)Sr(y)MnO(3) (x = 0.1; y = 0.05,0.1)

The nature of orbital order-disorder transition has been studied in the La(1-x)Nd(x)MnO(3) (x = 0.0-1.0) series which covers the entire range between two end points - LaMnO(3) and NdMnO(3) - as well as in La(0.85)Nd(0.1)Sr(0.05)MnO(3) and La(0.8)Nd(0.1)Sr(0.1)MnO(3). It has been observed that the first-order nature of the transition gives way to higher order with the increase in "x" in the case of pure manganites. The latent heat (L) associated with the transition, first, drops with a steeper slope within x = 0.0-0.3 and, then, gradually over a range 0.3<x<0.9. This drop could, possibly, be due to evolution of finer orbital domain structure with "x". In the case of Sr-doped samples, the transition appears to be of higher-order nature even for a doping level 5 at%. In both cases, of course, the transition temperature T(JT) rises systematically with the drop in average A-site radius or rise in average Mn-O-Mn bond bending angle while no apparent correlation could be observed with doping induced disorder sigma^2. The cooperative nature of the orbital order, therefore, appears to be robust.Comment: 15 pages including 4 figures; pdf onl

MPIGA – Multipath Selection Using Improved Genetic Algorithm

The Wireless Multimedia Networks (WMNs) have developed due to the extensive applications of wireless devices and increasing availability of lower cost hardware. The WMNs are used to transmit the multimedia content like audio and video streaming and they can be deployed within a lower budget. These networks can also be used in real-time data applications that demand energy-efficient management and awareness of Quality of Service (QoS). The energy resources are limited in the wireless devices that lead to the significant threats on the QoS for WMNs. An energy-efficient routing technique is needed to handle the dynamic topology of WMN that includes a vital resource as energy. The energy-efficient routing method was proposed in this work for the purpose of data communication based on a cluster head selection from each cluster in addition to the multipath route selection to reduce the network overhead and energy consumption. The cluster heads for each cluster are selected based on Node Coverage & average residual energy parameters. In this work, the proposed energy efficient routing algorithm uses improved genetic algorithm (IGA)based on a cost function for dynamic selection of the best path. The proposed cost function uses link lifetime &average link delay parameters to estimate the link cost. The proposed algorithm’s performance compared with other previous routing methods based on extensive simulation analysis. The results showed that the proposed method achieves better performance over three other routing techniques

LOTUS CONSORTIUM - Improving care in Long-term Care Institutions in Brazil and Europe through Collaboration and ResearchBackground The fast growth of the ageing population in low and middle-income countries, such as Brazil, has allowed little time for social and health care systems to adapt. As the care needs for the most vulnerable and frail older people become increasingly complex, services and governments need to ensure that long term care homes deliver high-quality and evidence-based care to meet their healthcare needs. Aim To examine and map the range of research undertaken in Brazil regarding care homes published in peer reviewed journals. Method This scoping review will consider all relevant peer-reviewed primary studies fully or partly conducted in Brazilian care homes including those which consider workforce (for example, e.g. healthcare professionals, care staff, and management level staff) and care home residents (older people aged 60 years and above), using empirical and original research focused on any health related topic. The searches will be conducted using bibliographic databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, LILACS and Google Scholar) and manual searching of the reference lists of relevant studies published in English, Portuguese or Spanish from inception up to 2018. Two authors will independently screen each document by title and abstract against the eligibility criteria. In case of disagreement, a third reviewer will be consulted. Data from the included studies will be extracted and reported using tables, graphs, and narrative accounts using elements of content analysis. The Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool will be used to appraise the methodological quality of the included studies

The health system in Indonesia has major changes by the enactment of National Health Insurance program. Medical resume takes an important role in health insurance claims, so delayed and incomplete medical resume completion will disrupt the process of insurance claims. This study aimed to determine effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude on doctor's acceptance in completing medical resume at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Psychiatric Hospital based on Technology Acceptance Model. Technology Acceptance Model was used as a model in this study because medical resume is one form of information technologies that is still done manually. Data collection for this study was conducted in March 2016 by using questionnaires given to 32 doctors at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Psychiatric Hospital. Five-level Likert scale was used to measure each item of variables. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. The result showed that in general, physician acceptance at Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Psychiatric Hospital againts medical resume charging is in the high category and has perceived useful and attitude in both categories, while perceived ease of use is in the medium category
