The Credit Asset of Enterprise Accounts Receivable Pricing Model

    No full text
Based on the thinking of holism and reductionism, this paper creatively constructed the credit asset pricing model of enterprises’ accounts receivable, namely, the BEST pricing model, and it was demonstrated effectively. The model gave an overall evaluation on the default probability of buyer and environment, as well as buyer loss given default resulting from the factors including Seller (S), Buyer (B), and Environment (E). The model is also utilized with the optimal control management Technology (T) to maximize the intrinsic value of the credit asset. The paper put forward the Duration of accounts receivable aging, measurement method of dynamic free interest rate, and amended the KMV model to solve the default probability of accounts receivable of listed and nonlisted companies. To evaluate the credit asset risk, the following were selected: three effective financial indicators, seven nonfinancial index clusters, and sixty-three specific nonfinancial index variables of the buyer; one index and eight specific indicators of the seller; and one index and fourteen specific indicators of nonsystematic risk of the environment. Five appropriate hedge parameters are used to control the risk

Natural Antioxidant Betanin Protects Rats from Paraquat-Induced Acute Lung Injury Interstitial Pneumonia

    No full text
The effect of betanin on a rat paraquat-induced acute lung injury (ALI) model was investigated. Paraquat was injected intraperitoneally at a single dose of 20 mg/kg body weight, and betanin (25 and 100 mg/kg/d) was orally administered 3 days before and 2 days after paraquat administration. Rats were sacrificed 24 hours after the last betanin dosage, and lung tissue and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were collected. In rats treated only with paraquat, extensive lung injury characteristic of ALI was observed, including histological changes, elevation of lung : body weight ratio, increased lung permeability, increased lung neutrophilia infiltration, increased malondialdehyde (MDA) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, reduced superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, reduced claudin-4 and zonula occluden-1 protein levels, increased BALF interleukin (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α levels, reduced BALF IL-10 levels, and increased lung nuclear factor kappa (NF-ÎșB) activity. In rats treated with betanin, paraquat-induced ALI was attenuated in a dose-dependent manner. In conclusion, our results indicate that betanin attenuates paraquat-induced ALI possibly via antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms. Thus, the potential for using betanin as an auxilliary therapy for ALI should be explored further

Digital preservation of classical gardens at the San Su Shrine

Abstract Chinese classical gardens, an essential part of World Cultural Heritage, are well exemplified by Xishu Garden as a notable branch of this tradition. This research focuses on the San Su Shrine—a quintessential example of Xishu Garden—and explores the application of digital technologies in the commemorative research and quantitative preservation of these gardens. By integrating terrestrial laser scanning and terrestrial digital photogrammetry, we acquired quantitative data and constructed digital models to innovate upon the methodological approach to garden conservation. The innovation of this study is its analysis of Xishu Garden’s commemorative spaces through both temporal and spatial dimensions. 1) Temporally, this study examines the evolution and stratification of the garden's commemorative elements across various historical periods. 2) Spatially, it explores the interconnectedness of commemorative elements within the garden's buildings, rockery stones, water landscape and plant landscape. This dual-faceted approach yields novel insights and methods for assessing the universal value of the commemorative aspects of Xishu Garden. Moreover, it promotes the application of digital technology in the study and preservation of Xishu and other Chinese classical gardens

A newly identified lncRNA lnc000100 regulates proliferation and differentiation of cattle skeletal muscle cells

ABSTRACTCattle skeletal muscle development is a complex and highly coordinated biological process mediated by a series of myogenic regulators, which plays a critical role in beef yield and quality. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to regulate skeletal muscle development. However, the molecular mechanism by which lncRNAs regulate skeletal muscle development is largely unknown. We performed transcriptome analysis of muscle tissues of adult and embryo Angus cattle to investigate the mechanism by which lncRNA regulates skeletal muscle development between adult and embryo cattle. A total of 37,115 candidate lncRNAs were detected, and a total of 1,998 lncRNAs were differentially expressed between the muscle tissue libraries of adult and embryo cattle, including 1,229 up-regulated lncRNAs and 769 down-regulated lncRNAs (adult cattle were the control group). We verified the expression of 7 differentially expressed lncRNAs by quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR), and analysed the tissue expression profile of lnc000100, which is down-regulated in the longest dorsal muscle during foetal life and which is highly specifically expressed in muscle tissue. We found that the interference of lnc000100 significantly inhibited cell proliferation and promoted cell differentiation. Lnc000100 was located in the nucleus by RNA-FISH. Our research provides certain resources for the analysis of lncRNA regulating cattle skeletal muscle development, and may also provide new insights for improving beef production and breed selection
