Generalized Fokker-Planck Equation for the Nanoparticle Magnetic Moment Driven by Poisson White Noise
We derive the generalized Fokker-Planck equation for the probability density function of the nanoparticle
magnetic moment driven by Poisson white noise. Our approach is based on the reduced stochastic
Landau-Lifshitz equation in which this noise is included into the effective magnetic field. We take into account
that the magnetic moment under the noise action can change its direction instantaneously and show
that the generalized equation has an integro-differential form.

Dipolar interaction effects in the thermally activated magnetic relaxation of two-dimensional nanoparticle ensembles
The thermally activated magnetic relaxation in two-dimensional ensembles of
dipolar interacting nanoparticles with large uniaxial perpendicular anisotropy
is studied by a numerical method and within the mean-field approximation. The
role that the correlation effects in the presence of a bias magnetic field and
taking into account the lattice structure play in magnetic relaxation is

Influence of Spin-polarized Current on Spin Waves in Ferromagnets
It has been recently established that spin-polarized current can have a direct influence on the magnetization dynamics in conducting ferromagnets. This effect has quantum origin and is of great interest from both fundamental and applied viewpoints. In particular, it can be useful for developing magnetoresistance random access memory, magnetic logic elements and microwave devices, to name a few
Energy Spectrum of a Particle in an Infinitely Deep Potential Well with a Non-flat Bottom
To model the quantum behavior of current carriers in heterogeneous nanostructures, different potential wells and barriers are widely used. Of particular interest are those (including artificial ones) for which the corresponding Schrödinger equation can be solved exactly. One of them is an infinitely deep potential well with a flat bottom defined as () = ∞ for || ≥ and () = 0 for || 0) if || < . Physically, this means that the particle in the well is subjected to an external force in the -direction
Master Equation for a Localized Particle Driven by Poisson White Noise
Fluctuations in nanosystems play an important role in forming their electric, magnetic, thermal and other properties. Usually, due to the central limit theorem of probability theory, these fluctuations obey Gaussian statistics. However, in some cases, e.g., when the system is subjected to Poisson white noise, that is a random sequence of -pulses, the system
fluctuations are not Gaussian. Here, we derive the corresponding equation for the probability density function (, ) of the system parameter () interpreted as a particle coordinate within an impenetrable box
